This was my first experience with AZ Bimmer Werks in Scottsdale and the service was excellent. Very thorough diagnostics, and they provided a complete report and pictures of the issues found with recommendations for repair and cost. The work was completed in the expected timeline and cost. Issue was resolved and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

My Air conditioner was not blowing cold air. I thought I needed to recharge the Freon. They diagnosed that my condenser had failed and would need to be replaced. Recharging the Freon did nothing. So Zack did not charge me for it. I made an appointment and they replaced the condenser for a fair price. They are professional and conscientious. I will use them in the future for all my Needs

UPDATE 08/06/2021: I have used them twice now and I wish I could give this shop 6/5 stars! They are absolutely the best BMW service center I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Once you become a customer of Arizona Bimmer Motor Werks, you will never go anywhere else. High quality work, great communication, very fair pricing, and a knowledgeable staff. A+This is without a doubt the best independent service shop Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are incredibly thorough (their vehicle inspection report is the best in the industry), very honest and straightforward, and use superior European parts for their repairs. I was kept informed throughout the inspection and repair process and they got my car done in time for the weekend so I wouldnt be without my car, which I greatly appreciated. They even washed my car before I picked it up as a courtesy. 100% professional and I would recommend them to anyone with a BMW, every time.

Lve been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and I think I know great/good customer service when I see it, they are very professional, organized and very attentive to the customer needs, and they dont try to upsale you on things you dont need right now for instance, my spark plugs need to be replacedand he said you could go another 6000 miles before you need them done, thats the kind of people I want working on my car, I would refer them to everybody I know who owns a BMW.....PLEASE try them before you go to the dealership, they will save you a whole lot of money, Im a customer for as long as I own a BMW.

I dont know what these guys are doing but it is WORKING. I often get a bit of a tension headache when going to a shop for car work but this experience was extremely pleasant and professional. I worked with Nick and I did not feel like my time was wasted or that I was haggled to make any big decisions on the spot. I love the detailed report they send once your car is completed - just overall a very honest and professional company to work with!

AMAZING service! My car was ready almost an hour before I had requested, they cleaned my car for me and charged a fair price! The most impressive part to me was the inspection, they took photos and videos of everything they inspected (including those that are fine and don’t need my attention) to show me what they saw. Better service here than at any dealership I’ve ever been to. I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on!

This was my first time bringing my car to Arizona Bimmer. It was only for an oil change this time. When I picked up the car I was told that the price they quoted me over the phone was for a 6 cylinder and since mine was a 4 that the price was actually $20 less. Very honest. Will use them again in the future.

We messaged about the work I needed a few times and his pricing was very competitive. Us BMW people are fickle about who we can trust with our cars but Nick gave me confidence and peace of mind in the first message. I cant say enough good things about this shop as well as the one in Mesa. I have a hybrid BMW that has its quirks, but they are always able to figure out whats needed and are very transparent with the diagnostic tests (screenshots and pictures). They walk you through every step and answer all of your questions.As it turns out, half of my problem is covered by a BMW parts warranty and the other is not. They are going out of their way to help me coordinate the handoff of the car because I have a high risk medical condition. I really wish I would have found this shop sooner.For those looking for fair deals, I called a number of mechanics from Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale and Mesa to quote the first job I had this shop do. They were the best price. They didnt pad the labor or parts prices like all of the other shops.

The solid 5 Stars speak for themselves! Didn’t catch the rating here before making an appointment for our BMW X series. Our model didn’t come equipped with AppleCar play and I found out that this feature can be programmed with an update. After inquiring with several of the BMW dealerships in town and getting false/misleading information I was super happy to stumble upon Nick and his mechanics at Arizona Bimmer Motor Werks. They went above and beyond in the programming update and were extremely affordable for what they did, easily saving me hundreds of dollars over what a dealership may have charged (if there is even a dealership out here competent enough to actually do this work). If you want CarPlay added/ installed on your BMW or any other media upgrades this is definitely the BMW mechanic shop to call and make an appointment with. All my best to this BMW service shop! I’ll definitely go back to them in the future.

We’ve owned many BMW’s and have used the dealer until free maintenance runs out and then my husband completed the work. Too busy to do it now. My X3 was almost done, but Nick was waiting for a part and tracked it down only to find the supplier shipped it to the wrong shop.He had them overnight a replacement to his house so that he could come in on Memorial Day Saturday with one of his techs to complete the work.That allowed us to start a planned road trip on time.Service like that is always appreciated.

While searching for a dealer alternative now that my car is older, I found this place in Scottsdale. I had a fair amount of work to be done on my X3 and called to get a quote. Nick responded literally within ~10 minutes with a quote that was a far better value than the dealers’.I made an appt. but had to reschedule it a couple of times through no fault of AZ Bimmer. I did finally have the work done - it was completed in a timely manner and the quote was honored. The process and reporting was excellent and on par with any dealer.In addition to the value, I was very impressed with the responsiveness, flexibility and professionalism demonstrated. Today, I took my Bimmer to Arizona Bimmer Motor Werks, they are a shop that recently opened their Scottsdale location (they have another location in Mesa) and I was pleasantly welcomed by the staff and a clean shop. As we were going through what needed to get repaired on my car, I pointed out that the door handle was not functioning and I was unable to open that door. He moved the locking mechanism and it was fixed. It appears that door only halfway unlocked. I was expecting to have to pay a lot for this to be fixed but he showed me the solution and saved me money.Moral of this story: this shop is focused on customer satisfaction and honesty rather than making a quick buck. Completely different than what I am used to dealing with when I bring my car in where it feels like they try to get you for every little thing- aka The Dealership.Thank you for the great experience. Arizona Bimmer Motor Werks is my new go-to place when my BMW needs work.

Being a first-time BMW owner (pre-owned) and DIY guy at heart, I expected a pricey repair when I took it in to one of the big local dealers, but had already done an extensive amount of research. After being quoted an astronomical amount for something I was 100% comfortable doing myself, I figured Id take my car home and take my time to shop around a bit, because I didnt want to tie up my weekend doing the work myself, but also didnt want to be taken for more than the job was worth.I found these guys in a search and their website gave me enough info to feel comfortable reaching out. Nick replied almost instantly, at 10:50 on a Saturday night. He gave me a great quote first thing Monday morning, and I was in and out of the shop within the day, and didnt have to tear it apart or get dirty myself. The price was more than fair, and the customer service was the best Ive seen. Theyve more than earned my business moving forward, and Im trying to keep my girlfriend in a BMW now after her lease is up because we have a go-to shop to take care of everything.Sometimes you only get one at-bat... Blown away. BMWs in general are a pain when it comes to maintenance but Nick is a pro at what he does. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or felt forced to make repairs.
