I was giving a price on a vehicle even sent an email and because the market went up over the weekend so did the price of the vehicle. This was very inconvenient and sad being that I could afford the vehicle and then I couldn’t just over a weekend. Great place to buy tires and get your car serviced. They even provide free pick up and delivery service of your vehicle and provided you a loaner when you need your car serviced. The works package is a good value it includes an oil change, complete vehicle inspection and complimentary tire rotation. Can’t beat the value, especially they came and picked up my car for free. Would definitely recommend.

Dropped off vehicle off on 5 June for a new AC blender door as it was making a clicking noise. I was told that it would take a day or two to get the part and approximately 8 hours worth of work as they would have to remove the dash board. Harbin offered me a loaner car, which I certainly appreciated. I was notified via text on 8 June that the part should be arriving at any time. I called on 14 June to get a status of the repair because I had not heard anything else and was told that the part was on hand but that no work had been done. I was assured that my vehicle would be the next vehicle to go into the bay. Well, it didnt. I called again on 18 June at or about noon and was told, again, that the vehicle had not gone in the bay yet. I was told that the technician would take my vehicle in the bay after they finished work on the current vehicle in the bay and that he would come in the next day to finish the work and that I should call at or about noon to get a status. I called at noon on 19 June and was told that the work had not only not been completed, but that the technician was not even on the schedule to come in that day. I was beyond frustrated and requested to speak to a manager. Amazingly, that is what it took because the vehicle was finally finished later that afternoon. He was professional and helpful in getting me my vehicle back, but it should have never come to that.

I had Unpleasant experience from Harbin automotive do To several reasons The dealership removed The floormat out of the vehicle So I can purchase one from the accessory Manager walking around also they do a bad job Cleaning the used vehicle there’s literally spiders in my car. I have had a really bad experience buying a car from Harbin automotive. It took 4+ hours to make the purchase. I ended up buying a used 2003 Nissan Xterra that they had recently gotten on the lot. This was after they tried to finance me another car for $3000 down and payment of $411+ for 57 months at about 20+% apr.Instead I paid $5500 cash for the Nissan. That car had not been through any type of inspection with the dealership. It was obvious when they brought me the car and it had not been detailed or had the oil changed in it.Before I left with the vehicle the sales rep. made sure the care was gassed up and the oil was changed in it. The car was than drove from Scottsboro, AL to Elberton, GA where 5 days later the head gasket blew. I am still waiting to have the car repaired as I have yet to find out how much it will actually cost. Usually this type of repair is $2000-$3000.I let Harbin Automotive know immediately what happened. I also replied to their emails letting them know what had happened.Even after telling them how disappointed I am that a $5500 car bought from them would break down after 5 days of driving, I am still getting emails asking me how my experience was. Nobody is listening or at least the right people are not listening.I feel that this could all have been avoided if they Dealership had taken the time to have the car inspected, before they tried to sell it. I dont think they had my best interest at heart when they sold me this car, knowing that it would be used for making trips between Elberton, GA and Scottsboro, AL, and that it would be carrying young children.

Found few cars we liked online and drove 1 1/2 hours to look at them planning to purchase one of them. Got to dealership and all three of the cars we were interested in had significant & noticeable scratches & dents on them. One even had center console coming apart on it. None of the online pics showed any damage to these vehicles (to me that is dishonest and should note the noticeable damage online). None of them were all that clean (paper, food, etc found under seat & in trunk). Wished I had made pics to post on this review. Vehicle with the least noticeable dents/dings/scratches, we decided to make an offer on but refused to pay full asking price. Offered cash money and was told they only financed and we couldn’t pay straight out for vehicle. However, we could make a down payment, finance rest and after 8 payments we could then pay it off. They do that so they make money off of the loan & car. For the price they are asking for these damaged cars (these were All 2020s), I can buy New.

