Always have the parts I need. Could have gotten cheaper elsewhere, but you cant beat having access to the parts you need TODAY as opposed to having to mail order parts. Customer service is always top notch

I bought a lot of parts with warranties at the Jasper, TN store, right before they went out of business. I was told that I could return parts if any problems arose to any advanced auto. I called the scottsboro store to be told that the Jasper store hadnt closed and they had no record I bought the parts. I explained to them the Jasper store was very much closed permanently. They then placed me on a very long hold, came back and informed me they spoke with the Jasper store they are open. I asked for the number they gave me the number to the Jasper AL store. I explained to them that was not even the right area code. That Jasper TN is not the same as Jasper AL. Again I was told no that was the number for Jasper TN I would need to contact them. I called the number spoke with a gentlemen who yes agreed that was the Jasper AL store and he tried to explain that to the scottsboro store. He of course looked it up saw that yes the Jasper TN store is permanently closed and the best thing to do was talk to the Scottsboro Store manager and get them to call corporate so I can get the warrantied parts. If the employees cant understand the difference in two states how are they going to help you with a part for your car. poor customer service and I was talked to like I was the stupid one. 🙄
