Ask for Alyssa if you need something fixed. She was very knowledgeable about my phones screen and how it should be reattached. Super patient, respectful, efficient, and fast. She was extremely busy and still took a few minutes to ask what did I need; was able to fix in less than 5 minute minutes. Explained what I needed to do to the screen intact until it dried. We even discussed other phones Id purchase and bring to her. I had an issue Id been putting up with on my phone for about the last year now, not wanting to bring it in because I assumed the repair would be expensive, and I didnt want to drop off my phone and be without it for a week. Sean and Nick fixed the issue in about 10 minutes while I waited, and came in FAR less than I expected! I cant believe I didnt come in sooner!Furthermore, both Sean and Nick displayed a level of customer service that I rarely get to enjoy in this town. I want to give these guys a shout out for having such good customer service. I had already purchased a screen protector and they put it on for me free of charge right then and there. The staff was very friendly, the glass is actually centered, and there are no bubbles or debris. All around a great experience and I highly recommend coming here.

I took my phone into this store to have them look at the lightning connector on my iphone 7plus and replace a cracked screen. The headphones and charging port would not hold the cords as tightly as it should, but everything worked. After they tried to clean it and shook the port, the port no longer worked for headphones. Since I use my headphones all the time, and it no longer worked, I felt like I had to go forward with the repair. I had them replace the screen and port.They did the repair quickly, in less than 1.5 hours. I was happy by how fast they were able to do it. The screen works fine now and the port holds cords tightly. However, ever since the repair whenever I use the phone with out my headphones/headset, I am told it sounds like I am under water. I basically can not use the phone to talk to anyone without my apple headphones. I called and told them about this and they said they would do a free diagnostic, but that it would take 24-48 hours. I use my phone for work constantly so this poses a problem. Essentially, they will not look to fix my phone as quickly as they would if I was paying new for a repair-even though they caused the problem. I am not seeking a free diagnostic, I am seeking that they fix the problem that they created and to do it quickly. I regret bringing my phone here.

Be careful on screen replacements for tablets.There is a good chance once the screen is cracked that it will never fit back right and will crack again. For the money spent(350) put it towards a new one. That price did include a battery upgrade.They didn’t even take the time to think they could have left something in my tablet that caused it to break. Only option offered was a discount on trying again.My fault I shouldn’t have taken the risk and invested in a new one.

This location is wonderful. They will diagnose your issue for free and give you their honest opinion on repair. They are certified to fix Samsung and Google phones including broken screens. They sell a few accessories and we also use their liquid glass protection that warranties against breakage. I wont trust anyone else to fix my screens.

I have a Samsung Tab S10.5 that was previously repaired in England (replaced broken screen). However, after about a year, the screen completely fell off of the tablet. I was afraid that I was going to have to purchase a new tablet. I took the tablet to the Promenade location and Allysa was able to fix the issue in 10 minutes. PHENOMENAL! Saved me hundreds of dollars.

This shop is terrific. They are knowledgeable and very customer oriented...particularly Phillip. He swapped out a battery for me and the price was very competitive. He beat his own time estimate to do the repair on a busy Saturday. Then I needed an iPhone screen replacement on a 7Plus but had to be out and to a meeting in 45 minutes. Phillip made it happen and the end product looks better than the original Apple screen!

Poor quality products.First time customer. I was initially very excited to get my screen replaced. It was super fast and smooth. But maybe had high hopes from amazing and positive reviews this store had. Since the replacement, I was extremely careful with my phone and even bought better phone cases to protect my phone. And 10 days after the replacement, I got a crack while trying to change the case....a SOFT, BENDABLE case and this was because “I put too much pressure” on the phone.I was trying to save money but now Im spending more money and time.Save your time & money and get your screen fixed at an authorized repair store which provides better quality products. Or just know that your phone might crack again with minimal pressure.Might as well just keep it at home and treasure it like its your baby.

