What a unique shop with amazing one of kind formal and mother of the bride dresses. Came in from out of town not knowing we needed an appointment to shop but was blessed to meet the owner who took time out of her day to help us. I wanted a dress for my mother that made her look and feel like a Million bucks! And that is what we found... the perfect dress for my big day. My mother looked elegant, beautiful and stunning. My mom made an appointment to try on a mother of the bride dress, which was in the window of the shop. The owner welcomed her by letting her know this was an exclusive high-end designer store. She tried on the dress and absolutely loved it. She asked to take a picture so that she could send it to me, the bride, and the woman would not let her take a picture or even see the label. She wouldn’t tell her the designer or the price. The owner finally gave my mom the price, but only if she was a “serious” buyer. My mom absolutely could have afforded the dress, but was not about to buy the first dress she tried on or buying it without letter her daughter see it and approve it. As my mom thanked the shop owner, the women proceeded to tell her that “she should be better prepared next time.” Unreal! This is appalling service and discrimination. I hope that you think long and hard before entering her shop to spend a dime. Shame on the owner to act this way...

I went to this store for my dress for my daughter’s wedding. I got so much more than just a dress. DeeDee took care of me from the moment I walked in all the way to the end. The dresses here are like no other. Thank you DeeDee for providing an amazing service.

You made feel like I was your only client. You eased my mind, as I was worried I would not have enough time to order a dress. I cant say enough about Dedee and Lailoma...what a power team! I am a slightly bigger woman & was having such a hard time finding a formal gown for my sons wedding. I shopped online & found many gowns I like but I cannot order online since I would be returning most everything because most dresses dont look good on me...I have to physically try dresses on. So, I shopped locally and looked at every department store & bridal store in Chandler, Gilbert, and Scottsdale. I found nothing I liked on me or I didnt like the quality. I was getting very depressed & the wedding is fast approaching. I went back online to find more stores that I could try and the shopping gods were looking over me because I found Dedee at The Quintessential Dress. I spoke to her on the phone, in tears, and she assured me she would help me find me a dress. When i got there, her selection wad incredible, the quality impeccable and her service and care was impressive. She made me feel special and beautiful and she did find me a beautiful gown as promised. Lailoma promised to alter it to fit me like a glove which made me nervous because there was a lot to let out. When I went for my fitting, she too followed through on her promise and I felt stunning in the gown! I am forever grateful for both of them and will always shop there for any formal dress needs I have in the future! Thank you Dedee and Lailoma!!
