Was split into 2 separate showrooms, across a small parking lot. Had many mid to high end products. If you are looking for inexpensive and lesser quality, go to the big box stores. This company is for buyers who are looking for high end products. Place was fairly busy and as some of the price tags were missing, often you would see sales people running to look up prices. Overall a satisfying experience. I would and probably will purchase my shower kits from Ferguson when I have decided which of many options to choose from.
Glad I called in advanced to find out they are by appointment only. In general it takes my wife a while to decide on items, our consultant was very patient and informative and answered all our questions. The showroom was nice and gave us great inspiration and ideas for our project. We were in a time crunch to get products so we specifically asked to see product we could get fast. Which we were able to select and get right away. We are happy with everything and would recommend to others.
My wife and I went to Ferguson as we needed to purchase a dishwasher, wall oven and refrigerator. This was our first time going to Ferguson. Courtney Zavras met with us and we were immediately impressed. Her knowledge of the products is second to none, and that knowledge helped us decide which brands and models within those brands to purchase. Staff at other appliance stores, in my experience, do not have the same product knowledge as Courtney does. Additionally, the environment was professional and without any pressure to purchase. That is important in my mind. I highly recommend Courtney Zavras and Ferguson, and we will go back when we need to purchase other appliances.
The showroom is very nice. My salesperson was very attentive and a wealth of knowledge. My appliance install of what did come in has gone smoothly. The items that were in stock came in a timely manner, however the backordered items have been on very long wait. I unfortunately have experienced some long delays on my project in all directions...garage doors, cabinets, my appliance and a couple plumbing pieces, so I am not surprised and in fairness my salesperson did warn me in advance. I am waiting on just a couple more items until everything is complete. So far so good. Would recommend to others, however if you are in a hurry you better plan in advance. I am looking forward to finally getting my dream home done.

Michelle Lee is a wonder! When I didnt receive an email receipt for my phone order, I called and Michelle looked up my order. She emailed me my receipt, realized I had ordered a toilet without a seat and ordered one for me. She also informed me when the toilet was scheduled to arrive at their showroom. Once the toilet arrived at their location, she double checked that there was no damage before it was delivered to me in Sedona. Then she emailed me with the delivery date.It was amazing service! Thank you!
Just an awesome experience. But be prepared to spend money as this store is very high end and the employees are exceptional.
Recently we did a whole house update and purchased all the bath, kitchen, & lighting fixtures from Ferguson Scottsdale location. Our salesperson was extraordinarily helpful, thorough, and responsive. All the products were delivered in a timely manner without issues. When we experienced a couple product delays, our salesperson resolved it completely, keeping our project timeline on track. Its been a pleasure doing business with Ferguson!

It has been a long time since I have been in a store where I felt unwelcome today i was reminded what that felt like.I have been sending my clients to ferguson showrooms for years. Today I accompanied one of them and assured him they would be very helpful.When we arrived nobody spoke with us. When we asked for help we were brushed off nobody can help you today.Our client was able to get some help from the front desk but she seemed resentful and short the whole time.I hope this isnt the experience I have been sending my clients to all these years.
4 weeks late on required date for kitchen and bathroom faucets bought and paid for. Poor to no communications since the agreed required date passed. They have hundreds of different faucets at the show store. Why sell us not one but two they cant get. Good thing cabinets are behind too.... FubarFinally got ahold of supervisor and they were helpful
Beautiful Displays. Had a great experience and would recommend to others. I am satisfy with the process from, working with my sales person, ordering, delivery and appliance install. I would recommend to anyone that is remodeling to go here. I purchased appliance and plumbing. They have a great selection of lights too, Ill be coming back when I eventually redo the lights too.
Customer service here was just sub par today nobody ever greeted me I walked around I asked somebody if they could help me and they said they had an appointment I have to go to the front desk so I went to the front desk and she said she would have somebody be right with me I just need a price on one item I went back up she still said we’re waiting on somebody I ended up leaving I don’t know what the point is of having somebody at the front desk if they can’t answer one question on a price for you. She didn’t even offer to see if she could help me. and Whydo some items have prices on them and others don’t?
Impossible to reach their service team for warranty issues on appliances once they sell you their products!I purchased 17 homes all brand new appliances and have only had terrible experiences when trying to schedule services.This includes but its not limited to taking up to 48 hours to even get through to somebody to schedule a service, to taking three separate service calls to repair a brand new dryer, if this is what I go through as a contractor who did 17 homes I cant imagine what an individual buying just one or two items may experience.It all off these are rental homes so it only reflects poorly on me as the landlord
I had a great experience with Ferguson! We remodeled 3 of our bathrooms, including our Master bath, and had three pleasure working with Courtney. She was fantastic from start to finish! She was very easy to work with, showed us ways to help save money, and was always available for our questions. I could not recommend Courtney or Ferguson enough!

