Mariana Royzengurt is super helpful, polite and professional. I can say all staff and Doctors are excellent and I give all of them the highest praise! All team members are kind, patient, competent, and helpful. I recommend this team. A full, 5-star rating, to be sure.
LensCrafters at Scottsdale Quarter is parallel to a boutique eyeglass store. They have glasses for every budget, are very friendly and knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with!! Our go to person there is Marianna she is always very helpful and we enjoy shopping with her!! We have been going here for years and will continue to trust them with all our eyeglass needs!
Needed a pair of glasses and I was unsure of what to buy since I haven’t worn glasses before. I was slightly nervous and a little apprehensive to be honest. My entire visit was beyond what I could have asked for. The manager Jenny was very knowledgeable and the sales girl, Melody, made sure I walked out of there with the best frames for my face. With her exceptional customer service, I was able to walk out of there knowing I won’t look like a geek. All around great experience and great ladies ! I recommend to anyone who wants honest and superb service.
I go to LC every year for my routine eye exam and always get great service by the Dr staff and the LC staff. I also get something called iritis a couple times a year and the last time I got this I went to the doctors at LensCrafters and the doctor was awesome she made me feel comfortable told me what was going on what she can wasnt able to do and then referred me to someone else but she actually called me and text me on her personal number to check in on me. Thats above and beyond. Im a customer for life.
The worst place if you’re expecting customer service. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and when they were fitted at the Scottsdale Fashion Square location they bent the frame. I ordered the same pair directly from Tory Burch because I could receive them in 2 days. I took the sunglasses into the Scottsdale Quarter location since I had received incompetent service at the Fashion Square location. All I wanted was to have the lens changed and return the frame they had bent. I was shocked when I was told they could do that but it would cost me another $100 for the lens since I wasn’t purchasing their bent frame. The manager didn’t care that the problem began with their incompetence and just make the change to provide some customer service. She has no business as a manager if she can’t resolve a problem to make the customer happy. They’re nice until they have your money but horrible if you have a problem. I did return the glasses and will never return!
We are retired business owners and we know how important customer service is.We find Jenny, the Scottsdale Quarter manager, to be an extremely authentic young woman and is the ultimate professional.

I wish I can choose to rate this place with -10 starts.Extraordinary rude service, malefactor product that breaks by itself and do nothing but to give a referral card on where to go to get your glasses fixed.Highly recommend to avoid this unethical place.
Called the store to ask if they can help with my return since I had issues requesting return online. A very nice lady answered the phone. She said, she will help me to return the glasses and purchase another one. Drove all the way to the store and they said they cant help me!? Online only or call customer service which is no one answers your call! I got the link to start my return process that crashes everytime you tryto submit. My first experience with LensCrafters and for sure the last one. Stay away people. Not easy to do business with them at all. Everytime I’ve gone in or called the doctors office front desk - over the last few years - there’s always an impatient, rude woman on the other line. There has been a couple of different people in these instances, so it must be a part of the job description. If you don’t like your job, find a new one.
I purchased an expensive pair of designer frames; ONLY after 2 months I had to return to them to LENS CRAFTERS store to have the frames repaired: 1st time I had to replace a small, gold metal plate near the hinge that fell off (and lost) I only owned the glasses a little over 4weeks (they broke) LENS CRAFTERS unfairly uncharged me $27 to replace the piece I honestly believe I should NOT have been charged any amount___thenMy 2nd “trip” to LENS CRAFTERS was due to the right side frame screw falling out (fortunately I found the screw___AGAIN had to return to the store to have my glasses fixed___RIDICULOUS!

Very positive experience with Dr and staff. Dr Campouris gave an excellent eye exam and was extremely knowledgeable with regards to all my questions. Best pair of glasses I have ever had as well as best I have seen with contacts. Will come back to in the future again and again and again!!!
The staff is extremely experienced knowledgeable very friendly and by the time I received my glasses they almost felt like family. I will definitely be returning for any of my glasses in the future. Also they had my glasses done in an hour. Thanks again.
The assistant working at the front of the doctors area was VERY rude. This is not the normal office I visit, but its a bit closer for me. I went in because they informed me to bring my prescription and I could order my contacts there. I mentioned I had vision insurance and was not sure who through, but I would find it quickly and mentioned maybe its in the system. Were not connected to the other office. I dont know who your insurance is through. And your health insurance isnt the same as your vision. I responded by nicely saying Thats ok, Ill find the provider, but I know I currently hold X for health insurance. Her very snarky response was, AGAIN were not connected and your health insurance doesnt carry your vision insurance. Ive worked in customer service and handling my clients PERSONAL finances my whole life, and I would NEVER speak to someone that way, especially knowing Im the expert at what I do, and my clients are the ones coming to me for help. Patience is key. Not to mention, customer service DOES have undertones of sales. You dont have to sell me on buying from you, but if youre RUDE I will BE SURE to find someone else who will be kind and guide me through the process. DO NOT GO SEE this doctors office. Im sure the frames side is great as they are at my usual location. But if you see the doctors side, pray you dont have to deal with the pleasant assistant I dealt with today.
I had a great experience here. Mariana helped me pick out some great frames. AND with the money I saved I was able to get a pair of prescription sunglasses. Really liking the Persol frames. I was able to get two pairs of glasses for what I would have spent at a higher end optical shop. I do feel the Persol frames are not quite as nice as the higher end ones but still worth the difference. All the staff was friendly.
This office was very accommodating. Dr. Benkel was down to earth and informative. I will definitely go again.
It has taken way longer to get my pair of glasses from this store than all the other glasses stores in the valley. Not to mention every time I would call to inquire about my glasses no one seemed to know how much longer it would take. Its been past 14 days and I still dont have them.....

They sucks i went to get my prescription safety glasses and the headband was to small so i when back and they told me to check on line to replace them and i found out that they gave me glasses for kids and they wont replace the headband so they sucks one star
