Very helpful in explaining my insurance coverage, ordered the trial lenses I needed since they didn’t have them in stock and gave me a weeks worth of another brand to hold me over so I wasn’t forced to order more. The doctor was very kind, straightforward about how I could save money by switching lenses while keeping my eye health the number one importance. Great experience.

I was able to schedule my appointment online, which is easier for me. I got checked in and was with the tech within 15 minutes of when I walked in. The doctor saw me shortly after that. She was very thorough and knows her stuff. After a couple tries, she got me into the right prescription contacts. The staff was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. I feel well taken care of by this office and would recommend them to anyone!

I found the office was very well organized and well run. I also felt the examination by Ms. Kelsey Roumfort OD was quite complete, professional and she didnt try to sell me anything. In fact, she indicated that my correction was fairly small and there was no reason to get new glasses at this time. I would certainly recommend this eye clinic.

Plus it it is located inside LensCrafters if you want a glasses prescription.Not a part of my insurance but the cost to come here is reasonable and more than that I trust her judgement. I was very impressed with the equipment that was used and decided to take the special equipment offered at an extra charge. It was easy and actually found a problem for which I was referred to an Ophthalmologist. Would highly recommend this group.

One of the only optometrist visits that’s ever been enjoyable. Everybody was kind and helpful. The doctor gave me tips regarding my eye dryness and contact lens wearing that no other doctor has bothered to mention before. I won’t dread my annual exam anymore!

I love coming to this office for eye exams (they were in MetroCenter but are now in Fashion Square). Everyone there is super friendly and the office is taking extra precautions due to the pandemic. Exam rooms are cleaned before each session, and masks are mandatory. Would highly recommend them if you are in need of an exam soon!

The entire staff I interacted with were very professional and courteous. The associate that ran several tests prior to me seeing Dr. Streff was very knowledgeable and patient. Dr. Z was very informative. I had quite a few questions and and concerns and took his time really wanting to ensure he understood my concerns and then RX a new pair of progressive glass for me and a pair of weaker readers for computer use. It was brilliant as now I dont have to have everything so close to using readers on. It worked out great. He diagnosed something that was going on, that I didnt even know there was fix for this issue. Great Doc friendly staff

Dr. Romsfort and the rest of the staff were great. I recommend including the phone number and Eyemasters on the email confirmations since the Scottsdale location is new to the customers who came from the Metro location and the Fashion Square Mall is pretty big.

Had a great experience here for the 2nd year in a row. Gerrie, the office manager even remembers me from last year which I find incredible, or they are great at taking meaningful notes on the small talk to save in the customer file, either way, it was a great experience.I was in and out of there with contacts to take home. I made the mistake of trying a place closer to home for the eye exam but the price for the contacts were a full $180 cheaper here, and I get a $200 rebate, something the other office didnt bother. I know it will be another year before I have to go back again but Ill make sure not to make the same mistake twice and keep coming back here to their friendly and very helpful staff.

This was our 3rd follow up and it couldnt have gone better. Dr. Manisha Geiger was awesome! My wife and I got eyeglass and contact exams and trial lenses. My lenses were great for seeing but not as comfortable as my previous brand. My wife had a similar issue but had a little discomfort and vision trouble. Our 2nd follow ups did not go as well as we did not get Dr. Geiger. Long story short, no happy campers! We rescheduled another follow up with Dr. Geiger and we both can see better, have the contacts that are comfortable and an awesome experience because she took the time to listen to our concerns and respond in the most appropriate manner. She is WONDERFUL! Thank you Dr. Geiger!!

This is my first time going in for an eye exam and finding out that I am far-sighted. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and easily able to answer my “newbie” questions about eye health and astigmatisms. I would recommend them to anyone needing a quick and competent eye exam.

I needed a pair of Halloween contact lenses and didn’t know where to find them. Asked Dr. Simon Zmyslinski and he said they had them no problem. Gerie helped me check out quick and it was super easy to get what I needed. Great customer service! Appreciate the help and will be back for a eye exam. I was scared to have my eyes looked at and have never had them looked at before, the customer service from the moment I walked in was amazing! I’m so used to getting garbage service as a young man with tattoos, and this place couldn’t have been more courteous and I really felt like they went above and beyond. The doctor got something out of my eye with tweezers on her FIRST TRY and I didn’t feel a thing, she also took time with me to figure out what prescription worked best for me. At no time did I feel rushed, the office is very clean and they aren’t all pushy or sales focused. I loved the experience!! I also paid out of pocket and didnt have insurance, their price was more than reasonable and they got me in same day with just a few hours notice. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

After paying more than I expected ($50), I didnt like being charged an additional $35 AFTER I left the office.

Professional, on time and easy to understand

Eye Dr was great. However the glasses were way more expensive than just going to the factory. Also some of the staff that helped with picking out glasses breath is horrifically bad. I would recommend seeing the eye dr here but to go somewhere else for the glasses.