Went in due power steering going out on my car again for the 3rd time. Service department was really busy, so Brandon got us a loaner car until they could get my car done(possibly 2-3days). Decided to test drive a used car on the lot. Staff (Trey)was excellent with answering our questions, and was honest about what he knew and didnt know about the car. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff was very friendly and courteous but NOT pushy. Traded my old car in for the one we test drove. I LOVE my newer car!! Thanks to everyone involved at Harbin Ford.

My family and I bought a used GMC Acadia from Matt Norris a few days ago, and couldnt be happier with the experience. Do not make an appointment. I had one for 1pm and was told it would be an hour. I left and came back an hour later and my car was still sitting where I left it. Ended up being there for 2 hours total and watch someone pull up and get the same service and was out right after me.

Bought a great Explorer from them and am very happy with the car. The problem is after the purchase. They relentlessly call and try to get you to come back for more services. I have asked them 3 times now to please take me off of the call list with being told i have and to just receive more calls. If the extra spam calls dont bother you then great vehicles. But if they do … dont even give them your number.

Harbin Auto was one of the few location that had the used car i was looking for. They received it on trade-in. The pictures on line did not show the 32 dents in the car from a hail storm nor had they made any attempt to mention or deal with the strong order of a smoker. I only found out the condition of the car after driving 5 hrs to get their. What surprised me the most is the used car manager refused to negotiate any. The sales rep. mention several times that if it was his call he would adjust the price for the dents and smoke, but for some reason the manager refused. At that time i was vested in the car and therefore I felt taken advantage of. I made the decision t0 buy the car and paid above market value. I will never buy another car from this dealership. They also think they would benefit from hiring more people of color.

This place is great. I made a three hour drive because the car I saw on their website had a great deal, and now it is in my driveway. It was my first time buying a car and they made the process easy and relatively quick. I would definitely make this drive again just so I can do business with the people there.

I set out with a plan to get two vehicles and they certainly delivered. Anthony Gibson was an awesome salesman to work with and Lee Bradford worked with him to get us what we wanted. My dealer was great but after I got my car I’m not to happy with my purchase. I called and was told it was to early for me trade it. Guess I’m stuck paying for something I’m not happy with. I’ve had. I thing but problems since I got it. They did fix it and give me rental to drive while it was gone but I’m still not happy.

About the same as any other dealership. Gave me a fair price on my trade.Tell the same stories about why you need the extended warranty.Went in pre-approved from my personal bank, but apparently they dont except outside lending. Which wasnt the worst thing in the world, but I already knew what kind of APR and payment I could get and their rates werent as good, fairly close but even a half percent difference is a lot over the life of the loan.

Went to look at a used truck had it checked over found 3000 dollars worth of critically needed repair. I tried to get them to work the price down and they said that not everyone gets them checked and somebody would buy that truck for that price. If you shop here would definitely recommend having your vehicles professionally checked.

The service and quick lane deserve 0 stars. I have given them several chances and each time they disappoint. If you have an appt you will definitely not be seen on time. No communication. I understand parts being on back order but they won’t call you at all. Then they will act as if you are crazy for calling them bc they say they will call you if comes in. I waited for several months for a part for a new vehicle. I’m still waiting on one that was ordered in January. In the waiting room another person said she has experienced this multiple times as well. You guys have got to do better.

Good deals we get a car for good price

Always waiting so long for them to take my car back with an appointment. One oil change I go in there and need $800 of work done, the next everything is fine without having done previous work. Skeptical about any decision they make on quality of my vehicle parts. Will not be coming back.

I went to Harbin Ford on a Saturday for them to install a new tire on my Expedition, and I they were done in 30 minutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff members. My only complaint would be their service prices. I got my oil changed and tire plugged earlier this week and was charged $22 for a plug that cost me $8 at another tire dealer. That’s a little overpriced for a simple plug. Either way, they took care of my vehicle and we’re very informative during my wait both times.

