The cricket employees Mayra and Angelica at this cricket wireless store were amazing at 2910 N. Hayden Rd. in Scottsdale. I spoke with Mayra on the phone and she was so polite and her customer service was great. She informed us what we need to do in efforts of finding out if our phones were eligible for an upgrade. We went to another Cricket that was closer to where we live in the northwest valley. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at that cricket by where we live and the employee was very rude and disgruntled. Due to Mayra’s excellent customer service over the phone, we made the drive to Scottsdale and they were able to help us out with what we needed. If you want great service, Mayra and Angelica help us at this store location and they provided us with a phenomenal experience.

Called and called and sign said it was open and not a single soul answered the phone or door.Turn off OPEN sign if you’re not open. SMH

I had the worst customer service ever! I was there to get info about a phone I had just bought, she treated me as if I was bothering her but person that was selling the phone to me was treated totally different. I’m not getting to more details because she and the manager of that store know what went thru. I can’t give 0 stars to this place just because it’s not possible. Jessica needs to change jobs quick!

Im disappointed that Cricket did away with all the company retail stores which had staff that were great providers of premium service and knowledable about the various phones.I have been disappointed in the two different authorized dealers that Ive recently gone into.One on East Thomas in Phoenix and the other one up on West Bell Road near Hwy 101.Im a CFO of a medical practice and have you cricket for over 10 years. We have my phonesI am actively looking for a new provider.From my experience, the authorized dealers are poorly staffed with both people and inventory.My question right now is who to move to.I would no longer recommend cricket wireless.

At around 6:30 I went into the store to replace my phone I just lost, upon entering the store, no one was in there but the lady upfront, she didnt even say hi, just put back on her mask. After explaining I was here for a new phone, she asked my number, then to provide a pin, which i forgot. she said without my phone or a pin theres nothing i can do. Really? My license or logging into my cricket account online isnt good enough? Her name was nidia? or nadya? Idk some bigger lady who was looking forward to getting of at 7. I am appalled. I have been a long term cricket member.

Had a question about the International Service in Mexico and Angelica made sure I had the right plan so I could use my phone in Mexico...

I lost my Cricket Phone:( So I walked in needing help. Scott at this store was amazing. He allowed me to use his personal phone to contact the hotel I stayed at. Thankfully phone was found:) While I waited he was help full in all my questions, I had many ..lol Thank you again Scott

I want to give a big thank you to the manager at this location i have been going back and forth with verizon with my bill i called her store and she gave me all the information. I decided to come in i didnt buy anything the first time i went and she was nothing but nice helpful which is why i decided to go back yesterday. I came in to purchase a cell phone and when I walk into the store the gentleman was courdious and helpful in understanding plans and different phones for my use . Scott slider was his name he went the extra mile in not only helping me with the set up of my phone but set the perfect plan for my usage . And helped me resolve and issue that I was upset with another company.

Well I gotta tell you ...Ive been a customer with Cricket wireless for probably 10 years now..the service with this phone is pretty dang good. I recommend this carrier service too anyone that needs and wants good service...

I love cricket. It is the only service my family has had and we have had no problems with it. And its way cheaper then most other carriers.

The gentleman who assisted me was on top of everything. With his knowledge of, and ability to maneuver thru, a malfunctioning office system, he worked right around it, and had me out of there, quick.

Ive been coming to this location for years, and i can comfortably say i will no longer be continuing my service. The 2 females who i used to come in and see were very nice and helped me in every way they could, but the last year ive been getting a younger male who clearly eother doesnt want to be there or doesnt know what hes doing. The last 2 times ive been in for either a new phone or case were disasturous, i recieved slow service and the guy had no idea how to help me. He ended up selling me a downgraded version of the phone id already had, and sold me a case i did not notice was broken until i got home, which is probably why he knocked money off of the price, i am very unsatisfied with my service here, and for half the price metro PCS is gonna give me the same service they do so it might be time for a switch

The rudest most unprofessional bunch of people I have ever met. Had a question about billing and this jerk wanted to argue more than answer a simple question. I will change carriers before visiting this store again

Scammers. they claimed they couldnt waive the fees for porting over a number but then when I looked at my receipt after I left I saw that they did indeed waive the fee but charged me for a phone charger that I didnt buy, $25. Beware this cricket store. Seems like a scam to boost revenue.

I bought there most expensive plan just to have my data run super slow since day one and they scammed me on a speaker they said was $100 but they would sell me one that was brand new with no problems for $50 and the speaker wouldnt even charge im very unsatisfied with crickets so called unlimited fast data
