His quality of work, integrity and customer service speaks for itself.I just recently purchased a Porsche and I wanted to swap out the stock radio with something that would fit me more. I also had a stock Euro cigarette lighter in which I wasn’t able to charge a phone, so I had a few things that needed done. I reached out to my mechanic, and he suggested Don for the radio. I reached out to the guy I bought my car from and he suggested Don for both the radio and cigarette lighter. I also talked to a Porsche dealership who recommended Don.At this point I’m like “Geez! This dude must be really known in radio world, especially if a Porsche dealership is recommending me to him instead of them...wow!” So I finally called him and he told me to just come in so he’d have a better idea of what I was talking about.And I’m glad I did!!! Not only did I find the perfect radio to fit my car and I, but they were also able to install the cigarette lighter to a USB!Being a business owner and coming from sales, I can usually tell when there’s something “off” about someone or when they’re trying to sell me something I don’t want. But this experience was not like that at all. I walked in the door, Don knew exactly what I was talking about and told me he could fix it. He didn’t beat around the bush with pricing. “Here’s what it costs.” So I went and checked out stereos. The team let me do my thing in choosing what fit me. If I had a question, they were very knowledgeable about it and showed me all of the bells and whistles but never once were they all over me like a hawk. It’s a turn off when you’re trying to shop for something and focus and someone is talking or trying to upsell. It turns out I didn’t need the “top model” stereo, and was never pressured in changing my mind to get a more fancy model.I was sitting there looking at the poster and realized that they did so much more than stereos, so I asked about a rear camera. Again, no bull$#!+. Don said “here’s the part, here’s the labor. Here’s the total.” That was it! EASY!!The day I came in to pick the car, he had told me that he wanted to do a final check to make sure it was not only functional, but to “his” liking. THIS says a lot. This shows that he has a lot of attention to detail. He has quality and takes pride in his work. He’s not someone who just does the work and sends you on your way. I brought my vehicle in for a navigation system and back up camera for a beloved vehicle I bought from my dad’s estate after he passed away. I was clueless as to what to purchase, and Don knew exactly what was best for me and my car without trying to upsell me. He is a man of great knowledge, kindness, integrity and generosity. You can call him with any questions which he will honestly answer. I saw him in action on a number of occasions. I would and will highly recommend him and his company to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

The store was lauded for its professionalism, however, my experience with them was not very positive. My Mercedes car 2021 was delivered after paying in full for a dashcam, but the shop tried to waste time before I received my car. I was told later that one piece had broken, and I needed to come back the next day to install the new part that they had ordered, which I doubted. I didnt hear from them the next day. In the end, they fixed what they said they damaged, but I wish they had let me see what happened or the damaged piece, because now Im not sure whether its still there or if its changed. A dashcam demonstration was also promised, but it wasnt provided.

Great knowledge on hard to find ferarri radio stuff!

After searching the valley for 2 years I finally got the courage to ask my Mercedes Benz dealer. Who do I need to see to get video capabilities in my 2017 C300 coupe. He recommended Don and said that if he could not get it done no one he knows can. Those who have the newer Mercedes without the dvd player know exactly what I am talking about. First off Don took the time to warn me about the risks of replacing existing equipment and that it was not necessary and will cause major problems. Don and his team then did an outstanding job with the modifications that was needed. The solution works with my existing command system seamlessly . I can now play any mp4 file in motion which was my goal. I am taking it back to Don and his team next month for the next project. I expect the same results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and results.

Awesome job!!! Don and his team !!! I had them install a 12 inch subwoofer in my trunk with 600 watt amp. Speaker was professionally molded and installed -and the carpet lining custom cut. Amp went under the front passenger seat and an intensity knob was installed next to the steering wheel. Brand new car with a brand new stereo. Its so nice to hear and feel the music...the way it should be heard!!! Also had a GPS installed. These guys are top notch -highly recommended !!!

Worst experience that I have ever had with any installation company. Had my vehicle foe 2 times longer then was quoted and then didnt hook equipment up correctly causing my subs to blow. Don saved me so much hassle and headache I cannot thank him enough. Just to let you know if you are considering a DiY, these companies that make products to integrate factory systems with aftermarket stereos will LIE to you in very alarming and destructive ways. Metra is a very well-known company who actually told me in order to get their product to work with my vehicle, I would have to tear out the cars navigation system and attack it with a soldering iron even though there were no problems with the factory system to begin with. I bought their product because they said it would work. It did not. Beware listening to companies like PAC and Metra. Their primary objective is to sell parts at any cost to their customers. Retailers eat the cost when they get returns because people buy things that arent correct. I called inMobile and spoke with Don who immediately dismissed all of that and pointed me in the right direction. He even overnighted me the part at no extra cost which wouldve been 30 dollars had I gotten the part myself. He also did this despite my up front intentions to do the installation myself. He was willing to help me despite knowing he wouldnt be making a penny off my installation. So definitely give this guy a call for expertise. He knows his stuff, but he also really wants to help you. Once I got what I actually needed, I got everything completed and it was every bit as easy as I knew it shouldve been from the get-go.

