1st time, at this location. Our Cashier was polite and personable. And efficiently packed my bags. There were more Cashiers available, unlike locations in VA., and the lines went down quickly. The Self-Checkout, was practically empty, which is great. Quick in/ Quick out. The store was clean of debris and re-shop. Will be frequenting this location!

Shelves are stock. Store is neat and clean. Very few shoppers wearing masks. All employees are masked.

Its nice coming an hour before closing. Less people and easy check outs.

Lisa Baker in Deli is so helpful and kind. I have been trying to get ahold of a manager for an application that I had put in and she took the time to get my name and number to Mrs. Rose the hiring manager. Thank you Lisa again for taking the extra time to help me potentially have a job working there as well. 😊

Associates arent very helpful act like customers are a bother. A few are caring but majority especially the old help doesnt seem to care. Store doesnt stock brands we loved anymore

Very large and well organized store. They are currently having a great sale and I stocked up on EVERYTHING! The sales associates were so friendly and helpful. Cant wait to go back.

Very dirty store and the associates were very ugly to me. Would not recommend unless you have to go there.

This is the Scottsboro, AL store. I only visited the clothing and shoe departments and they seemed well stocked. They had many more self-checkout lanes than my local Walmart. The store was clean and seemed to be well stocked.

Went in for an oil change and balance/rotate tires. The tech caught that 1 tire had flat spots which was dangerous for me to be driving on. So he got me 2 new tires and now we are safe!!

Auto center was quick and simple one day I needed a new battery for my truck and few days later easy process and not long wait to buy a new tire from Walmart and switch it out on one wheel because that tire was flat..good experience always..its walmart lol

Itd be better if theyd open more than 2or 3 cash registers🤷🤷

Location does a good job at checkout. No long lines, good stock selections and very good premade meal options.

Several items out of stock in the meat section. Produce was well stocked and fresh. Staff friendly and helpful.

This tv was marked 299 but when i wanted to buy one they said it was 650 ! You can clearly see the sign in the picture says 299. I think they should let me buy this tv for what THEY priced it for !

I spent 3 hours in Walmart. It had been awhile since I had shopped because of the virus. Ive been ordering online and it has been awesome. Will probably continue to go that route. I found everything I wanted and needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There was even a nice lady in the parking lot that saw me struggling trying to put my groceries in the trunk of the car and she stopped and helped me finish. She even put my buggy up. I was so grateful as my back was in knots. She was such a blessing.😊🙏🏻♥️

There were several sales going on and I like seeing manager specials..I got lots of sales and special buys. The shockers were very friendly and helpful as I shopped. This store is busy so they have to stock often.. I have no problems shopping this store. Getting in and out usually goes real smooth..This store has a hiring sign out front when you enter the store..drop by and put in application.. The fresh fruits and vegetables are a plus.. recommend

It was stocked and I liked the design of the store. It was different than the Walmart where I live but I really liked it! Staff were very helpful.

I love that I always find a sale here. I just wished the customer service was better. The cashiers are occasionally pleasant, but its hard to get someone to help you while shopping.

Good store they just need to open up more check out lanes when they r backed up to help others get out faster.

If they can pay someone to watch me scan my own groceries (which is usually around $500) to make sure I’m not stealing then they can pay more cashiers so I’m not doing it myself. It doesn’t happen every time but most times I’m literally watched by someone with a radio in their hand standing within chatting distance.

Scottsboro Walmart is the best one in our area

They need to make the hours later. They need work on their inventory ordering in order to quit being out of everything. I call this the Out of Everything Store. They need more cashiers because a person should not have to check himself out and bag up his own stuff. Unfortunately, that usually is the only way one can get out of this store. And they need to start carrying styptic pencils again in the mens shaving dept. Finally, let me say that I miss Tone bar soap!

Like a good neighbor Walmart is there. While On a road trip, I realized that I hadnt packed any underwear. I stopped at the store in Scottsborro, Al. and ran in and grabbed a package. Saved the day.

Self checkout clerk did not even know what a Global Entry ID was. Even worse, it was my cart with the wine that required an ID. I am 57 years old. My daughter and her boyfriend were behind me; they are 29. The store clerk asked for all three IDs, but couldn’t accept a Global Entry (of the boyfriend), the highest form of ID in the US. So my daughter had to dig out his passport. So ridiculous!!! I plan to shop elsewhere every chance I get. Sincerely, Anita C.

Not enough staff. Shelves stay empty a lot of the time. Same two beggars working the isles asking for money and with at least a dozen different stories(lies). Wheres management???????

Pharmacy was great they really help me out. From being out of town they got my prescription filled.

