Kevin is awesome! We put in an order on Christmas Eve and he came out and installed it himself before the night was over for our party the next day. I havent officially purchased yet, but am looking around and am quite impressed with quality of pool tables, pool sticks, and other billiard supplies here. The place isnt huge, and yet somehow there is enough room to showcase not only the pool tables, but some Foosball tables, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, dart boards, billiard room lighting, arcade games, and all kinds of other game room supplies.Hmmmm... Im putting together my Christmas list. Lets see if Santa thinks Ive been nice enough this year :)

Greg was always pleasant, helpful and responsive anytime we called with questions or stopped by the shop. Kevin did a beautiful job installing our table especially given our floor isn’t level! He really took his time to do it right. Great people at this business. My husband and I enjoyed working with them. We’d recommend them to anyone looking for a pool table or other games.

I only bought two pool cues not a table although they have a nice selection. The owner was there and explained how to shape the ends of the pool cues as well as showing me the bags. It is a very friendly environment with very helpful people.

I HIGHLY recommend Prestige Billiards! They came to my home with our new table within 2 hours of our phone call, we got to pick out our felt on scene and watch them put everything together with impeccable detail and were done under 2 hours and we were ready to play! Kevin and Stephan set up our pool table from the crates left by the movers when we moved to Phoenix from Tucson. I found them online and really lucked out. They were professional, quick to respond, and reasonable! Our slates were in the garage and the loft was up stairs. I contacted Kevin via his website contact page. He responded quickly with a quote after given the details and when I called for the apt he fit me in the SAME DAY! He said he has been doing this for 17 years and it shows. Wow. I was referred to prestige billiards because of their prices and the great customer service. I had called a few other companies and found the prices between 345 to 400 just for the move no new felt. Prestige Billiards was the best price and had the soonest availability. Kevin came to my house to deliver setup and install new cloth. Not only was he quick and professional, he was friendly. This is a great local business.

Great selection, knowledgeable sales staff. The Installers were on time, and did a fantastic job, everything looks perfect and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
