Had issue finding the car polish that was on sale even ask an employee he said they must be out. Come to find out it was under the polisher sanders kinda out of sight and not normally where they keep those products

Used to shop Harbor Freight regularly, but their prices are no longer reasonable. Why buy Chinese junk at the same price as Rigid and other name brands? You can still find good deals here, but theyve gotten too proud for their own good.

Its best to plan ahead for a visit to Harbor Freight Tools store because there is just too many things too look at! Like a kid in a candy store... This place has SO many choices to look at! The Isles are well planned out and clearly marked (not that you need it when you want to see ALL of it!). The clerks are all very friendly and most helpful.

Harbor freight is harbor freight, its the people who make the difference. Every time I have needed help, they have been friendly and knowledgeable.

Do not trust what their website says we called 11; different stores to find an engine that was showing that they had in stock drove to scottsbluff 60 miles away didnt have it in stock... Finally found 1 in colorado but couldnt pay for it online so we could drive 4 hours to pick it up the next day... Customer service definitely needs some attention...

We travel 50 miles to purchase items that the website says is in stock only to arrive and find out they are out of stock. This has happened twice now at this location. The prices are great, it would just be nice if they had the items they say are on hand-on hand.

A new man cave? Or at least an adventure to new potentials and new possibilities with always the right tools. They need a celebrity spikes person like Tim the Tool Man Taylor or Als or Charlies fix it guru, or maybe the monkey wrench mascot? What do you think? Am i missing a link or have a screw loose somewhere? Need of serious marketing?!

I went in for Christmas Gift cards at the Scottsbluff Nebraska Store. I was almost politely greeted by Amber the gruff biker afficianodo, as I was searching for the gift cards Amber barked out what are you looking for, she said they are at the register. So I proceeded in the direction of the register as Amber snatched a gift card cover off the display. Since I needed 2 I thought it had now become proper ettiquite I followed Ambers lead and snatched another one off the display with a with a bit of animation too.I payed for my purchase and thanked Amber in her state of gruffness and proceeded to leave out the door in the incorrect direction and was redirected quickly from the marine drill sergeant known as Amber and I nodingly redirected myself to the correct exit as required to this fine establishment.Bless your heart and Merry Christmas !

The Scottsbluff Nebraska store is the worst store I have ever been to.... almost every time I go to this one to get something specific that they advertise..... This store does NOT have it... they will NOT order it in.... never an issue when I drive 90 miles to the next store in Cheyenne Wyoming
