I was running late because of the excessive rain caused by Hurricane Henri. Tammy was very understanding and stayed after her normal Sunday closing time in order to get me registered. Her service was above and beyond.

My experience with the public storage at have a Scotch Plains site has been the best Joe the manager, is one of a kind. He helped me and answered all my crazy questions. He had so much patience for me. Joey and the young guy with the dreads are also one of the best. I think theyre all outstanding in that brunch. However, Joe is my favorite. Ask for him whenever youre looking for a storage space.

Joe has been fantastic. From when I signed up to rent my unit and his continued customer service. I have rented units in NJ and Illinois for my business and personal use and by far this location has been the best in customer care and cleanliness of the facility.

Matt was an excellent customer service representative for Public Storage! Being both professional and accomodating, his ability to provide support was satisfying. As for the facility, it was clean and comfortable for my storage needs. When it came to having to close my unit, he was able to complete the process within minutes. As a whole, it was a great place to keep my valuables safe. Nothing bad to say!

I have a storage unit in Green Brook but stopped by Scotch Plains to make a payment. Staff member Joe was very kind and courteous. He asked politely if there was anything else I needed as I was not in the area of my units location. It was nice to be greeted with a smile and was very helpful. The facility was well kept and clean.

Today 🥈I renewed my contract instead of moving out as planned because Dan convinced me to take an alternative measure, when he had my story and said let me see if I can assist you after a few minutes he had a solution that works for me a downsize in unit and I greatly appreciate it and thought management should know - he went the extra mile

The manager at the front desk her name is Lisa she was fantastic showed me gave me a tour of the place very polite professional but the property is very unforgiving to roll those Dolly carts around there are no incline steps to push up theres a 2-inch sidewalk Gap that you have to pick up the card every time you move it back and forth from your vehicle they need to fix this immediately

Well run facility, been using it for several years after downsizing from house to apartment. Moved out today and the experience was very smooth thanks to Dan.

I went to six different public storages to find the best place for me to keep my stuff for 2 months. Juan was the most professional, efficient, and nice person who helped me out. He took his time to be extremely patient and gave me price comparison of different units. Cant believe someone can be this professional with helping out his customer. I highly recommend this storage over anywhere else.

Seynabou, was highly professional and easy to talk to. I moved out of the area and she let me know my options and reminded me about payments so I wouldnt be charged a late fee. Facilities were always clean and carts were always available. Its rare but I would definitely rate my experience here a full 5 stars and deservedly so.

Kristin was friendly and kind as we toured the storage space, easily able to answer all of our questions. The facility is tidy and access seems straightforward. Kristin took her time helping us fill out the paperwork and ensured we felt comfortable with all of the information. We are only just moving our belongings today but customer service is top notch here.
