For review of how the customer service is at this dealership, we purchased a 2019 Acura tlx and after weekly hand washing the car black spots started showing through the paint. Each time the blemishes got worse and now there are multiple damage areas on the car. We spoke with not only the sales manager we worked with, but also the service manager and nobody showed care or concern. On top of that no one was willing to talk or make anything right. We were brushed off and made to clearly feel as though we were inconveniencing them and wasting their time. Truly just disappointed in the service, you customers are you income think about maybe treating them a little better. The picture of when originally purchasing the car you can clearly see no marks, the others show a different story.

I was just planning on looking around at Right Hondawhich was highly recommended to me. I met with Carlos and he showed me some 2022 Hondas which I liked but was sure I couldn’t afford. Long story short, I ended up signing for a white car and I am very pleased! They were considerate of my financial situation and worked with me. With the help of Danny the numbers guy, I am thrilled I chose the Right place to “just look around”. Thanks for making it happen!.

My wife and I we happy with this vehicle and decided to talk numbers. Everything was quick and simple. We went into finance to finish everything up. We are very pleased with the car buying experience. Would highly recommend Right Honda.

Overall experience was a pretty tiring. Spent about 6+ hours here total negotiating and processing. I’m giving 4 stars because Alex Hernandez was so great in helping us and making it a more calm experience. Adam in financing is another reason I’ll give 4 stars. Our sales person Maroon (hope this is correctly spelled) was great. He was patient not pushy, showedIs the car and tried his best to expedite the process.I have mixed feelings about the dealership trying to stick it to customers adding things on top of the MSRP. I understand it is a market of low inventories, but this doesn’t help for customer loyalty. I came back to Right Honda because a prior car I bought I was given a fair price. This time I felt I overpaid.Nevertheless less I can say that overall we are happy with the car and the speed we were able to get out.

Going to Right Honda was the best decision I could’ve made when looking for a new car. Not only did they turn me into a Honda lover but the experience was truly exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Julio, Carlos and Alex and all three were the most humble people I’ve met. They were extremely personable, they did everything possible to get me what I wanted and make me happy and if that wasn’t enough they all stayed until 11pm to make sure all my questions were answered and I was completely taken care of. I live 4 hours from Scottsdale and Carlos even went as far as to call and make sure I got home safe and that the car was everything I had hoped for. Not once did anyone in the dealership trip to rush me out being that it was so late. I understand that they are the #1 deal and absolutely see why.

I had my car serviced at the right Honda dealership in July to replace the battery. Not even 2 months later I saw my battery light come on and called to see if they could take a look. When I was on the phone with the Honda associate, he told me that it was a $150 dollar fee regardless if they find anything wrong. I have been going to this place for a few years and never heard of this, especially when I am asking them to check on something they were supposed to have fixed the last time I came in, so I went in anyway not paying muchattention to the “$150 fee.” When I got into the shop he again told me that it would be a $150 charge for their time (even though I was asking them to look at something that they supposedly fixed two months ago). After taking a look the associate told me that it was an alternator issue and the cost to fix was $900. I asked why they didn’t catch this two months ago when they replaced the battery and he told me that the alternator has nothing to do with the battery…which is absolutely not true. At that moment I wanted to leave as 900 for an alternator is ridiculous especially after I just came in two months prior, but he reminded me once more that it would be $150 even if I choose not to have them fix it. At this point I was furious and talked to the manager. After explaining the issue to the manager he was very nice and told me not to worry about the 150 and even lowered the price to a reasonable amount. This is the only reason why I rated two stars instead of 1. Overall though, the experience was very frustrating, service is overpriced, and service I had was awful.

After having a difficult time with our local dealership we decided to reach out to valley dealerships. Alex Fernandez was the first one to reach out to us. We told him what we were looking for and he very quickly found us what we wanted. When it came time to discuss the price, Alex assured us that they would meet the numbers we were looking for and assured us the numbers would not change when we drove to the dealership. When we arrived there were no surprises and it was a quick process. Thanks to Alex we got the vehicle that we wanted at a great price with no hassle. Ahhh man quite the redemption for the Right companies. We originally went to right Toyota right when COVID hit and that was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We went to Right Honda about a month or two ago and it was absolutely wonderful. We got two brand new Accord Sport SE’s and were so pleased we came back to get my mom into a brand new Civic Sport hatchback. Tyler is absolutely wonderful. Sam is so great too. Took my car in to get serviced, went over to sales and was bad mouthed by at least 4 sales people. Some guy from Detroit, and some twig nerd with glasses all because I was conversing with another customer about a used car there. After conversing with the other customer I immediately felt the welcoming feeling go away. Wouldn’t recommend this places sales side. The Service team is excellent!

I had problems with the rim of my tire. I placed calls to several other service location both at Honda and other tire dealerships and was unable to get an appointment the same day. I called Right Honda and spoke with Alex who was very reassuring. He understood my fears and concerns of driving around on a spare tire. Alex was very accommodating and I was seen the same day. I replaced the rim with a new one and I also elected to have my oil changed there as well. Excellent customer service. Alex was phenomenal. I was in and out in a jiffy. Thank you Right Honda.

