One of the most well staffed and actually helpful Home Depot’s I’ve been to.Most of the time it takes forever to find a staff member for assistance but it was incredibly easy to grab someone on *several* accounts!! Unbelievable!The self checkout stands are also pretty intelligent and easy to use. They’re also well staffed and a helpful associate, a Jim K., even helped to expedite things and show me a few tricks to speed up the process even though there wasn’t a line or anything that would give off a ‘hurry up!’ Vibe, simply kind and helpful service.I’ll definitely come back to this Home Depot.
Ive been spending too much time here! Each time the beautiful selection of plants catches my eyes. Leave with a few, but they also had my cleaning products & super glue. Way to go H D.
A customer for over 20 years because they always have what I need or will help me find a substitute that will work as well or better!
We waited 40 minutes for them to find the ONE person who could operate the lift to retrieve a water heater off of the shelf.
No stand behind their commitments or warranties at all, bought this brand new Sam sung washer at the store middle of May, the machine spin louder than an airplane landing from day one, call Home Depot they ask to call Samsung customers services, take couple weeks for their appointment, their technicians come and said warranty void because we are self delivered and self installed, to fix it cost as much as new one, should return to Home Depot because it s brand new. Bring back to Home Depot they would not take back or exchange it, tell us to wait so they can contact Samsung, never heard from any of them. $800 dollars wasted. Home depot is used to a trusted store to go to me, not anymore

I promise I will NEVER go back. Worst runs store in the company. The only thing worse than the customer service is inept management who has an excuse for everything. Do yourself a favor and drive the three miles to Indian Bend. Its a clown show.
We love visiting Daniel! Weve found him at the register in the garden center. He has gone out of his way to give our boys the fun building sets that Home Depot uses monthly as a childrens workshop. Hes a positive role model and very thoughtful. Thank you, Daniel, for making our trips to the garden center more joyful!
Customer service was lackluster as 2 employees busy at entrance on an issue, 2 more outside talking to each other, customer service busy, but with an attitude, which was not pleasant to deal with.. At least your electrical senor help was pleasant, offered suggestions, and was trying to help us. I will not stop there again as other locations are friendlier at least. And the store was not that busy as I counted 6 customers to 9 employees in a 40 radius. Teach youth respect your customer at least. Never had this problem at Lowes. No wonder online retail sales are skyrocketing, now I get it, unfortunately.

Cameron in the paint department is the most knowledgeable Home Depot staff member I have ever encountered. Often it can be a trial to find good, professional help at a Home Depot and hardware stores in general. Cameron was understated and extremely knowledgeable. A true professional.

Because of the app, I knew that they had exactly what I needed and which aisle to find it on. The issue happened when I got there. I try not to make it a habit to shop within an hour of closing times, however sometimes it is literally the only time I can make it. I asked for help to load a toilet into my cart. I waited 10 minutes and no one came to help. I finally stopped a young woman who was coming out of the garden center and she and I loaded it on the cart. Then I asked the snarky sales associate who was monitoring the self check out if she could call someone to help me load it in my vehicle. She stated that I probably wouldnt get any help at that time of night. (It was still 30 minutes before close.). I was lucky enough that a helpful customer offered to help me load it. This, unfortunately, is the service Ive come to expect from Home Depot.
Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Found what I needed was out in less than 5 minutes.
This location always seems better stocked than others. Friendly checkers only knock there for an hour without any one offering to help.
Jim at the service counter was a pleasure to work with. He was smart, kind and so helpful when picking up my order. He’s creative too, I love his smock! Go visit him!

The staff was extremely helpful. Return process was easy and the 2 staff members that helped me in the lightbulb were very knowledgeable.Unfortunately they were out of what I needed.
Well what can you really say about Home Depot. They have basically everything. The issue isn’t what they have or don’t. It’s finding it!!! I go to Home Depot to find knowledgeable staff. And that’s not what you get here. Most of them not only don’t know where to find things they also don’t know what you are even talking about. It’s rather disappointing.

Overall lots of helpful employees but two days straight with no one who can re-key a lock. Can’t buy a lock if you can’t RE key it!

Home Depot. No different than any other one. Very clean though and easy to find things if you have at least half a brain. App is nice to use to find weird items or see if they are in stock before you drive over. Employees leave you alone which is nice. Its Scottsdale though so you have the grumpy old people and entitled millennials to deal with but other than that love going here.
Friendly staff, lots of stuff you need for doing home projects. They offer a veterans discount which is really nice.

I asked two separate associates questions on locating an item, it was clearly the biggest inconvenience of their life. Rude, not friendly, and not willing to help. One of them told me to download their app so I can locate the item on my own and not ask for help...what’s the purpose of having sales floor associates then?

