Leo (owner) is a customer service guru. He will call me and let me know when hes dropping off the order and usually its delivered early in most cases. Theyre always helpful and theyre caring about your business is obvious and just a gimmick. I would not hesitate to refer them or use their business for all my dry cleaning.

They do a good job dry cleaning our clothes. The delivery service is fast and courteous.

I love the staff at the Hayden location in Scottsdale. I dropped off my cleaning on Saturday, a holiday weekend, and they delivered my cleaned items to me on Tuesday afternoon! Fantastic people and service!

Great family company run by honest professionals. There really is a difference between actual Organic Cleaners and the companies that have that in their name, who actually arent organic at all. We switched to them after Cameo Cleaners and Organicare and the difference is positively clear.Their home pickup service is really helpful and they turn around my clothes quickly and they are perfect. Leo and his Wife are salt of the earth people.

Weve been satisfied customers of Lapels Dry Cleaning for over four years. Convenient location, great customer service, good prices and friendly staff have kept us coming back. Normally we use the PV location; however with the events of the last several months, that location appeared to be closed and we have a 25 pound weighted blanket that seriously needed to be laundered and not dry cleaned. I left a message at the store and Leo was great about getting back to me so quickly...apologies for the phone tab Leo, entirely my fault. He directed me to the Scottsdale location where Paula was fantastic about answering all my questions, providing me with a price estimate and even offering pick up and delivery options since this is much farther than the PV location. She was very thorough in explaining their new hours of operation and expected time frame to get the blanket back. Dropped it off Sunday through the drop chute. Ready on Tuesday. Notified by email and phone. Blanket looks great, smells clean - thank God! Thanks so much Paula and Leo!

In spite of my repeated concern and reminders about putting double creases in my slacks AND actually have that reminder on every printed ticket as a note to the presser,, she managed to put an extra crease on one pant leg that was one inch off the existing crease. The explanation for this was the these slacks must have been altered, which they were and that when put on the presser machine, that’s where the crease should have gone but not at the existing crease. Really?? These slacks have been pressed any number of times since altered. Now I have a permanent crease on that pant leg that isn’t going to come out. Looking for new cleaners.

This place is fantastic! Good prices for outstanding dry cleaning. One time, an employee messed up my jacket, but thankfully it was fixable, and she took ownership, apologized, fixed it, and gave me a $10 off coupon. Very impressive!

Update:GM reached out to me asking to bring my suit which I did. This time they were beyond reproach and handled everything perfectly. Ive already left more items for them to tailor and will continue to do so. I am very pleased with their attentiveness and efforts towards customer satisfaction.Dropped a suit off for tailoring. Explained multiple times EXACTLY what I wanted. And when I needed it by. When I picked it up it was dry cleaned and not tailored at all. I was planning to wear it to a specific event and now will not be able to due their inability to listen attentively to the customer. Great location and great hours. Its a tragedy they cant actually get the job done.

It’s been a month since the owner said he’d call me right back. They asked me to leave a review a week ago and said someone would contact me, haven’t heard a thing. Only saving grace of this place is Gilbert, their delivery person.

I recently brought my cleaning to Lapels. The next week I brought in more and also to pick up my first order. They gave me part of order but said the rest had been held back until that Friday because their equipment had broken down. When I came to pick that up on Saturday along with my second dropoff I was told they had no record or knew about the hold back. Went back today and talked to original person who gave me same story. Not only did he lie but swore I had no order left. Just a warning to others you might lose your clothes and they don’t care at all..NEVER will I go back. !!!!!!

Place switched owners and has went down hill fast. Never picked up the clothes on the route and so I figured they forgot. No big deal. Dropped two shirts and a pair of pants off on a Tuesday. Delivery comes on Thursday and no shirts. Just pants. I call them and the lady that answers the phone is overwhelmed. I said no problem I can call back. So I call back 20 minutes later per her request and she is unprofessional, doesnt know how to help me, says owners in the hospital and everyone is basically not capable of helping. Says shell write the description down of my shirts on her hand and make some calls. Then hangs up on me. Terrible in every single way. Not to mention they are expensive shirts. Fast forward two weeks one shirt was found and delivered to the wrong person and they returned it. Other shirt is still MIA. The right hand doesn’t know the left. They are probably too busy writing customer complaints on them.

My husband’s shirts are still not being pressed correctly. The collars are scrunched a lot of the time (not ironed flat and smooth).Now the underarms aren’t being pressed smooth. They’re wrinkled a lot. No one cares todo the job properly.I think the plastic bags the clothes come back in are smaller (narrower) than they used to be because the shirts are getting wrinkled from being smashed together. The arms are smashed also resulting in creases when I take off the bag. You need wider bags so the clothes don’t wrinkle.

No plan if machine’s break 5 times jobs were delayed beyond same day. Need to find another shop. After Shane left things just fell apart.

Have used Lapels for a few years and have never had an issue with them. The clothes/items are always done in a timely manner and they look good. I like that they have a delivery service, just wish I could take advantage of it!

They do a really good job! The staff is always friendly and caring. They have never melted a button, left a stain, or lost an item. My garments have always been ready on time and to the standard I expect. They give great attention to detail and are worth every penny.

I love the email notifications and that the accept Apple Pay. I also like how I am not charged for buttons and minor stuff. Staff is friendly and courteous. I drive farther to use Lapels.

Very poor cleaner both dry cleaning and laundry. They are also high priced. Shirts were returned with unpressed sleeves, some creases crumpled and mashed. French cuffs (extra cost) pressed so that cuff link holes are 1/2 inch off. Suits returned with white stains from cleaning substances at cleaner and jacket backs and sleeves unpressed. The wear wrinkles were still there. One pant pressed so hard and hot that fabric is shined and the impression of the interior of the pant fabric folds is visible on the surface. Beware. I have some clothes that are ruined.

They do not wear masks and are in direct violation of the Scottsdale law to wear masks. We have many many other options for dry cleaning and will no longer use Lapels Dry Cleaning.