I was referred to this company by my dealership who couldn’t unlock my Bluetooth in my car. The console was going to have to be shipped back to the manufacturer with a $900 cost to replace if not fixable. After arriving here, they worked on my system for about an hour, and got it unlocked for me!Also, they didn’t charge me to fix it :)Great, ethical company! We are from out of town, so when our car radio died and we only had a few hours for them to work on our vehicle, they didnt hesitate. Honestly dont know what to say, I called to price check about installing two subwoofers and the gentleman / legend known as Don answered informing me it could be up to $50 depending on how easy it was to switch out my old subwoofers with my new ones. Best buy was going to schedule me a month out, a shop down arcadia was going to assist me in a week, this shop not only took my sub box and did it over night, they also werent going to charge me a dime. Had an aftermarket top of line Pioneer Navigation head unit installed in Tucson about 1 year ago and the front speaker started to go out. Went to inMobility to get it fixed and it has never sounded better. The previous install left a bird nest behind the dash and the Fosgate adapter had loose connections. Don fixed the adapter so I didnt have to pay for a new one. Graphics also working properly now. A better than reasonable price for fixing a radio he didnt originally installed. This is a legit shop and Don is a fair, decent person. My 2nd great experience. I would highly recommend.

Upon my visit to Soundwerks, for the first time I saw the guy at the desk confer with the installer on how to address the nightmare of a problem I had endured for the past two years. Within a few minutes they came to a consensus, which worked. I had gone to four different shops totalling nine visits. These guys nailed it the first time. What Ive learned in the car audio business is the guy at the desk is there for sales with basic knowledge, the qualified source is the installer who you dont see. It disgusts me. Ive been working with Soundwerks courtesy of the dealership I purchased my vehicle at, and theyve gone out of their way to take care of me time and time again. I will warn you, this is a busy shop. Theyre always working, and theyre booked a minimum of a week out. But if you want your work done right the first time, this is THE place to go. Don has been nothing but kind and helpful, and Ive learned a few things about car stereo along the way. They wont try to upsell you if they know it isnt what youre looking for. Theyll gladly show you any budget options they have. Overall, it was a very positive experience working with Don and the guys at Soundwerks and knowing the job will be done right is enough reason for me to keep coming back. I visited 4 stereo shops including the Scottsdale soundwerks originally. During my first visit Don the owner spent nearly a half hour with me answering my questions and personally looking my vehicle over for an audio installation upgrade. He even sat next to me in the vehicle to observe how the cabin sound would best function before giving his expertise which I wanted, for the best quality stereo install I could get for my budget. In all honesty the quality of work and experience you get here is above and beyond that of the previous shops I visited. It really is. I had some initial work done at another reputable shop and while it was ok I wasnt fully satisfied and some corners were cut. So I went back to Don explained the situation and he spent another half hour with me going over my vehicle again. He was very understanding, listened to my stereo again, gave me his suggestions again, went step by step what he would do again and not once did he try and sell me a thing. He even suggested I dont go a certain route which would have cost me and made him more money, because it would throw the sound off. He was very honest and friendly. His staff was very friendly and seemed experienced as well. He worked within my budget to get the best possible sound and my stereo sounds amazing. I know all my wiring has been professionally done, my electronics have been professionally upgraded, my install is good quality and the work is warrantied. I will stick with Soundwerks for I am very satisfied as of now.

Just got back the 2nd vehicle that Soundwerks did the complete install on my 2011 Ram 3500.Pioneer Head unit, JL Audio 5 channel amp, front component and rear coaxial speakers, subwoofer, road-kill noise dampening, back up camera and hard mount for radar detector.Its spendy but if you want quality audio and quality installation then use Soundwerks.You get what you pay for and these guys are pros

Excellent place to get your electronics in your car worked on

We brought in a two channel front and rear dash cam system (thinkware f770). Also, a backup battery system (Cellink b ver2) to power the camera for parking mode. The cameras were decently placed and the wires that were ran were hidden perfectly.We were quoted a two hour job over the phone. Brought the car in at 9 am, it wasnt done until almost 5:30.The rear facing camera was placed upside down. Which is understandable due to the fact the the sticker wording is upside down in the rear camera. The wiring that is supposed to signal the car to go into parking mode while in park was not activating and instead continuously recording.We made a second appointment they did flip the camera to the correct angle, but again the camera wouldnt go into motion detection mode.My husband wound up buying a few tools and righted the work on the wiring, but not even a week after the install the rear camera fell.Update: Today Don reached out to us and offered to reimburse us not only for the installation, but for the uber rides as well. He did seem adamant about learning the proper system wiring and did state that he would have offered to fix the issues. He explained that there was confusion with the instillation due to the manufactures being overseas.

Spectacular service! Came back to the valley to pick up my older BMW Z4 that I had left with my brother...discovered that the stereo was breaking up once the volume was turned up 25%. It was going to be an awful 24 hr drive back to the midwest without a stereo!. I only had 3 days to get it fixed. The dealers were talking $1800 and I couldnt afford it. I had heard about Soundwerks for years so I stopped by there and the owner said he would take a shot at fixing it in that time period.Bottom line is he diagnosed the problem, cleaned connections and replaced a tweeter for $125. Soundwerks had the opportunity to take advantage of me and didnt...isnt that one of the most important things when getting you car fixed...trust? I trust Soundwerks to do the best job possible and to do only what is needed at a reasonable price. Cant say enough good things about my experience with them.