Its a WalMart.Service quality depends on who you interact with.Some employee`s are helpful and others don`t care.I guess when they pay low low wages even though they are a multi-billion dollar company paying execs 10`s of millions of dollars a year you can`t expect the employee`s to be motivated.Imagine working a full time job and still qualifying for welfare?

Great place! Only issue Ive had is that the pharmacist would not wait on me when I called them and was running into the store at 7 pm to try to get medicine for my very sick husband with cancer.

I went to get a couple bottles of my favorite drink. I go to the self check out and got things scanned in. Thats when I realized I had left my wallet at home. I tried to get Walmart Pay to help me get around the situation. I could never get it to work. So, I left without my items. 🙁 I got home and worked with the Walmart pay. It took a while to get it to work. Well, I think I have it fixed.

This is a good store, people skills have slumped to an all time low ever since covid pandemic. The older staff still have it. But newer ones, mmmmmeh.

Check out has officially become a nightmare ! Self check out, (already difficult enough !)was card only the line next to self checkout was card only as well,already unless you were aware of this from the start, if you are like us, youll stand in line until its your turn,only to see the barely visible card only sign here as well !! I had an elderly friend with me,& he was overwhelmed! ! What a mess guys ! Not to mention the young man that was not at all helpful to my friend,upsetting him before the checkout nightmare ! I used to enjoy going to walmart.notvanymore ! (Sorry for the rant,js)

The store is nice and clean, with an attentive staff. Bathrooms were clean and stocked.

Lots of empty shelves. Not customer friendly. Confusion check out lanes. No signs to indicate you do self then it says no cash taken or reverse about card. Very anxiety related.

Well maintained and well stocked with a good selection, but a bit crowded when we went. The entire state of Alabama mustve gotten their Stimulus deposits this weekend judging by the packed parking lot. Despite this the shelves were stocked, the checkout line moved quickly, and the cashier was friendly.

I mostly like the prices, but there have been several times where they do not have three or four the items that I went there for. Theyre usually out. Thats why I only gave it four stars

Wasnt bad but could use better employees and better organization of isles was all right on pricing and the only thing that got me mad and upset was i was asked by two different employees what i was doing while walking around and trying to find a gift for my lil niece also when i was walking out with bags in cart and recite got stoped and asked to check my bags and recite when i first said that i cant stop threatened to call security on me so i them showed my recite and what i had paid for then had the recite just thrown in my bags and bags just left how they went thru them very mad about that and should not be treated in such way like a thief or something why should i pay money just to be harassed like that truly dont even wanna pay for that kind of service very unprofessional and rude...

The only problem I have with Walmart is that have only one register going and usually is self service if theyre not going to have employees at the cash register then they need to at least have more than one self-service Lane open

Very friendly staff my only concern has that the automotive area manager had no idea how to charge the car battery I brought in. Being someone that works on cars I believe I died a little inside when I seen this.

Great store and the staff was very helpful. Had an issue with an online order and they resolved within minutes... Other locations could learn from your customer service desk.

I cant complain. They have what I need when I need it and the prices cant be beat. Their pharmacy helped me take care of some medicine for my son too.

I purchased several items and when I got home I realized that I was missing a few items. I tried to call the store several times. The first time the phone just rang and nobody picked up. Tried calling back again and let the phone ring for a long time just to have somebody pick up and hang back up. On the third time somebody finally picked up after about 30 rings so I asked for customer service. When transferred, the phone jay rang and rang with nobody ever picking up which is ridiculous because theres always somebody in customer service. Tip, dont call Walmart to try and find out anything because more than likely you wont ever get anybody to answer

Walmart employee to a stop what theyre doing, no matter what it is that they are doing and walk you to the product youre looking for. The prices are always reasonable. There are two things I dont like, one is they have shrunk their bags and their bags a very weak and sometimes have holes in them. The second thing is they dont carry as many organic products as they used to. They used to carry regular or organic apple juice now they are forcing you to buy Honeycrisp organic apple juice because they dont carry the ordinary organic apple juice anymore.

Got 1/2 doz plants on sale. I like the bargains.

When you call the store, no one answers the phone even after on hold ringing for more than 10 minutes. Very poor phone system.

Never enough checkouts open! You have to either stand in a long line or work for free checking yourself out and bagging your own groceries. You would think as much money as Walmart takes in they could have more cashiers

No registers open line for check out took 40 min. WM expects customers to check ourselves out but do not give discounts for doing their job. The self checkout puts employees out of work and i refuse to do that. If I want to check myself out, I will shop online.

Purchased tires for our Honda element. They told us it would take an hour but it only took about 40 min.