I worked with Steve Fabiano to buy my Civic. He was fantastic! He was very patient with me and did his best to stay within the monthly amount I could afford. Also, I had no way of getting to Right Honda because my Camry wouldnt start. Steve sent someone to pick me up from work and bring me to Right Honda. And then he supplied me with a loaner car as the car I purchased was not yet on the lot. He went above and beyond in taking care of me!

First time using this service department after buying a new Honda from the sales side 2 months ago. It was easy to schedule an appointment, we were able to get one meat day, the service rep communicated throughout the day. That’s about where the good ends. The service rep did not listen to me. I explained a problem I was having with the AC. He said it was not a problem and when I told him that I didn’t have this problem with my mid sized Japanese SUV Toyota Highlander that I just traded in (car being serviced is a the mid sized Japanese suv Honda Pilot) that I wasn’t comparing apples to apples…I also had to keep bringing up things I had asked to be checked or asked for pricing on every time he called for an update. It wasn’t a good experience and I won’t use them again. Plain and simple.

Had two warranty issues on my 2018 CRV just coming off of factory warranty. Dealership advocated on my behalf. Timely work by the service department. Nice job by Alan McKenna on keeping everything smooth.

Bought an accord there. Gene the dealer was great. Love my car. Service is just absolutely awful. There is zero communication, people are rude. I received a wrong key fob when I bought the car. They said they would be able to get me one and handle the situation, never did. Unresponsive and terrible customer care. Next Honda I get will be at another dealership.

The sells men at this dealership were fantastic to work with. Sam and his supervisor were very direct and helpful. They answered questions and were genuinely interested in finding what I was looking for rather than trying to convince me of anything else. I walked from another car service dealership and they were kind enough to give me a ride back to avoid rain. They have fantastic customer service and were a pleasure to meet.

Had the worst experience of my life with the sales persons Trevor and Brandon. DON’T BUY FROM THEM! They promised us a car right when we were about to head for our coast to coast road trip, did a hard check on our credit scores and at the last minute backed out because these money hungry people sold the car to someone else for more money. There is no accountability or respect for customers and for finalizing the deal. Because of this dealership, I don’t think I will ever want to buy Honda again!Edit: To the response given below - this is even more shameful that you know that credit check is ran when there is a signed agreement. So why did you back out after a signed agreement? Where is your sense of responsibility? Your dealership did not even have the courtesy or courage to call and let us know that you reneged on the deal, we had to do follow-ups for our own disappointment. So dont pretend to be sorry now!

Waste of time and effort. Internet sales manager said one thing and did not hold his word. Spent 40 minutes driving just to have them tell me otherwise. Bunch of “let me talk to my manager”; “ I’ll see what I can do”. In short, their communication is horrible, attitude is abysmal when you don’t agree to their terms that they swindled upon arrival. Don’t believe the internet listed price, you’re bound to waste your time, money, effort, and faith in dealerships once over. Okay A good analogy for this dealership is like a boy club not ran well.

Would not recommend at all, sales team were collaboratively scandalous and even more desperately sleazy on the their attempts to bring you in only to over charge you on a basic lease option. Only dumb sheep walk out of that place with a smile and staff knows it. This place preys on the vulnerable that dont know any better. Stay away TRUST ME

Even though my car is over a year old we havent driven very much And I have only been to Right Honda twice. My opinion Compares them to my previous car dealer. That dealer always had a special that saved me money And even understood that Im old Im a vet and I dont have access money. I called that personal serviceWhich I didnt find it right Honda. I suggest they consider Advertised specials including oil change and cabin filters.

Very disappointed, went for an oil change and during the inspection was told that my battery was very weak and needed to be replaced. Luckily I didnt purchase the advised battery being that the battery in the vehicle was purchased at local auto parts store. I removed tje battery and took it to the auto parts store, the battery tested at 94% and was just 12 months old...You should be able to trust the dealership where you purchased your vehicle. Right Honda no longer hasmy trust.Matt W. just received your response, let me start with your lack of of attention, my name is RAUL not Paul that in itself says a lot.My issue is that I cant understand how how technician can test the battery and get a weak battery reading when its at 94%??? Did he not conduct the test correctly??? If my wife would have taken the vehicle for the oil change she would have assumed the information given to her by the Advisor was correct and would have purchased a battery, an expense that was not needed.

The team here is generally very pleasant and responsive. We do appreciate the communication and environment. But, they grossly overcharged us for some recent work when we didn’t have a lot of flexibility to price check before needing to get the work done. Although they may have done Right by us in the past, we felt more Wronged this time around.

