This review is all because of the lovely lady Linda that helped me today. I walked in a the 2 younger gals upfront asked if I needed help an I showed them a pair of Jeans online that I was looking for an they gave me a pair that wasnt even the right color. Could tell they didnt really care. Then I ran into Linda and she was great. Took me right to what I wanted an even found another pair at another store an reserved them for me. She really cared an didnt just brush me off like the first 2 gals. Never had suck a good experience in any of the boot barn stores. Keep up the good customer service and thank you once again.

Brianna at this location was the absolute best. She was so incredibly helpful and patient with my boyfriend as he struggled to find the right thing. It seems so uncommon these days to find a store employee that is so willing and able to help, let alone so invested in helping us find the right thing. She deserves a huge pay raise.

*update* simple exchange, very pleased experience. So nice the folks at BootbarnWant to give 5 stars, but bought Cody James boots couple weeks ago and think leather is ripping already. Wonder if I can exchange

ANGELA made my shopping experience over the top FANTASTIC!! When you shop there make sure she assists you. She will definitely be your personal shopper. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, from chatting with you to see what you are looking for, measuring your feet, guiding you to the proper size and fit to educating on the proper care for your purchase. I purchased 1 pair, brought my sister in law back 2 days later and had to buy a second pair. The selection of womens boots was great. the store very organized.

This place was clean and organize. The employees were nice. However, if you have huge feet then you’ll have fewer options. Nevertheless, I enjoyed shopping for high-quality products here.

UPDATE: Went to Cowtown Boots on Scottsdale Rd. North of 202. Got 2 pairs of boots, one Laredo, one Ariat, both for under $300, we even got boxes with our boots without asking....what???? And bonus people that work there are very friendly. Another plus was the huge selection. So much better than Boot Barn. Check them out, you wont be disappointed!!!The absolute worst customer service. I purchased a $300 pair of beautiful western boots for a birthday present for my husband. At the cash register, boots paid for and the salesperson went to put the boots in a bag. I stopped him amd asked for a box. Often people like to keep boots or some of their nicer shoes in the box to keep them protected as well as clean.The man looked at me like I was crazy.I said Im sorry are you saying that I paid $300 for a pair of boots and I cant get a box? Another gentleman that was working abruptly told to relax, then whispered to the other guy who went in the back and returned with a womens size 9 shoe box, which he shoved my husbands size 12 boots in. Needless to say the box did not hold up just carrying it to my car. I returned today 2 days later to return the boots. The more I thought about it the more upset I got for spending my hard earned money in a place that treated me in a degrading way. The manager was at the store today, he also had no customer service skills, he saw me struggling with the broken box and simply said do you have a return I said yes, he procesed it, not one other word, no hello, hows your day, literally not one wordAfter my return was processed I tried to explain to him why I was returning the boots, he could care less and told me its Boot Barn policy to not use boxes for their boots. Sorry never going back again. Entire store needs customer service training starting with the manager!!!

I didnt think I would be able to find a Cowboy Boot for my unusual foot size. Kerry the sales associate went above and beyond to find me a pair of Boots that were not only stylish but fit great. From now on when I need Boots,it will be my go-to place.

The store is awesome and has many things to choose from and a great sale going on right now. They only got three stars from me though because customer service was pretty bad. I stood in line with nobody at the cashier register for a good 10 minutes before I decided to go hunting down an employee that was on her cell phone to help us check out.

Great place has many products that I love however this particular store is much smaller than the Mesa store and Im often referred to visit them for a larger selection.

The Arrowhead location was the spot before and now this is the spot. People who actually know about boots work here. Also Cowtown Boots is terrible for work boots

It was amazing! Great store with an abundance of beautiful Western wear, boots, jewelry and lots of other things. So much to see, I am sure you will find exactly what you are looking for. The staff is awesome! Friendly and helpful. I will be shopping here again real soon at my Raintree Ave Boot Barn here in Phoenix.

Went to buy a belt and get a hat cleaned. One of the staff was rude and said it was too busy for her to help clean and shape the hat (there were 3 other people in the store). Manager came out and took care of us. He spent time explaining the process to educate and make sure everything was perfect. I can’t thank him enough!!!! Super nice guy, helpful and so friendly!!!

