Purchased a nice Romeo y Julieta tubo cigar. Came home and realized that the cigar was moldy after careful research. Definitely not the desirable plume some who age their cigars hope for. I asked for a replacement but the man who worked there tried to sell it off as the desirable plume. I live nearby and instead of becoming a regular this is my first and last time shopping here.

Shannon saved my day!!! I was already having such a rough day with being out of town helping my friend and her whole family move, plus my truck was acting up and to top it all off I dropped my vape off the moving truck!! Clearly being over that day with having one bad thing happen after another, I went into 101 cigar and vapor to at least try to get some glass back on my vape. Shannon took her time and was so patient and calm with me even as I vented about my day, and she just took care of her customer trying glass after glass till we found one that fit, she even cleaned my whole mod for me to get the juice off, changed my coil, and filled my tank with my new favorite juice from this shop! They sold me a pack of Juul pods that had been opened and resealed with only 3 pods inside instead of 4 as they come. When I brought it back to the store they first said there was only supposed to be 3 then once finally reading the packaging and accepting they were wrong he proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he could do about it. This is not only illegal but also disgusting from a business standpoint. The worker was extremely unprofessional and the act of resealing an open and used product is simply an illegal scheme. Would not recommend buying anything here.Pt. 2Your Employee told me not to come back because he assured me that the pack would not be switched out because it was illegal and against regulations to swap the pack out. Also this was definitely not a packaging error on the company. The small seal on the pack had been carefully peeled up and a single pod had been cut out, then the saftey seal was carefully put back on over the pack. This was either an employee of yours tampering and stealing or your business operating scandalously! Its a matter of 5$ or less so it wasnt worth me driving back for a third time to hear more bs and waste more gas. It is just simply a disgusting business act weather carried out by you or your employees. Quite frankly I dont want to step foot back in your shady store.

I visited this place last month, i came in knowing nothing about vaping and left knowing everything I need to. I also get the vibe that this is a family owned establishment so I really like that too, they seem like nice and knowledgeable people on top of everything. Just walked over to the shop seeing they were open at 10am.. no ones there! Sign also said 10am. Its 10:26. also purchased an ecig for double the price the thing basically fell apart. Never had that happen with a SMOK prince stick. I was told I could buy a new tank instead of being offered any kind of help with the defective product. Too bad

I just moved to Arizona a few months ago and I was looking for a vape shop and my new co-worker told me to visit 101 vapor and cigar as soon as I entered I was immediately greeted with a friendly face and a really cute dog the owner I believe her name is Vera was so very helpful and helping me choose a perfect Vape setup and introduced me to CBD oil as well I was very pleased with my purchase I ended up going with the kandypens Rubi I absolutely love this device she was so honest she could have easily upsold me a very expensive device instead she steered me to the device she thought would be the best for my benefits. I was very thankful that their prices are very affordable and I didnt feel intimidated not even once being in the shop I highly recommend this place to anybody that is looking for an honest owner who really knows her products and values customer service!!!

My buddy and I came in looking for a glass piece. We saw one we liked, we had a budget, so we didnt hesitate to ask if we can get it for a discounted rate. without hesitation the manager said, ya I can do that for you. my buddy and i looked at each other like woah sweet deal, the other shops we went to barely wanted to give us a few dollars off, this shop vapor plus cigar and smoke gave us 10.00 off, it was our first time ever in there. we will tell all our friends to go here from now on. not only is the manager, Frank, really nice, but that was a sweet deal he gave us. we will definitly go back because the shop has cool stuff, and their prices were much better then the other shops. definitely check this place out, you wont be disappointed. I also liked vapor vortex and the shop in Tempe called HQ vape and smoke. so far those have been our favorite shops to visit.

My daughter for her birthday wanted a new Vape mod, I had no idea what this even was, so i called around a few vape shops to get ideas. The 3rd place I called was vapor plus cigar. I spoke with a young lady, who was very helpful over the phone, so i decided this was the place to go. My daughter and I entered the store, it was very clean and well organized. My daughter was beyond indecsisvie, she drove me nuts, but the young lady who helped her went above and beyond customer service, and not once seemed annoyed by her, which took the edge off myself. She explained to her how each mod worked, and even showed a few video demonstrations, it was a great experience for us both truly. after almost an hour, yes a full HOUR, my daughter finally made the decision of which mod to pick, she decided on the vaporesso mini tarot. The young lady was not pushy at all, didnt try to get us to by the expensive mod, in fact she suggested a very well priced mod to start with, which online retailed for $20 more than her store price. She helped my daughter pick out a few juice flavors and explained how to prep her mod. Truthfully i cannot be more influenced by the customer service that was provided for us. I believe her name was Vera. My daugther will definitly be going back to this shop from now on, and as a mother (my daughter just turned 19) i feel very comfortable with her going here. THank you so much Vera and Vapor cigar for being so wonderful, kind and patient with my daughter. you truly are a doll.

Oh happy days!!! My roomates and i frequent many vape shops, as they all offer a unique variety. we saw that vapor cigar and smoke was just a few miles from our home, they are brand new (too bad they are hidden, located off 94th, looks like a subdivision) this hidden gem (look for flashy light decor on large windows you cant miss it, lol) has a nice selection of juices, mods, and tanks. They have plenty of tester juices available making it easier to chose a new flavor (i couldnt decide between 3...decisions...decisions, with their very low priced juice i bought two 60ml bottles for half the price i normally pay (yikes). The staff, fantastic, very informative and friendly. oh and the dog (store mascot perhaps? Lol ) super ADORABLE. The store, very clean, well lit, comfy atmosphere, and affordable price range. My roommates and i had a great time chatting with staff (i believe her name to be Vera, or Farrah, and Tiffany) testing out juices, and our overall experience was worth the 5 star rating. We will definitely go back when the juice runs dry. :)
