Called and Tech Eric was out to my house an hour later to replace the exterior pane on a bedroom window. He and Janice worked with me to replace it in 24 hours. Eric even made sure to put the lock back on the bedroom window he replaced. Such attention to detail! This is the second time my family has used this company. Theyre excellent.

NO SHOW!Called to have a rep come to the house, was told that they were a week out. Set appointment, and then they never showed. Called and Frank then stated they screwed up but wouldnt be able to get another Rep there for another week.The house is sold and the windows need to be corrected before the propety will close with funding. Im now going to lose the deal on selling this house as the repairs arent being made in the time line origianlly stated to the buyer.Certianly have scratched them from future needs, as Im a contractor and transact on 30-40 properties per year. Never seen a Sub-Contractor this messed up.

Frank was amazing and an expert at what he does! I received quotes from over 4 places in the Valley and they were by far the least expensive for the exact same product! Frank was precise and the piece turned out perfectly and quick too! It was a challenging piece of glass I needed cut for my desk top. He nailed it! I would definitely go back here and recommend this place!

Friendly people, fair prices. Everybody has glass in their house but there is hardly anybody that you can go to to get glass work done. I was so happy to find American Glass.

Made an appointment last week for today, 8/29 between 1- 3:30pm. Call the office to confirm around Noon. Was told we are on the schedule. 3pm comes, Im outside, Chris (sales?) leaves a message saying, Im in the area, and if I dont call me back shortly he wont be coming! Great message. Outstanding customer service. Dont waste your time, as I did. Wouldnt even give 1 star, but have to. What a joke. Great customer service. Chris had the audacity to call me back at 3:45 and put it on me.STAY AWAY!!

Just fantastic people and service. Needed to get a couple replacement window panes for my home. They were helpful, kind, priced fairly and fast. Wish I could shop here for everything.

Brought car in for a new windshield. 36 hours later it cracks! They put a 2nd in, charged my insurance, 2 weeks go by and another crack in the 2nd one they put in. REALLY?? They try and convince you its not their glass.. sounds scripted, like they get these calls often.3 windshields in 3 weeks? I think not. My 3rd will be from a different company, I suggest you DO NOT use them!

They did an amazing job replacing a giant dual pane safety glass window 10/10 would recommend.
