Clean store well stocked friendly staff. Asked for help and received it right away by a very nice and helpful lady. Found some parts I was looking for I didnt think they would have been in stock there but got pleasantly surprised. So I recommend this store for the average person

Went there to purchase pet supplies for new puppies. They had a good supply of pet supplies. The garden section left a lot to be desired. No roses of any kind. Was looking for garden gnomes (normal 12 high) but they only carried the miniture ones. Looking at other garden decorations about half of them did not have prices on them.

Menards claims they “match” price. That is a lie. The GM the head guy of this store did not match price of 13.01 a sheet for 7/16” OSB, the same price that it is at Home Depot. He claimed that with the 11% Rebate it’s cheaper then 13.01. I have sent off for rebates over a month ago and only get a card back saying how much of a check they are “going” to send but still haven’t seen a check. The rebate is a joke, menards doesn’t honor price matching when the GM of store gets involved. I explained to Janelle on phone that in the past it wasn’t an issue and it was matched without an issue. She said the head GM of store would not allow costing me 108. Perhaps GM needs to be re-educated on menards Price matching policy.

The staff was extremely helpful. They helped me find everything I needed. And the prices were great because I didnt pay for it my sister did!

Clean and friendly. Like a Lowes and a Walmart had a nice respectable baby! The staff was helpful and the prices reasonable. They have everything from bath fixtures to groceries. Need to get treats for the dog, a grill for next Sunday, and you gotta fix the leak in the kitchen, Menards has you covered. Its a real one stop shop.

I bought a ready to eat cookie dough about a week ago and I couldn’t figure out why it tasted so bad. The “best by” date is January 15th of 2021. We bought it in April of 2021. That’s absolutely disgusting and pathetic

This store openly discriminates against people with disabilities, especially disabled veterans. Was told by an employee and the store manager they dont care about a disability, I can not shop in their store. I will never shop menards again.

Was disappointed with the store selection. Had a hard time finding anyone to help and when I found someone not very knowledgeable.

Was approached by a guy named Seth and asked if we needed any help finding anything. Then after telling him what we needed help with he would not help us due to the fact I was wearing a mask, but my husband wasnt due to his health. Tracked down another lady who gladly helped us out to find what were looking for. She was super nice and understanding, but did advise very politely that in order to check out I should be the one to go thru the check out instead of my husband because I have a mask. There were other individuals in the store who were not wearing a mask or not wearing it properly, but Seth decided to come back up to my husband telling him we needed to leave the store in a very rude manner. Ive always enjoyed this store, but I will go to Home depot from now on for my home needs.

Found what we wanted, good shop.

Normaly I love it but yesterday I fell because there was water on the ground. My husband asked an employee to get it cleaned up and the employee said I ll put something over it. I think strongly that the employee should have said he was sorry for me falling and he should have asked if there was anything he could do for me. He wasnt in a hurry to go do anything otherwise I would have understood his reaction. The employee might have been having a bad day .I hope he is better now. 1 week later and my wrist and ankles feel better

So apparently if your under 16 you cant go in the store.. my husband and I and our son wanted to go in and cant. We need a new bathtub. Wow I guess Im a home depot customer now. At least make it reasonable people.

Was allowed in the store walked all the way through the store got my needs went to the checkout counter and they would not sell me my items because I would not wear a mask there is no state mandate and there is no law that you have to wear a mask it is the private owners rule

I have spent a lot of money in this store. Ive lived in Scottsbluff about 3 and a half years now. Ive always been happy with the service and products til recently. My son is a frequent shopper there also. He had told me that he wasnt wearing a mask in the store and he asked for some help. The person he asked informed him he wouldnt help him because he wasnt wearing a mask and in fact no checker would check him out without it. Unbelievable!!! I went in there a week or so later and as an experiment I wore a mask on my chin to see if anyone would question that. I walked all over the store and didnt see any associates except I did see someone following me around like I was stealing something. Then I was looking at mattresses and out of nowhere a lady came to ask me if I needed help. I asked her if she would refuse me customer service if I didnt put my mask up. She told me she couldnt do that but I wouldnt be checked out if I didnt put it on my face. When I got to the checkout I asked the cashier if she would check me out without my mask up and she said no. I needed a few things that I got there because I didnt want to go to Wal-Mart so I put my mask up and paid my money. Im getting a new house and planned on making several big purchases there but now I wont. Since when does anyone refuse service. Im taking my business to home depot even though I prefer Menards. Company better think about how many customers they are losing due to their mask rules. They lost my business

This review is based on my experience and challenges surrounding Covid wave II. The store was light on traffic, vast array of building related hardware and products, you have to wear a mask to gain entry. Staff was helpful and engaging if you need lumber you go to the sales counter they give you a ticket, you check out and then drive around the back of the store to collect. The layout of the store is very inviting and logically layed out. Very pleased with our visit.

