Went here looking for blushes and came out with so much more. The staff are very helpful and friendly; one lady upgraded me from mini lipsticks to full-sized because they didnt have the minis in the colors I wanted.

Was temporarily closed. No mention of closing online. No opening date posted.

I tend to always have a good experience at this counter. Today went smoothly, got a few back to macs, and the lady that helped me was very kind. Although your paying full price, your guaranteed top quality makeup and highly pigmented products. They had the counter closed off to control the flow of customers due to covid, and they seemed to be liking this flow. Was surprised they were offering 30% off till 29th of Nov. MAC has NEVER done that!

I love all MAC makeup, Ive used it for many many years, but I LOVE MAC lipsticks especially. Their lipsticks go on so creamy and luxurious. I love the fact that they are scented with vanilla. Their products really stand the test of time and dont turn rancid like many other brands do. I love the Viva Glam lipstick line as a portion of the sale price goes to charity and they always have really great colors. MAC is probably my favorite line of makeup.

I popped in one whim to see if Viva Glam lipstick was available. Zachary C. helped me and we had such a nice chat. He made me feel really welcome and was one of the best MAC reps Ive ever encountered. I will definitely be back next time I find myself in the area

Fantastic customer service experience!! I was in AZ for a wedding and stopped in to pick up some makeup and get my makeup done. Selena helped me and was amazing. She did a beautiful job on my makeup and was so friendly! Couldnt be happier!

Even though Mac is repeatedly out of my standard eyeshadows and other items the salesperson deserves a Kudos as she was able to help my two daughters and myself at least fine something comparable do what we were looking for. She was the only person in this store and she was very very helpful to each one of my daughters as they looked for different items and colors.

This location in particular went above and beyond to help my best friend and all the bridesmaids on her wedding day. During one of the busiest days of the year they last minute got us all in when her makeup artist (who was not affiliated with the store) canceled. Clearly not just great products, but great people! 6 stars!

Honestly if you ever ask my opinion on the best eyeshadows it is M.A.C. and this location has been so helpful. I never feel pressure into buying and the staff has always been knowledgeable. I wear certain brands but you can never go wrong with the eyeshadows. Its difficult to not want to spend your money here.

Some of the Makeup Artist look a mess.. One of the artist matched my skin color to a very orange color and when I got home the color did not match at all!! Tried to return the items but didnt have the receipt so they couldnt help me...The manager was very nice and helpful.. Now Mac is sending my correct color 😀

I love MAC products.... I love this location - I just wish MAC was a little more in my budget. HOWEVER, there are always little offers or promotions going on making things more affordable and the staff here is great. Beautiful store, great selection, and free makeovers if you purchase a certain amount - I think $50.00. I just totally love this store, I just cant visit it on payday. =/

My daughter has her makeup done for prom. They did a great job. All the ladies friendly and upbeat. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job.

I love the MAC here! Obviously, the products are remarkable, and the group of employees is very diverse, which makes going even better. I love this store and I will be back for an overall great time.

The most unhelpful people working here and the manager was so unprofessional .A rep was helping us look for the right make-up an appointment came in & their was no one to take the appointment so the manager told the rep to take it & she would help me & my party of 3 the manager told us maybe we would be more comfortable at Jcpennys counter or Walmart keep in mine were in Scottsdale never thought a women would be little another women the way she did I asked for a General Manager she said she was. Thank you Mac for making there first make up experience while on vacation for my little sister & niece so memorable there

No one acknowledged me. I stood around waiting for the group of workers to stop talking and help me but that didnt happen. Another customer walked in and immediately turned to her to ask if she needed help. I walked up to the worker that was left alone and let her know what I was looking for(foundation). I let her know I forgot what number I used. She was getting impatient so I told her I believe its 30 or 32? And she said yea. That should work on you. And just left me there.Service at the Biltmore location is much better.

MAC is a classic good quality product. However, the newest launching products do not placed very well. They are like scattered in any vacant spot.