Looked at vehicle online. Spend the day talking to sales person and made arrangements to make the 6 hour drive to look at and purchase the vehicle. Drove up the next morning (3:30am) with wife and small child. When I was 2 hours out I got a call from Dealership and was told they sold vehicle already. I checked into a hotel ($140) so my family could rest and we could regroup. The dealer offered another vehicle (different color) and was told it was cheaper. Agreed to finish the last part (2hrs) of the drive to the dealership to look at it. When arrived was told they just sold the 2nd vehicle. Was offered a 3rd vehicle same kind but different color and wheels and this one would not cheaper. I feel they should be more upfront, organized and don’t say stuff just to get someone in the door. I spent $140 hotel, $125 food, and $80 in gas not to mention the 20 hours wasted time for them to not hold the vehicle knowing I was driving from a distant.

Harbin made buying a car extremely easy, fun, and painless. I’ve never purchased a car before and I was in and out in maybe 2 hours. They went to bat for me to get me the payment I wanted and I drove off super stoked with an amazing car. Thanks y’all!

The service was pretty good, but the wait time with an appointment was ridiculous. I had an 8:30 appointment. My car was not seen until after 11:30 and they didnt get finished with my car till after 1:00. They said they only had 2 service guys there that day.

Ask for Madison-couldnt be more pleased with this salesperson! I drove over 4 hours (there and back) to look at their selection of vehicles. Madison was professional, kind and very genuine in finding the right vehicle to meet my needs. I found exactly what I was looking for at a budget I could afford. One of the fastest, easiest car buying experiences ever. Every person here, right down to the financing guy was top of line, and made me completely at ease with my new purchase. If i could give negative stars i would. Carried vehicle in November 26th 2020 for programming recall and oil change. Picked up that afternoon with nothing done. They said not changing oil because needs short block. Drove for few months till started running hot. Got loner vehicle. Pushing 4 months total was told it was ready. Finally got it back today with a program and new keys because others got lost. No new engine. Guess it repaired itself sitting for few months. Will never deal with Harbin Automotive again and would not be a good reference.

We were in the market for a used car. We told our salesperson, Chris, what we were looking for and at what price. We loved the first vehicle he showed us, a 2015 Kia Sedona, didnt look any further and bought it along with a good warranty program. The finance manager found an excellent finance program for us. Drove from SC to purchase a specific truck and it was a little over 4.5 hr drive. The whole buying process went by smoothly and efficiently. Nice clean dealership. Nice people. I was disappointed that the internet posted price and the price discussed on the phone was lower than the real price. I drove a long way to get the old bait-and-switch. Plus, the sales manager would not negotiate on the higher asking price. We were disappointed, but we bought the vehicle anyway after driving 5 hours one way to get it. Happy and sad about the experience.

The absolute worst car dealership I’ve ever experienced in my life. They tried to give us the run around multiple times, and didn’t tell us until the FOURTH TIME we requested for the app to be put through with Capitol One, that they “can’t tie their hands to one bank”. They tried to give me a 9.9% interest rate, and then tried again with a 7% interest rate. Capitol One wanted to give me a 5.5% interest rate. They wouldn’t even put my application through with them. They also refuse to remove an inquiry that we didn’t authorize. We agreed to having my credit checked by who we were already pre-approved for- Which was Capitol One. So, we walked out the door, drove to Crown Dodge-Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram, and just signed for my brand new car that’s CLEAN, less mileage, a lower price, AND got the deal done in 1 hour. I also called to let them know and they told me that they don’t deal with Capitol One. Which is bull. But, they probably don’t anymore because the entire thing was recorded by Capitol One and they’re reporting this dealership so they’re no longer advertised. Not to mention, the salesman (can’t remember his name because he was nothing special) was VERY AGGRESSIVE to the lady i was speaking with at Capitol One. The lady i spoke with at the dealership said they can’t use Capitol One because they “have to make money to keep the doors open”. I thought they sold “300 cars a month”??? This place is a HILARIOUS joke and I’m so grateful to have done my research when it comes to car buying. DO NOT EVER BUY HERE :)
