A very well stocked office supply store. Their variety and selection for electronics and office supplies is unmatched in our area. Prices are standard with a few deals here and there. Also they do offer printing services which I’ve used personally to great satisfaction. Location is alright out by some of our hotels in town. Store is well run and parking is very plentiful.

Great customer service, friendly staff, clean and organized aisles, awesome print department! I get all my printing done here and they are efficient and never have messed up my orders. They always get my orders done before the due time and are really professional!

Young guy that works up front is the rudest young man Ive ever seen working anywhere. I didnt know people could keep jobs in customer care with that kind of attitude. Just moved to the area and went to the store twice - both times he was like that. I wont be going back there.

Been here on several occasions . Most recently was a copy and print order I emailed the night before and was ready by 1030 the next morning. 120+ pages of B&W cost just under $9 which I feel is reasonable.Store is huge and yes carries just about everything you could need.I’ve used this place to recycle computers, ship UPS stuff, buy supplies and copy and print.Very expensive compared to other outlets for supplies. Day timer stuff was $20-$30 more than where I ended up purchasing from.

I have had zero positive experience with purchasing Tech at this Staples. I do purchase paper and toner or at least I did. I am a local, and in the tech biz. I try very hard to support local businesses and not order from online services even when the prices are much better. In THIS STAPLES I purchased a supposedly new NIC wrapped in shrink wrap and looking new, only to open it and find hand written notes from someone else who wrote on it BAD I tried it, and yup bad is correct. I assume it was returned and repackaged, sold to me. I returned it to the manufacturer and they sent me a new one. I gave Staples the benefit of the doubt and went in to get an internal SSD (I needed 2). The product I wanted was an empty box on the shelf that said see Associate. Alan, the GM, apologized and said they had none in stock but would get a truck in tomorrow. I called him the next day and he apologized there were none on the truck, but hed call me if he found them or when they came in. That was on Sunday. I waited but no call. The next Friday evening I went in to see about the drives. The Assistant Manager told me that they came in, and were sold within minutes. Ive been waiting for DAYS, and this Assistant Manager stated he knew about me waiting, and he sold them anyway. his response was First Come First Serve. I was first - DAYS FIRST. When I asked if he considered this quality customer service his whole attitude was Sucks to be you. As that Assistant Manager lacks of any kind of customer service AND the GMs Failure to call as hed promised are representative of Staples Scottsbluff, I am changing my habits. I will order from Newegg or Amazon and purchase my paper, toner, etc elsewhere. As I am in the tech field and get asked where to buy in the area, I will be sure to let the people I serve know my experiences.

My parents went in and the assistant manager was super nice, knowledgable and took a great deal of time putting on cases, applying liquid screen covers,helped us with purchasing office chairs, job well done!

I went there the other day to see what they had for laptops selections. They had one in display that is (not sure currently now) on sale. It is a great deal, being 300 dollars less then walmart. I asked for assistant and waited, no big deal. It wasnt until he went to look and came back and said he didnt have it. I totally understand, with a deal like that; they sale quick. The sale associate then said the most oddest and (insulting thing ever) You do understand that it just comes with the operating system? and nothing else inside. I looked shocked, obviously it does and nothing else. I was extremely offended and told him it wasnt my first time buying a laptop. He said he understood and just wanted me to know that, i left and went to wal-mart to buy the laptop costing me 300 more, without talking to me like i was dumb :)

Went there not expecting much ended up very happy. Every single person working at this store was helpful and offered assistance. One of the employees helped me save over 500 dollars on a 900 dollar laptop by giving me multiple discounts that he searched for. I have never had such a good experience at any office store as tis

Scottsbluffs store only a 3 people working. Has to wait for General manager to walk bye to get help. This location has severely declined.
