Take anything you need rebuilt here for steering. Amazing
I had my subaru outback steering rack rebuilt by Bench works. Mass rebuilt steering racks for subarus are notoriously bad and new oem racks are expension. Benchworks price was only a little more than a rebuilt rack from the auto parts store. The quality of the rebuild and the individual attention was worth the extra money. My rack it tight! No play what so ever. I honestly dont remember the new rack being this good. I had a problem with the aftermarket inner tie rod ends that I supplied. Min helped me troubleshoot the problem. Benchworks went above and beyond!
Really good people.
Benchworks is the BEST and theyve always taken care of me! Everyone down there knows exactly what theyre doing! Minh has always taken care of me and gone farther than he needed to, to help me! 110%!!!
Great place... Nice people... Job well done!
Is the only guys to use for steering gear.
I needed a drag link for my old 77 Highboy which had a power steering conversion done by a previous owner. I searched for quite some time for the parts and had very little luck. I ran across these guys on the web and they had me squared away in a few minutes. They not only knew exactly what I needed, but they put together a kit for me that was not even on their site and shipped it same day!Excellent service, highly recommended!
Its a bit out of my way but if I have picky customers are a 1 off problem they always have the answers. The remanned gear boxs you can buy anywhere are not as tight as the ones Ive had rebuilt by benchworks. Its a top quality product they offer - it does cost a little more but the old saying is usually true - you get what you pay for.
Benchworks always does it quickly and right the first time. I have multiple benchworks steering gears in my personal cars. I have installed multiples in my customers cars and trucks.Every time they are perfect!
Extremely fast turnaround time. The owner is very knowledgeable would recommend to others always a quality product. I own my own shop and wouldnt take my pump or gearbox anywhere else.
I was ripped off, my steering rack still leaks. The owners were rude and did not stand behind their work.
Amazing guys, Quality product and I would highly recommend Benchworks. Excellent build and quality guys that will back up the products 100%.
These people (Francis P. Crahan, Angele M. Crahan) are a nightmare. They are unprofessional to say the least. I bought a kit and could not find anyone to install it. I talked with them every day trying to get help. Even the place they recommended would NOT do the job. I cant do this myself. They will not take the kit back even though I offered to pay shipping, re-stocking and I offered to sell the completely new kit back to them for $400.00 less than I paid. They will not discuss it. It took time to try and find an installer but they only gave me a month but during the time I talked to them they gave me the impression that returning it was not a problem. I am stuck with an $1100.00 kit I cant get anyone in Los Angeles to install because the kit scares every auto shop even my own mechanic of 8 years. No one wants to cut steering columns and destroy things. Even the guy they recommended said that the job turns into a terrible and lengthy project. HORRIBLE!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
Rebuilt my gearbox for my 79 Blazer, knowledgeable, friendly and quick turnaround
Years and years of quality service, they take care of our forklift hydraulics and most of my dump-bed costumers rams.no disappointments here.please keep up the great work.Cherokee complete trailer maintenance and repair
Courtious, greatwork
Short version first: Im happy with Benchworks Steering, and I would recommend them to a friend without hesitation.Longer version: I sent my 88 F-150 steering box into Benchworks for a rebuild. They were fast and responsive, and turnaround time was quick. There was a minor issue with the box when I got it back, but they acknowledged the problem and were easy to work with in order to find a solution. The rebuild seems solid and the box is working great. I understand things happen...everyone has a hiccup now and again, and I dont have a problem with that. What makes or breaks a company in my opinion, is their customer service and how they handle a problem if/when one does arise. Benchworks Steering gets an A+ for customer service, and I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again in the future.
The work was done quickly