My boyfriend came in to get a pair of boots for a wedding he’s in. They have a pretty great selection and the customer service is amazing!! Shout out to Kerri, one of the sweetest and extremely helpful workers ever! This Boot Barn is a little far from us but we will just come here for her.

Dont go to Boot Barn on Friday afternoon. Staff is more interested in chatting with friends than helping paying customers. I went there with my daughter to help her pick out a pair of boots. The female employees were very helpful and fun! They were also knowledgeable about what type of boot would best fit my daughters needs. Considering these were her first Real pair of Cowgirl boots. Not meant to just be pretty but good for some Country Western line dancing! She did find the Perfect pair . They are glitzy and sure worked on the dance floor! Thanks ladies at boot barn for your patience...it was fun!

Fantastic service, far better service than Red Wing and a much larger selection.

They know how to treat customers right! They give everyone a red carpet treatment. They have lots of vehicles, both new and used to choose from with good prices. The service area is top notch and they always have loaner cars!!They have a kids area with games and toys, tv, etc... and will fix you a fresh deli salad or sandwich free for you while your waiting for your vehicle. Popcorn, candy, all types of coffees and other snacks too. Nice place!

My husband and I had a terrible experience at your store! We walked around for about 30 minutes trying to find someone to help and there was no one around. Finally we noticed one older woman with blonde hair that worked there and I loudly said “I don’t see that shirt from the manikin anywhere” she didn’t even bother to look up and ask what we were looking for, just kept folding jeans. You wonder why people have shifted to the online market! I would do customer service training for all of your associates. The ones from 2/22/20 are definitely in need of it!

8/3/19 SaturdayWell today was my first visit to Boot Barn. My friend needed a straw hat for the August Rodeo. We were greeted by Kerri who was immediately helpful and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I attempted to get a first visit discount and was unsuccessful. Oh well... ThenKerri mentioned their reward program and offered to sign me up. Very good selection of work shoes and boots.

Found what my boyfriend was looking, which was a pair of boots that he could use for hunting, camping and riding his motorcycle. The employees were very helpful and welcoming. We were able to have a conversation with one of the employees about the military and talk about family who served. It was nice to talk to an employee who helps you find what you need, but doesnt nag you about buying something and you are able to talk with them about any thing.

Great selection of western wear at a decent price got a inexpensive cowboy hat because I left my Stetson back home

Good boot selection, not that great actual riding jeans selection for women. Also took a bit of time to get help, then didnt have size in stock, so staff tried to order, but staff couldnt figure system out. Staff was friendly though when eventually did get help.

Derrick the manager was GREAT, spent plenty of time with me to go over my first set of boots. Was VERY happy with the service provided, Bobbie was also super sweet. The knowledge here was great and I recommend shopping here and will buy here again, some sweet Tombstones next time! :)

Went today and customer service very very bad if you are Hispanic, the manager today 01/15/2021 was very rude, my name was missing on my voucher and he came from the office to the sales floor and he started talking to me, like if I falsified the voucher, he was never polite, rude and prejudice, I always go to the one on Bell road and people there, is nicer, better customer service, they should send them, to train the ones in Scottsdale.

Awesome quality, amazing variety and terrific selection of western products under one roof. The reason I am giving them a one star is because of the extremely poor quality of customer service. They do not accept debit cards. And even for a $20 purchase they insist on seeing ID with the credit card. I felt very humiliated.

Fairly good selection of boots, although you guys need more ropers! Clothing sizes are all on the larger size, but they have really cute tops. Just wish you carried more smaller sizes. Overall a good store for wester wear.

I had to go a ways out of the way to get here as I live in central Glendale, but the staff was amazing! Bobbi is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Sadly, I came looking for a particular product and they were unable to provide it. They are a western store and I was looking for English riding boots. She helped me with alternate resources to locate what I wanted. Thank you for your help! My wife did buy a few items and she loves them! They have an amazingly large selection of boots and apparel and decent prices!
