I went in to see about getting a new phone. I knew I would have to pay off the lease and was willing to. The worker told me I would be better of selling my phone instead of showing me what they have. If this is the way TMobile trains employees I will go to Verizon. Sprint actually had great customer service and its why I stayed with them for the last 20 years.

Terrible service, disgusting attitude. I came in with an issue that I understood was complicated for them and could not resolve, fine. What I could not understand was from the beginning the manager could not even look me in the eye, did not take me seriously, and other employees would ask me questions just to interrupt me and walk away. I was polite since the second I got there, and only after their continued lack of professionalism and rudeness to I begin to speak in a more blunt manner. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I understand the customer isnt always right, but the way I was looked at and talked to made it obvious that they didnt care about me or my problem and just wanted me to leave, of course once they offered that I buy a NEW phone and NEW plan with them. The manager truly showed an awful attitude. Gross.

These guys were great. I had a terrible experience at The store on raintree and The 101 (a non corporate store) and these guys fixed it. Do not go to a t Mobile that isnt corporate, especially The one on 101 and raintree.

This is the best t mobile! What makes it the best is the people that work there. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Dejanee, Fernando and Jeffery and one other guy I forgot his name are awesome ! When I got my new phone it was taking a long time to do the update and the mall was almost closing instead of Dejanee and Fernando telling me to come back tomorrow they stayed and finished the update for me. They are awesome! Thank you!

Ryan was very unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate him trying to include himself in another employees sale. I explained my situation and Ryan came up asking what problems(literally none) and presenting other issues. He made me want to leave right away because of his energy and I’ll make sure not to recommend this location to friends because of the manager. Tre and John were helpful at least

I went in today expecting to buy a phone with service for 80 bucks. Well I was very surprised with what this store had to offer me. A top of the line phone with service for under 30 bucks out-the-door.P.S. the tip is to go in and ask for Colin hes the one who searched for the best phone I could have ever wanted.

My rep was Freddy(Scottsdale Fashion Square)... He was Very helpful, kind, Extremely patient & VERY knowledgeable... Answered all my questions Without the sighs that most reps give you when you ask Too many questions...I saw the mgr come & he didnt even acknowledge my presence... Was kind of rude to the workers then left the store...In My opinion, you should make Freddy the Mgr of that store...!!! 🤩🤩🤩

I’m visiting from Wisconsin and my phone completely died while I was here, luckily I had great help from Remi and then Kassie with getting a new phone. They made the process fun and easy!

Went into the store at 4:50pm on a Sunday and left at 5:10pm. This is probably the quickest that I have ever been in a T-Mobile store. The staff was knowledgeable, quick, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this store!

Horrible service, Paulina was extremely rude had no knowledge any question I asked her respond was the manager is not here I dont know try to go to a different location, this location used to be a lot better now its just a dump .

I love this store, its why I stuck with t-mobile someone (a fellow audiofile) helped me and showed me a speaker that I just had to get. If you are looking for a phone or acsesory you best be going here. I dont remember her name the girl that helped me but she did not only her job but went above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at this store. You make every day I need to go t-mobile worth it.

Employees don’t seem interested in selling a phone...lied about the promo and then told me I couldn’t trade in my phone...Cricket service is legit better in Phoenix and cheaper

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. A decent selection of accessories for various different devices.

Great until Im a customer. Was told to come back and they would take care of my previous number and account with ATT. Went back the next day and was told I would have to do it all. Then after doing all the work they claimed they would do, I would still havr to call Tmobile and give them the information. Completely different from what I was told the previous day.

What I love about this place is that they have great people handling the customers in here, they are very polite and knowledgeable about the phones that they have in here.

Dont switch to T-Mobile, if you have a problem you will be ignored.

Horrible customer service! The retail sales leader Kassie is pathetic! She was rude, apathetic and just plain horrible towards me and my family. Will NEVER go back to this store as long as she is employed there!
