They have a friendly and helpful staff who can answer basically any question that you could come up with! I love coming here!

I have been So excited to visit the store. And It is. Amazin let me tell you. However, I was accused of shoplifting. When I did no such thing and would never do such thing in my entire life, especially at a store that I plan to visit at least once a week. I did email them. They wrote back a very rude response. They said I was seen shoplifting an item that I dont even use which is watercolor pencil or something like that. I dont even know what theyre talking about that. I do not use watercolor. I have requested video. So hopefully I will get that. They went on to tell me that they have plastered my picture. Both locations, which is slander. So I will be speaking with a lawyer about this as well.

Support our local business. Good kids work there and very knowledgeable. Very nice selection of art materials. It is a candy store for artists.

Small selection and high prices. Much higher than than they should be. The employees are nice and knowledgeable but I just cant get over the price hike. Its literally 5 minutes from where I live, but I choose to drive to Jerrys Art store in Tempe, they have a huge selection and always have some awesome deal going on.

Condensed store space that offers a wider and higher quality selection than Michales or Hobby Lobby.

They have a great variety of items. Paint, canvas, and everything you could need. Excellent customer service.

I had an almost unbelievably bad customer service experience at the Scottsdale Road store on Thursday, May 3rd around 1:00 p.m. I intended to buy more supplies to augment my $300 purchase of a month prior. Among the items I bought at the store earlier was a small jar of unused linseed oil which had a faulty cap that failed to open. I asked the two young women to exchange it or succeed in opening the cap so I could use the product. Do you have a receipt?, one of the girls asked. I said No, I do not. Then Im sorry. we cannot help you she replied. I said, Are you serious? I did purchase it here.Everything went downhill from there. I finally realized I couldnt get anywhere with my attempt to explain the illogical business position they were taking. Wait, it gets worse: Oh, never mind... I gave up on these two idiots and walked out. Bottom line: Lost sale, lost customer all over an insignificant customer request.Brad JonesScottsdale, AZ

Been coming here for over 10 years but only when I absolutely have to. Employees are dead on the inside. They have no idea what there selling nor do they care about anything. Every visit is painful.
