This has to be the rudest, most incompetent group of employees ever. I had to go find the girl who was supposed to be working the front. My 90yr old grandfather suffering from Alzheimer’s shuffled his feet faster and actually spoke more than this girl, who literally didn’t say one word. And it’s not like she needs to be straightening the shelves, because there’s no stock to straighten. Please replace her with a robot or kiosk because it would move faster and certainly have a better personality. By the way, the CVS on Whitesburg, and ANY Walgreens is better than this location.

Pharmacist is very rude and could use a better disposition. If she doesnt want to help people she should be replaced. My insurance requiring me to get meds here is the ONLY reason I come here now

The pharmacy staff at this location are great. The few times Ive had to wait they were apologetic and kind. Highly recommend.

I called the pharmacy to find out if they had lancets on the shelf. These people had no idea what I was talking about and they’re filling peoples prescriptions here. Scary

Poor management, treated me as if I was ignorant . I have friends who have had poor experiences here as well. Choose mom and pop drugstores,these folks are RUDE.

I went in with a friend about 10 minutes before closing to print a few pictures, then an employee walked over and said we’re closing in 5 minutes(about 7 or 8 minutes before closing) then proceeded to stand and stare at us until we walked away from the kiosk. Then went to the door and told another customer the store was closed,(about 5 minutes before closing) and then locked the doors while we were still in the store. He was really rude and overall it was very poor customer service. Definitely won’t be frequenting this location.

They make a lot of mistakes, meds missing out of the box, never put the correct lids on the bottle.

Not my normal pharmacy, but on a Saturday when my pharmacy was closed the staff helped me out although there was a problem with my insurance they did all they could to get my prescriptions and at the cheapest price. All the pharmacy staff treated me very kindly!!

Slow and would prefer using another pharmacy

Better than Walmart pharmacy to me at this moment....well see if theres consistency...I require consistency. ..just sayin, so I will have to update at a later time 🤔

Rude staff that will hang up on you or just ignore your call. Tasked 3-4x longer than most pharmacies and are horribly priced.

Very very slow!! Judgemental and rude.. As many people that work there, filling one medication shouldnt take 2 hours .. when foodland has 2 employees and has a script ready in less than 5 min on a busy day !

Unbelievably rude. Absolutely no customer service skills, and if you have a question about the price, they don’t have the time .. I’ve tried on several occasions to get my script filled here because it’s closer to home however every single month I go to get the same script they try to price gouge me . Thank the lord my script was put on the generic list last year not that CVS will fill it for the generic price, why would I pay over $150 when I can drive to Walgreens in fort Payne and get it for $23 ( every month) . It’s a drive but we’ll worth it .

No business hours of open or close days of week pharmacy is open or close and are they open on any holiday I am looking for a respectable pharmacy that is open late

Incompetent. We dropped off our prescription and waited 45 minutes. We went back and they had not even started the first one. You know the guy that left forgot to type it in. Wow

I give them 4 out of 5 stars.. Ive been using their pharmacy for about 4 years now& the pharm tech always makes sure I get the right medicine and right amount.One time, one of the pharmacy technicians called my cell # to make sure I had enough of my prescription bc the count wasnt coming out right for them; she was afraid they had messed up and gave me less.CVS will always be my first choice..even though it takes up to 45-90 mins to get your meds filled; they txt you when your scripts are ready and have auto-fill as an option, as well. The staff at Scottsboro, AL are very friendly and informative.

Horrible service. Waited on a prescription for 6 hours and they conveniently forgot to send it over to a pharmacy in the area who actually had the prescription in stock.

People are rude and not helpful at all. Ill stick with Big C