I stopped going there in 2019 because I was disappointed with the service department even though I leased my car from this location. I had errands to run in the area so I thought I’d take care of a recall I had on the car. I made an appointment to visit Right Honda. Today I showed up - they have two lanes in the service department and I pulled up. I was the next car. Another car pulled up in the lane next to me. Then a car behind that one. A service began helping the people in the other lane. Somebody came up to me and said they’ll try to get somebody to help me. He failed. Nobody tried to help me. As somebody was working on the next car in that lane, another person said they’d try to get somebody to help me. They had no luck either. I sat in my car for a bit longer watching everyone ignore me as I sat in my car, which was the only car in the service department. Finally I had enough and turned my car around and drove away. I didn’t plan on spending my morning in their service entrance. I don’t want meaningless apologies, or a free oil change or whatever they’ll say. I’ll pay for what I need. It’s sad that after 2 years, nothing has changed. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone…. Unless you don’t like that person… If so, send them here.

I absolutely LOVE this place & the staff definitely created a positive atmosphere for my husband and I. I called maybe 2 hours ahead for a car that I saw online that same day. Sam helped me immediately, sanitized the car down, sent a video of the car & had it pulled up for me prior to my arrival. Also, not once was I pressured to buy a car outside of my budget or what I was looking for (which I absolutely hated about other dealerships). They stayed way past closing time to close the sale & didn’t make a fuss out of it & it went by so quickly. Honestly, the entire experience was remarkable & you better believe that I’ll recommend anyone I know to this dealership!

I was shopping for a vehicle with my husband and grand daughter at Airpark when a car full of salesman from right Honda came whipping through their parking lot erratically and almost hit my husband, we were on our way to go look at a charger at Right Honda but we will never do business with Right Honda. NICE MANAGEMENT!!! We ended up purchasing our car with Airpark, thanks to your salespeople you lost a sale.

I took my 2006 Honda CRV in for an oil change and tire rotation. But the tires were fine and didnt need to be rotated, Brandon Bonds said. I totally trust the service department and know they will never do any extra work that doesnt need to be done. At the same time, they will let you know if something really does need to be addressed. They have done a great job keeping my beloved car running like a champ.

Left this place crying after paying double what I was told my down payment would be. They try to upsell you while your car is being serviced and since I didnt go along with his pitch I got told thanks for nothing before being left alone. Not only will I be trying to avoid this place like corona but Ill tell anyone to go somewhere else.

They have never tried to “oversell” me on service items and if there are concerns, they provide me detailed information on future things to consider. Experience from Marc and Chris was awesome. They welcomed me and did what they could to get me into the car I wanted with my request. The payment wasnt close to my request but Right Honda ability to get me into the lowest payment compared to othe Honda dealership was the best. I request zero dollars out of pocket and Marc and Chris was able to meet that however when I got into finance I was asked to pay over two thousand to finalize the deal. After long discussion and my need to pay a less as possible out of pocket they were able to accommodate as best as they could. Never had to pay out of pocket dollars on a lease however they wouldnt budge on the first months payment and the one year registration. So I paid $1300 during final signing as my overall monthly payment was the need.Overall I experienced a good environment and providing the need to the customer and will definitely go back to right Honda for service and future purchase on a new Honda

Brandon Bonds in the service Department was AMAZING from the initial call to discuss what needed to be serviced, the full transparency in price breakdown and order of what needs done from most important to what I can possibly hold off on for now.My appointment was for 7am, I was greeted at my car by Brandon and in and out with a BEAUTIFUL loaner by 7:11!! Thats typically unheard-of!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I was updated via text throughout the day regarding the services and my car was ready 3 hours before promised!! Again unheard-of!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐When I arrived to drop off the loaner/pick up my car Brandon again reviewed what they did and what future work needed to be done with a realistic time frame of when it should be done by. He NEVER tried to up-sell or pressure me into more work. Alot of places like to use scare tactics regarding your vehicle, Right Honda as a whole never has given off those vibes ever. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Brandon personally walked me over to the cashier who was so friendly, quickly again reviewd the breakdown in pricing (which was actually $300 less than I expected...again UNHEARD-OF!!), 3 quick signatures and I was back in my vehicle. Less than 5 minutes from the time I arrived!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Right Honda, Brandon Bonds and the rest of its service staff were WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST EXPERIENCE in car maintenance I have EVER had!!!! I would give them 10+ stars if I could!!

My experience with Right Honda was the best car buying experience I’ve had. Danny was awesome, he went over all the features of the car with me and was not pushing anything that I didn’t want or wasn’t comfortable with. Terry handled all the financial aspects and he made the process very easy and fast. I live on the west side but I’ll only be going to them for all my car buying needs from now on, it’s worth the drive.

The people at Right Honda were extremely friendly and hospitable the moment we arrived! Likewise throughout the process, each person we worked with made us feel at home by sharing about their lives as well as getting to know us on a more personal basis. They made sure to make adjustments to everything to fit according to my budget. Will be referring whoever I can to come here for their new rides!

They did a great job at identifying and solving my issues at their service center. Service costs seemed reasonable and people were friendly and helpful. My only knock on them is I started receiving their ad mail after the (first) appointment and I had to contact them to opt out, despite never choosing to opt in.

We didnt end up buying here because we were looking for a very specific make and model of Mazda. Understandably, Honda didnt have it. Posting this still because we liked everyone we talked to and will be back when were in the market again.
