Neat and absolutely cool cool cool!! Its fun to view the items in person that you might want to purchase. The employees are super cool and friendly as well! To us, this place is a lot like a Sharper Image or Brookstone store like we used to have years ago in malls. A lot of neat, novel items from useful must haves, to totally whimsical perfect gifts for someone on your list. You can try out a lot of the items too! You think you will stop in for 5 or 10 minutes for a quick look, and next thing you know, youve spent an hour in there. Thats the fun of it! Take your mind off of troubles or boredom and explore the cool stuff in this place for a while!

It is surprising that Amazon has a store like this. It reminded me of Walmart but not a lot of inventory as with Walmart.It was very low or no tech.I expected stations for seeing something in the store and then ordering an alternative. I took a lot of time browsing and thought one item might help by having one instead of two electric hair items. Instead of it being in numerous places in the store they might have has one additional similar item.

It’s fine - it’s just like the Amazon website but in person. It’s kind of weird actually but I guess it’s helpful to have in the mall if you need to buy something completely random.

The associate behind the counter didnt want to help any customers. He just stood there looking pretty like this: 🧍 at least he had a mask on 🤷Only reason I was helped was because an associate that was helping a customer noticed me and called that guy on the radio to help me.Oh yeah, when I looked towards 🧍 he kneeled under a wall behind the counter. Then after called on the radio he stood back up and came to assist me 😁

Amazons 4-star is worthy of 5 stars.The store is very well setup with a little bit of something for everyone, it creates a scavenger hunt, and there were a few interesting pieces which I would have probably never found online. The staff is super engaged and are super helpful should you have any questions.The store does not sell anything from marketplace, so everything in here is sold by Amazon, which would be equivalent to sold and shipped by Amazon on the website along with special pricing for prime members.Overall its a great take at a physical store, and would be very helpful for people who prefer seeing a physical item before purchasing.

Four star for four star. I guess its good if you need it instantly but since I was on a trip a lot of things I just marked to order later on my phone and have delivered since Im a prime member.

This was a great store with the top selection of some Amazon stuff it was very very cool that they actually had some things in stock that are really hard to find on Amazon and some things like the Nintendo switch for $50 cheaper than they are on Amazon..

Not really feeling this. It wasnt a bad place, but knowing Amazon started off as a place that sold books, I took a look and found the contents there to be very surface level. This place is more akin to a general store which is fine, but that means nothing to what I was looking for - books. Rating is technically n/a.

Not of a fan of this store. It feels like just random stuff all over. I know there are categories and a certain way the store is but thats hard to figure out as a customer. Feels thrifty. Customer service was great though!

This place is really cool! they have pretty cool stuff and charge your amazon; so you dont even need to bring money! also, this place has really hard to find things. they have multiple Oculus Quests AND they had 3 XBOX SERIES S!

I had read, on-line about the Amazon 4-star store. During my visit to Fashion Square Mall the other day I took the opportunity to stop by and see this store first hand. I was impressed with the amount and variety of products offered in this moderately sized space. The sales clerks were very helpful and friendly and there were lots of good deals to be found. I bought an indoor security cam that was on special for $17.99.If you are going to Fashion Square Mall, I recommend visiting Amazon 4-star while your there. Their store is stocked with Amazons, Best Selling and Most Wished For products or items. Everything from consumer electronics, including lots of Smart Home accessories (like the indoor security cam I bought) to paperback books, useful kitchen gadgets, power tools, kids toys, games, personal and pet products, Chances are you will find something you want or need. And if you are a Prime Member you pay the same low Prime Price as you would on-line. Another great thing is you are able to try out the product and actually see it first hand. Not just by the pictures and description you have to go by when purchasing on-line. I think its a great idea for a retail store. I will most certainly visit again.

Staff is eager to provide pointed assistance. Store is packed with an excellent selection of items, along with some pretty neat deals that encourage shoppers to visit the physical location.

People were helpful. They carried lost of different products that are probably best sellers on Amazon. I think this is a way to get you to subscribe.....

This was the first store of this kind that Ive come across. It was definitely a experience. In summation, you receive the best protection if you are an Amazon member.

Had no idea Amazon has a store w/in 5 miles of home. I learned about it as part of returning purchased items that turned out to be unneeded.Hard to beat Amazons return policy. Big A has worked hard to make item returns easy as can be.

The directions were kind of weird and I wound up on the wrong floor, tripped on escalators, and did two laps around pink berry before I finally saw it and thankfully made it to the store with 2 minutes to spare, plenty of time for them to scan my two returns. The door was already locked at 8:58. There was a middle-aged man with a mustache about 10 feet away who looked up from his phone at me, then back at his which should have alerted him to the fact it was not yet 9, and then just looked at me. Idk if maybe I would have made it in if I hadnt tripped on the escalator, Im not sure exactly how early they close, but they definitely dont stay open until 9.

Amazon walk in store. It is a dream come true. The inventory changes weekly, and Prime members get stuff at a discount price. This place is worth waiting in line for.

Easy returns here but I had tons of boxes and this is inside the mall. So I felt awkward with armfuls of boxes coming up the escalator and walking around the mall haha.

Cool concept. We saw plenty of items that weve wondered about and havent purchased. Like that the prices display the discount for Amazon prime members.

Its a rather strange display of gadgets, books and other tchotchkes in a setting reminiscent of a Tuesday Morning but with cleverer signage. Its warehouse style seems incongruous in a high end Scottsdale mall. Prominent among these sundry items are lots of tables featuring Amazons electronics, especially Alexas in their various forms. I guess its an opportunity to check out some of their merchandise but the store is more of a curiosity than anything else.

They helped me with my camcorder and they gave me a discount. Definitely appreciate them for that.

Interesting concept. I was able to secure, in-hand today, a book that is currently shipping from the site in 1 to 3 weeks, and recieved the Prime member price for a savings of around $11. Also, I couldnt find the book in-stock in other local booksellers. This review loses 1 star as this store is not able to take cash payments at this time. Be prepared to pay with your phone app, with a card that is saved in your Amazon account. This was my second trip to this store. On my first visit, I intended to pay with cash, but left empty handed as I was not prepared to pay with the app.
