It can take a while to find somebody working on the floors but once you do the staff here are so friendly and incredibly helpful! They are all so creative and theyve helped me come up with fantastic ideas for projects. Totally grateful!

I likes this place a lot. The workers were chill and did not bother you unless you asked them a question. It was sooo clean and organized I kept trying to find dust in dark corners but found none. Jk. But for real dont come without the free time to browse. I have about ten projects going on in my apartment now after my visit. All things I very much wanted to improve but didnt know how to do it until I came here and started seeing all the tools and what not to make my imagination come to life. Love this place!

First time in this store it seems to have almost everything! Im especially excited for the upcoming Halloween..i loved that they had a variety of options to make decorations. Told my little sisters we could make a Halloween wreath this year.

The people who work here are knowledgeable about there crafts. The store is clean and quiet which is nice. Its not like going to a busy Walmart to find over priced junk! They have high quality stuff for low prices! They run deals 99% of the time as well

Not too busy, still some Christmas merchandise available. Store is very clean and the cashier Isabelle is very efficient and sweet.

This particular michaels is well stocked with inventory at all times. They are staffed with friendly team members that are knowledgeable and willing to assist. Great inventory on Cricut, Siser, and Oracle vinyl products.

Usually a great selection of arts & crafts supplies. We tried to get some paints, but the selection at this time is absolutely terrible. The prices are ok, but you really need coupons.

It is always a delight to visit this Michael store. We came in looking to buy a terranium, something I had spotted and seen they carried few months ago. Turns out they stopped selling it in-store. The store assistant was kind enough to check their catalogue and confirm it for us.

Everyone at this location was incredibly helpful. This store was very organized and clean...I am on crutches and I found the spacing between the aisles easy to maneuver...I waited less than 2 minutes to checkout and the girl was simply outstanding and had me smiling all the way to my vehicle.... A good craft store and they have a little decor also. It always seems tight and crowded, even when there are only a few people in the store, I think the isles need to be wider. They have a broad selection of craft items for your hobbies. And when the coupons come out, you can get some really good deals. I personally prefer hobby lobby, but thats only my preference due to the feel in the store.

Update: Josh the manager called me to apologize for acting out so harshly towards me which I really appreciated. So for that I upped their review.Original review: One of the managers there, Josh, is AWFUL. He was extremely rude in front of other customers. I ordered curbside and no one was coming out so I went into the store and thought it would be easier to just grab it. He very rudely told me “there’s 2 people working registers you have to wait” I then said then let me know it’s gonna be 10 min so I know” and he said “I heard her tell you a few minutes, you need to wait” another manager Aubrey (who was amazing!) then came and helped me immediately. Josh you’re awful, learn customer service, you don’t deserve to be a manager.

We found things we were looking for. We bought an easel missing a piece. Having to return it is kind of a drag, tho.

We love all the coupons Michaels always has but there does seem to be a limited selection of everything except frames and flowers, thats half the store. You should be able to find what you need but there isnt a lot of variety with paper craft, art supplies or journaling items. Theres a bigger focus on carrying the more expensive brand names than variety.

Very nice location. Our online order in store pickup was professionally and carefully packed. Apparently not all locations care about your glass items making it home in one piece, but this one does!

My experience at this location has been great overall. As for the company, they tend to be more expensive than Walmart, Amazon, and other retailers. To be fair, you can usually find a coupon on their app to get a large discount on a single item (usually 40%). I highly recommend checking their website and app for coupons or else you will pay way more than you should. They have a great selection of items here and the employees at this location are so sweet and very helpful.

I love going here for art supplies. The only thing I do not like about it is the deals that are displayed are not always in the system when you get to the register and things come up as full price. Sometimes they fix the price for you, sometimes they give you every excuse as to why they cant. If they fix this issue this location would be amazing.

I think I go to michaels 4 times a week. Their coupons are amazing and the rewards program is great. On top of that when they have the additional 20% off coupons you cant go wrong! The staff has always been super helpful and friendly.

The manager Heidi seems to be really hard on her employees. I had a great experience with a few of the workers but she just kept making them do to many things all at once! Also checkout lanes are a joke!

I had to return a craft item that broke and I didnt have my receipt. I spoke to the girl with the long hair in a pony tail. I think she is a manager. I didnt get her name, but she was so very helpful. I was able to exchange my merchandise for a new one with no problem. I shop there quite often and she has gone out of her way many times to help me. Great Customer service and next time I will get her name.
