I had my Mini transmission completely replaced 4 weeks ago. I shopped around for a few days comparing prices of local shops and dealerships across the valley. I was a bit hesitant to go with Scottsdale Beemer and Cooper due to their limited number of reviews, but I quickly was convinced after meeting Arin. His price for parts, service, and warranty was a fraction of any other shop. He kept me posted on all the work, even sent photos of my car in surgery. 1 month later, my car is driving like a charm! When I wanted to make upgrades on Mini Cooper S, the Mini dealership was gonna charge me TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE for parts and service. Arin at Scottsdale Beemer and Cooper did it for literally half the price, and he even does a better oil change than the dealership as well. How do I know?? The engine literally sounds like its running more efficient.

Very rude! Hung up on me after telling me they only work on BMWs and Coopers. Google maps listed their number under Exclusive Automotive Diagnostics, which is why I called. If I owned that business I would have been concerned that my business number was showing up on the wrong business and listened to me instead of hanging up on me. I submitted a Edit to G maps so hopefully no one has to call the wrong number again and get hung up on.