Home Depot was my choice to review plants. “THIS IS WHERE MY BEAUTIFUL DAY ENDED.Your employee that was put out about answering any questions ruin my day. RUDE and CRUDE without class.I spent $63.00. Do not order appliances here if you actually want appliances. Look, I know everywhere is having shortages, especially on freezers. But I purchased a dishwasher and oven back in June, and still dont have them. I think I am now on my 6th delivery date. At one point, I even had to purchase a different, more expensive oven as I was told (2-3 months after purchase) the other was no longer available, ever. Well apparently this one isnt either. My newest delivery date is November 20th. More than 5 months after purchase, and has Home Depot tried to make any amends? Nope, they just sit on my cash using it while I have nothing. Not one apology and their phone system is terrible. Go to a small business that actually cares about you and has time for you.

I went into the store looking for a product nobody would help me three or four people disappeared when I asked so I went to another store on northsight and this young lady Megan walked all over the store in order to help me out then she called me the next day and told me she found my product and she put it on the side what a wonderful person to have on your team kudos to You Home Depot on Northsight and haden
None of the employees even try wearing masks or keeping a safe distance from customers. The carts stand say safety starts here, but there is no sanitizer. Looks like they have hired a lot of temp staff who know very little about what is available on which aisle, they are busier talking to each other.
Masks not required to shop here, though the signage says otherwise. HD wont refuse entry to anyone who refuses to wear one.Supremely aggravating when people wont follow the rules and are allowed to ignore the rules.

My husband and I just bought a new home. We have used this location to get everything needed, including carpet. The knowledge and customer service from your flooring team is outstanding. We are also very impressed with the kindness and friendless from the cashiers.However, your paint team is terrible. It took almost 30 minutes to get acknowledged at the counter. We were then told it would be 30 mins till our order was ready. When we came back to get the paint, it took another 15 minutes to get acknowledged... just to be told paint matching does not take priority and they didnt know when it would be ready. When we asked for a time frame they wouldnt give us one and said it would be done between customers. Excuse me but we are customers and in the last week have spent close to 5k in your store. Two hours later we are still waiting and are being forced to come back to get the paint. Did I mention we live 30 minutes away so now we will have to waste another hour to come back and deal with this again.
The gentlemen at the Christmas tree area were kind loving and generous.

Rudest person ive interacted with, i spend thousands of dollars per month here i own two companies, i will be taking my business to lowes. Pretty much what you would expect from a home depot, with a hint of discrimination. Only person who wasnt a POS was Marcus, he gave me a mask outside, because I left mine home.

Worst customer service on building materials department, specifically loaders on building materials. Forklift guy have me an attitude because I asked him to put plastic grap on a pallet of blocks. A guy named ton or Tony, not sure. He told me that I cant tell him how to do his job. When he wasnt doing it. I spend thousand of dollars at home depot stores.
Staff extremely helpful. Use to go to Home Depot on Hayden stopped due to unfriendly staff. This store kept a customer who is remodeling their entire home!! Great staff!!!

I am a handy man and they never have the supplies I need and the staff is worthless. I went through 5 employees asking for another box of tile and no one had answers.
Drove 30 minutes to this store to pick up purchase. Went to returns/pick up line. I was the only one in line. Greg appeared to be open and was texting on his cell phone. He saw me as did other associates but nobody acknowledged me. I waited 5 minutes at which point Greg took off his apron and was relieved by Andrew. Andrew called me over. He went to get my order and the item was badly damaged. I pointed this out and he said it was the only one. I said online that the store had 22. He said it was the only one back there. I expressed frustration because I had been to 3 home depots and drove 30 minutes to get to this one. I asked if it was maybe in the overhead. He expressed frustration (some may construe as attitude) back and said he would check again. He came back and said there was a delivery mix up and it was this one or nothing. I asked for a refund. I asked if he could order online and ship to a store closer to me. He said I could do it myself and select the store. I had a similar answer at the second home depot on Warner and Kyrene. I took my refund receipt and went to check the area myself. There was a 2nd item, not damaged, in the area. This leads me to believe that Andrew did not look. Very unhappy with the service. Also, I do not understand why the employees are unwilling to order for the customer and have it shipped to the store closest to them.
Tanya in the appliance department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She spent quite a bit of time with us and went as far as discussing the new technologies in appliances today, which we found so interesting. She is a wonderful asset to Home Depot!
I totally recommend Mike in the rental department. He is very professional and was understanding in my situation. I would like his Managers to know that I am giving him 5 stars! Thank you Mike!!
