It is unbelievable how terrible this pharmacy has become. In the last 6 -8 weeks I have not had one positive experience with them. First incident happened when my doctor called my prescription in on a Friday afternoon. I had to wait until after work to pick it up and when I went through the drive through they said nothing had been called in for me. I double checked on Saturday and nope, still no prescription. I called my doctor on Monday and the office said it was called in on Friday. I go to the pharmacy later that day, and they says “it’s been available for pick up since Friday.” Since then I have had nothing but bad service. 30 minute wait times over the phone that does not result in speaking to someone. I called 3 different times one day waited at first for 30 minutes, 20 minutes then 15 minutes. I finally just go to the pharmacy and wait in line after the 4 cars in front of me to ask why my question about a refill and they actually said “why didn’t you call?” THEN they end up being out of my script and I ask them if there is another near by pharmacy that has it, their response “you can call around and ask for yourself if you’d like.” I am surprised my jaw did not hit the ground. Can you imagine the response I would get if this random person is calling a bunch of pharmacies asking if they have this controlled substance in stock? I am sure some form of security would be alerted that I am casing the joint. Anyhow, what made me write a review was today’s interaction. I pull up in the drive through, shockingly there is no line. I wait several minutes and no one has even acknowledged me or politely said “be with you in a moment” so I just sit there hoping someone sees me. I hit the “call” button, no response. I sit there for a couple of more minutes until I finally have to knock on the glass to get someone’s attention which I find incredibly tacky. Finally someone notices and greets me...I am unsure what happened and where the staff that had always been prompt and respectful have gone but they are surely missed amid these nightmare experiences of what should be a simple errand.

The pharmacy here is a painful experience. If you schedule a consultation, you still have to wait in the same like as the drop off and pick up. Doesnt matter if you have an appointment scheduled either. The pharmacist dropped my ID on the ground too. Super frustrating. I wouldnt get my prescriptions filled here if I were you. Not worth it.

Wow! This is the absolutely worst Walgreens! I was on hold twice for over 45 minutes to ask if a prescription in available. I finally go into this Walgreen to find out they don’t have it in stock and they ask me to come back on Monday and check again! REALLY …. You can’t answer the phone so I waste my time to go in to find out it’s not in stock! Obviously you could care less about your customers!

Great store till I was on hold with them for 3 hours today the last I spoke with them my prescription was going to be ready today. I assumed they were busy so I drove down to see tomorrow they have hours that changed and appear to have closed until further notice from what the sign says?

Real people treating you like real people. Justin is the pharmacist and only a couple visits later, he knows who you are and what you need when you arrive. I had a hand written script and he noticed right away that the doctor had made a mistake. I was able to get to the doctor and get the correct script back to Justin and he filled it in about 5 minutes. He under promised and over delivered as I was tight on time to get to work. He told me it would take 15 minutes. Love this guy!

I just want to say a huge thank you to the pharmacist on duty today! My face was severely swollen, and I started to cry when the pharmacist started to explain the medication to me. He proceeded to tell me it wasn’t that noticeable and it will be okay 😭 I really needed that. Thank you, for going above and beyond your job title!

On the 22nd i had a mishap with a prescription getting sent over and the pharmacy closing before i was released from the hospital. i show up at 7pm in pain after having hand surgery and Danielle (i hope this was her name) informed me they close at 6. I explained what happened and she took time to help me call the hospital to see if we could get my prescription sent to a location that was opened. She was absolutely amazing and made such a great impact on me. I already love this walgreens but tank you for showing me yet another reason you guys are amazing.