I rarely write reviews on any business. However its been over 24 hours since my visit to Ferguson and Im still irritated by my experience. We are building a new home and I have visited this store many times to browse their items. Im at the point where I need to order appliances and plumbing fixtures so I called on Thursday to make an appointment. I was told that on Saturday they only take walk in appointments. It was also suggested that we come early so we have a better chance of getting helped by an associate. All good information. We arrived around 10 am and with in 20 minutes an associate came to help us. We had a list of appliances we wanted to price and talked about how long it would take for items to be delivered. All good . After that part was done we asked to look at bath fixtures. It was then the lady said she could not spend any more time with us because there were other shoppers that need attention. I said but I was here first and have other items I would like to get information on. She said she was not allowed to spend more time with us and we would need to make an appointment during the week. Our weeks are very busy and weekends are the only time we have to do do this sort of shopping. She insisted and was very rushing and pushing to make us an appointment. We ended up leaving very frustrated. We were in the store for less then 30 min. To say the least I will not order my appliances here or any other fixtures. We found Jetta Kitchen and bath later that morning and were very happy with the attention we received.Update, We ended up not purchasing any items from Fergusons. We found a store called Best Home Appliances on Bell Road and had the best experience with Randy. We purchased our entire kitchen package there which included all Wolf and Subzero appliances but they also carry Thermadore and Meile. Pice out the door was a few hundered under alll other quotes because they charge a minimum delivery and install fee. We bought all our plumbing fixtures online at sites besides Fergusons.
As a builder and designer it is important that our clients have the best information available when making decisions about their plumbing and appliance decisions. I have been working with Chelsea Benevento at the Ferguson Raintree location for approx. 4 years now. She is extremely knowledgeable about her products, clients feel comfortable with her and I always get the correct order the first time. There is nothing more aggravating than receiving word that all the correct parts to install something was not included in the order and then I need to explain to the client that the cost is higher than expected. Chelsea gets it right the first time and is always ontop of each order. Working with the right rep makes all the difference. Remodels are hard enough, do yourself and your blood pressure a favor and work with Chelsea...PS I am not the only person who thinks this so make an appointment before going to see her.
Went here to pick out and order fixtures for a remodel. Got there to be greeted by a sign that says you need a appointment to shop. It’s hard to sell thing when your customers are turned away before they are even allowed inside. I’m used to the condescending attitude from the employees at this location but being turned away without getting anything accomplished was something altogether new.

This store has an excellent selection of high-end, designer-level merchandise. It is definitely a quantum leap above the big-box home improvement stores.
Been to a few showrooms in town, in my opnion this place is the best. I just finished my master bath and kitchen remodel I got my appliance, plumbing and kitchen light pendent there. My sales person was very knowledgeable as I was tettering back and forth with a couple manufacturers. Just be aware this pendemic has really affected appliance lead times. I checked other places to see if they could get it any sooner... It was all the same. My plumbing and lighting was all in stock so came fast. Im glad I came here and would recomend to others.
We walked around both of the stores and no one said hello or can I help you. We were looking for 30 minutes at bath fir remodel. I hope others have a better experience.
The showroom has quite a few kitchen appliances to view, also many bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Our sales associate asked great questions and was very helpful even though we ultimately were not able to purchase from Ferguson because of our short timeline.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order and after 12 days still hadnt received it or had any of my repeated emails asking for an update answered. Finally I called them to ask what the status of my order was and they said that the order had been flagged in their system and the only way to continue would be to send them a wire transfer. Yeah!! a wire transfer.I then asked why they couldnt just tell me that in my emails asking for a status update and the rep said for flagged transactions they simply do not answer emails about them. TERRIBLE SERVICE.EDIT: Owner responded to my review trying to say their system doesnt flag orders and they dont know what Im talking about. Here is the order number (Ferguson Order # 1732051) to prove this indeed happened exactly how I said it did.

Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. I am glad I did. I got the time I needed, my questions answered and I made my selections, placed my order for 2 bathroom of fixtures and it showed up at my door within the week.
Very helpful staff. The young lady at the front desk was kind enough to let me bother her with questions for half an hour. Her helpfulness and professional attitude is what will bring me back to make purchases when I make up my mind.

Not good. I phoned the Mesa location a week prior and the man I spoke to said they did not have bath fixtures and the only showroom for bath fixtures was in Scottsdale. So I go from Tempe to Scottsdale to that showroom. They were busy and the girl at the front desk said they were short of help on Saturdays when I told her everyone was busy and I couldnt get any help. She also indicated that I was misinformed by the representative in Mesa that they do indeed have bath fixtures at that location. I will be going elsewhere to shop for what I need and I will recommend others do the same. No thanks for wasting my time and gas.
AMAZING selections for all your lighting, cabinet fixtures, fans, tuba, toilets, faucets, etc. More selection then all of the other stores I have gone to. Buying everything for a new house and they had it all. Many items very different from you box stores.
A good to buy your kitchen and bathroom appliances and hardware,at the very minimum to get a good idea of what you want.

Had a good conversation with Greg G. at the Tempe location. Had a problem gave him the info and he said hed get back to me. Short time later he did with the information I needed. I appreciate customer service like that.

We have purchased pluming fixtures and lights for our new house. Most of our outdoor light fixtures stopped working after the first storm in June. We have sent 3 emails and did not hear back from our sales person. Finally few days ago paid a visit in order to speak with the manager, she or he happened to be out for lunch so just left a massage with the front desk and asked for a call and two days went by and I have not heard back from anybody. I can not believe the the level of customer service, ignorance and lack of basic courtesy this company represents. It is shocking that after spending thousands of dollars they dont even bother to call you back. I feel very ignored and I would never shop there again!

Episode 168: You sent the wrong door pulls for the 8th time. The few door pulls that were correct had the wrong screws. We are still missing a light. We are missing light bulbs that were broken the first time you sent them, had an empty box the 2nd time you sent them, and were the wrong bulbs the third time you sent them. We are looking at using painters tape instead of cabinet pulls for the next 9-12 months.I honestly believe that if your company randomly sent items from random catalogs wed be more likely to receive the items we ordered then the process that is in place now. I cant fathom how one company (Im assuming this is a management on down issue), can get so many orders wrong in such a limited time.Please update your computer system to something that is post-1980s so we can see when our order is coming in. Please enable a computer system that lets you look up an order by, I dont know, a persons name? I know its a radical thought. Please enable a computer system that lets you identify an item not by a random part number that is only associated by ferguson but a model name and number that exists in the outside world.To all the designers out there, stay away if you have any choice in the matter. To all customers, they will be nice at the front door, but everything beyond that is the most disorganized inventory and controls system you will ever see.Merry Christmas.
I attempted to make an appointment at Scottsdale location to pick out supplies for my kitchen remodel. Called twice and left messages with two different people but received no response. On my third call (3 days later) I spoke with someone in scheduling at Mesa showroom. I mentioned to her I needed an appointment in Scottsdale and of my calls not being returned. She was beyond rude and condescending. After attempting to schedule an appointment through this very angry person, I told her because of her behavior, I will take my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Only one customer in the entire showroom has six people working and not one person asked us if we needed assistance. Terrible management or lack thereof is a real problem here. Walk next door to the lighting Center they are supposed to close at 5 and at 4 theyre already closed and door locked.

This is a showroom, not a plumbing store. They did however, find the part I needed and shipped it next day to the closest branch to my house without extra shipping charges. Other places had 2-3 week lead time plus shipping costs.
