Great service. Tim has been here as long as I can remember. They have always stood behind their products. About a year ago I bought a computer from staples because Connecting point didnt have what I wanted in stock and I wanted it now. Well that computer failed on me in 11 months and staples acted like it would take them a few days to fix it. Connecting point fixed it in a few hours and restored my lost software even for only a couple hundred bucks total. Highly recommend these guys.