This place is great, the employees are helpful, friendly and quick, I brought my PC in for a water damage repair diagnosis and they ended up solving the issue without needing to charge me and they cleaned it for me free of cost. I highly recommend bringing your damaged electronics/devices to them!

I had U Break We Fix repaired the cracked screen on my iPhone X.The result has been an ultra sensitive display, that despite 3 trips to the store has not improved much. 3D touch features pop up when not needed and typing is frustrating.Its not worth the savings for this repair. Im taking the phone back to Apple and will pay whatever they want to get my phone functioning correctly again.

Find a different location:Dont bother making an appointment..They will make one but it will not change your place in line or your devices place in the queue.Expect it to take them 30 minutes to check your device in.Expect to wait 30 min for each person in front of you.Expect the device to be filthy when they give it back to you.They will not provide you with your old parts to prove that they actually changed them..Mine was a battery which could have been installed by someone else if the new one failed. They are happy to explain how they are following their policy instead of providing customer service.

Visited this uBreakiFix trying to save my dead phone. Unfortunately the phone was not repairable, but it was covered under a free diagnostic. When I came in for pickup Alyssa helped me recover lost information on my new phone! I was able to get everything back without going to a data recovery company! My 8 year old was devastated that his Samsung tablet stopped working.I took it in for a repair, and I was told that they would let me know what was wrong in 24-48 hours and give me a call.2 hours later I got a call telling me it was a simple fix and it was already repaired - there was a loose cable inside the tablet.I picked it up a short time later, and they didnt even charge me to get it working again!I brought it home to the happiest 8 year old in the world!Thanks uBreakiFix!!

We had to exchange a broken screen before we could trade in our iPhone and not only was uBreakiFix Scottsdale the best price we found w/o doing it ourselves, but when we found out a water detection sticker wasnt on the new screen, Alyssa offered to either put our old screen on and refund the transaction or to try and take the sticker off the old screen and apply it to the replacement screen. We took the second option and it worked perfectly!!! Alyssa was super attentive to our needs and never tried to make us feel like we were going to be stuck in a bad position!We will DEFINITELY use uBreakiFix Scottsdale again and refer our friends too, all because of Alyssa!!! This store has been an amazing help! I took my phone in worried that it could not be repaired at all, within an hour it was up and running - ready to go! All of the staff was very professional and helpful. All COVID procedures were being followed as well. The tech had a mask on & there was sanitizer available on the counter. She also mentioned they use UV sanitizers on the phones before and after repair. Overall, very happy with my experience and I will definitely be back if I ever need anything! Thanks again!!

Alyssa was called a genius by one of her colleagues. She took my wifes dead-as-a-doornail Dell Laptop, diagnosed it over night, corrected an operating system sequencing problem, cleaned up artifact files and tested the whole thing: perfect. And all at no cost. Go figure.

I went to fix my Pixel-3 charging port as it is not getting charged. Customer service lady took my mobile and went inside. After 5 minutes, she came out and said its working now. She said she just cleared the dust inside charging port and that fixed my mobiles charging problem. Awesome Customer service and professional work. They know what they are doing. Rose at the Scottsdale location was very helpful. I was having trouble with my iPhone 8 charging connection. She cleaned the cable socket and the problem was fixed. Replaced a battery in my 2.5+ year old Nexus 6P. Despite the age of the phone, it was working great except for the battery. Reasonable price.. especially considering the delicate and detailed nature of this type of repair. Had to order the battery as its not a common, popular phone... but battery arrived quickly and repair was completed quickly. Staff is nice, professional, and seems knowledgeable. The price of a new battery and installarion sure beats the price of a new phone!

I brought my Samsung tablet in today and I thought it was dead. They managed to fix it in less than a half hour. Turned out they just needed to do a hard reset to the battery (remove and put back in) and it all worked great again. When I asked how much I owed them, they said nothing - they had to open to diagnose the problem anyway. I would definitely come back to this shop.