I feel like they discriminate against disabled people with medical conditions. I was promptly approached and asked to leave the store. I informed her that I had medical conditions. Sadly I feel like I have to cart around my medical records, governors mandate and CDC directives to show all the Karens out there. She again demanded that I leave the store and go around back for pickup and/or order online for us people disabled people with medical conditions. Although I did not see a whites only drinking fountain or bathrooms, I felt that Karen took things a little too far. Considering the nature of the products they carry you kind of need to see them before ordering. I will not ever shop at another Menards again after the hate and discrimination that have demonstrated against disabled people. I dont imagine the 11% off everything sale is because Mednards is over flowing with cash and customers breaking down their doors. #NoHate. Happy to speak with any attorneys reading this.

I had to wait for over a hour to get my door locks keyed . Evedently only one employee knew how to do this. There were 4 employees + at any given time in this hour that were just hanging out. Then there were a few cashiers who were planning mask police. My son was tiered so yes as were were waiting and waiting he took off his mask. We were amediatly questioned and reprimanded.We live over a hour away so. Coming in an other day is not even close to convenient.Nebraska is on volunteer masking not mandatory.The customer services in this store reminds me of walmart.The least some of the employees could have been doing is cleaning the nasty restroom.I will be ordering off of Amazon and wayfair as much as possible and finding a new hardware store.

Horrible experience at Menards today. Went to pick up material i ordered for my roof and now they say that I picked it up already. Have to wait for something I paid for. Not to mention the terrible customer service by the manger Tracy. Wont be going back after I get my stuff. Sad.

Always have what I need. Only bad thing is they rearranged the store and have to look for some of the things but most of the time someone will show you where it is.

Their lumber supply is low, needed a couple of 2x10s, they only had 3 to choose from, one was decent, the other had a serious twist in it, the 3rd was trash.

Menards and no other company is going to require me to wear a mask. You people are sheep and are having your rights taken away daily. I have closed my account with Menards and therefore will never spend another penny in a Menards store.

Hardware store in steroids, great staff, and low prices for quality goods. I dont want to shop anywhere else.

Good overall store where you can check a lot of items off of a shopping list.Everything from electrical, plumbing, flooring, tools, pets, auto and some groceries.Run their 11% rebate often enough if you can wait to buy a large item, you can get a good price.Cashiers are friendly, and at times a little scarce for the volume of customers in the store.

We bought some flooring and decided to expand the new flooring project to another area. When we went back to get enough to complete the added area, they were sold out. Since we hadnt opened the boxes we were able to exchange for a better product and we were totally happy. They were so helpful. Love this store.

We went in looking for an exterior door with my dad. Someone asked to help us right away which was good. BUT he didnt work in that department so his help was limited. They were short handed and the person working that area took like 20 min to finally get to us. She was very nice though and knew her business. She quickly solved our issues and sent us on our way.

I needed to get some plywood sheets and I havent unpacked my saw so i needed them cut for me. The lumber associate was very nice and helpful, but told me they could not make any cuts for me. So I ended up going to Home Depot and they cut the plywood for me (1st cut is free).

Everything that I was looking for was relatively easy to find.

Had to ask three different workers before I found one that could tell me where to find something listed in their sale flier.

Tracy in plumbing and hardwares was the MOST helpful. From helping me decide which tub/ tile kits to the plumbing tubes and hardware. I came in with a list and she pulled all the item I needed. It would have taken me an hour to find all the things I needed. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Tracy!!

They provide excellent customer service and provide a great assortment of merchandise to choose from. They also love to help customers whenever needed.

Requested information on a item and was told where it was at. Found it and the check out clerk was helpful and asked if I needed help carry it out. She doubled bagged the item so was easy for me to carry out.

Placed a special order Sept 21, 2018. Got an email and a web tracking notice yesterday, Oct 8, 2018, that said the package was ready for pickup. Went to pick it up. They cant find it. No one knows where its at. One wasted trip. The receiving dept needs to get a different plan of how special orders are received and processed because the current plan is not working.