Love it. It was a small tiny M•A•C store but the girl who helped me was sooo kind and nice. I didnt get her name but she immediately came up to me and asked if I needed help. She asked to match me and was so kind. The store is full of gorgeous woman with beautiful makeup abilites. I loved them all. I live in New Mexico but I wouldve love to come to this M•A•C again. I didnt have a makeup session but they seem to do beautiful work here. Love it.! 👑

The service was excellent. I am disappointed with my purchase, the colors of my lipsticks are beautiful but they do not last. I would highly recommend lip stains by Sephora.

Terrible service that didnt represent the product well. Ive worn MAC since their 1st campaign and Ive never been disappointed with the PRODUCT. There are only three brick n morter locations in AZ and all but Gilbert SUCK! Scottsdale rude and doesnt know the product line. Glendale disinterested and never has product. Not due to traffic, just failing to order correctly. Maybe if you have a pasty white complexion you might make due.Ive resorted to ordering on online. I get what I need and the service is just right!

I love this location. The girls are the to help pic colors and they a very educated on tgere product and can tell you how to use them.

Wow called to make a face appt, recently spent over $250 on makeup at another Mac store and have a certificate saying theyll do makeup, Valedia was rude, and short- and kept me on the phone explaining a service. Jessssussss Ill pass and go to nordstroms. Thank but no thanks keep your attitude to yourself.

About a month ago while visiting the MAC store for my essentials, I had set up an appointment yesterday for 5pm with my friend for the Magic of the Night event bc it sounded like a lot of fun. My friend and I were told to show up with just our base done and we would get a whole face demonstration with no minimum purchase. When we showed up we were ignored for about 15 minutes by the lady who was supposed to check us in. Finally, someone asked if we had been helped, we said no and she apologized. Took us back to get us seated. Someone started working on my friend right away and I waited for about 5 mins before someone came over to work on me. She asked what I wanted and I said something glam bc my friend and I had reservations for dinner at Wildfish and I was bare faced. She started working on my eyes, not mentioning what she was using. 5 minutes passes and she says Im done, do you have any questions? I said no and she just said ok and walked away. All she did was my eyes. My friend was still being worked on....her whole face was done. I stood by her and waited for her to be finished. Her girl had taken such good care of her! Another lady came up and asked if I needed anything. I told her products I wanted to purchase and that I was confused why I hadnt received a full face when my friend did. She said I would need to buy $60 worth of products and only the eyes were free. I told her that I intended to purchase products and she said Well maybe we can squeeze you in. Only when she knew I wanted to buy something did she act interested in helping me. As a regular customer who spends quite a bit on MAC products ($600+ this year), this whole experience has really soured because I was treated like crap.

I have had several poor experiences at this location. I have been a loyal customer for years but I will never return to this location. I received a nail polish as a gift and I didnt care for the color. I went in to exchange it for another color and purchase Christmas presents. The woman I spoke to would not do the even exchange because I didnt have a receipt. She told me they had no way to look it up without the receipt which is ridiculous because it was in its original condition and in the box with the sku. She told me I would have to call customer service and ship it to them in order to do the exchange. Seems very silly for a $12 nail polish... So I declined and spent $100 on Christmas presents. She was not helpful at all. Frustrated, I spoke to the MAC associates at Nordstrom. They said I should go back and request to speak to a manager because its their product and they should be able to do the exchange. So I went back and the manager was equally unhelpful. She said they couldnt even scan the product which I still cant believe. I decided to return the $100 worth of gifts I purchased in case any of the recipients wanted to exchange the products. I asked for a customer service card and she replied, Ill circle it on the bottom of the receipt for you. I went back to MAC Nordstrom and they exchanged the nail polish without even having their proof of purchase sticker. They scanned the sku because its MACs universal product (all comes from the same place). I guess the girls at the flagship store didnt want to bother. Worst customer service ever!!! And if youre buying products as gifts Id advise you to do it elsewhere because of their ridiculous return policy and bad attitudes.
