Had a wonderful experience with GCHS from start to finish. Eric, the designer, has an amazing eye for detail. You will find anything from classic designs to the most up to date 3D styles in their showroom! It was fun picking thru all the stuff to design a dream home. Dan, Nan and Larry (owners) were very communicative and helpful whenever we had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this company and their amazing team for your next remodel or new build! Makes me want to start our remodel all over again!
Love the new kitchen, living dining area. Everyone did a great job. The kitchen is much more functional compare to what it was. Better flow in and around. Also it is the simple things like having the trash in a drawer and not having cans.
These guys are amazing! They provided consultation, thoughts on how to utilize the space better, great pricing, and recommended I use a great installer. They made this experience great allowing me to focus on other things!
I had a wonderful experience working with Grand Canyon Home Supply in August! Nan, Larry and Eric were incredibly knowledgeable and took our many ideas and customized them to exactly what we wanted for our kitchen. Eric brought up logistics regarding our kitchen island that we never even considered. We were incredibly happy with our experience and will return to them for all of our kitchen and bathroom needs!
We bought engineered wood for our living room and some of their stock wood look tile for our bathrooms. We also ordered shaker grey kitchen cabinets and a farm house sink from them. They werent able to deliver next day because some items were special order but they were able to ship everything to us at one time. We price shopped around before we bought here and found that they have great pricing and the quality is outstanding. A huge plus is the staff is all very friendly! I would recommend and will be shopping here again.
Fantastic prices, personnel, all around great service. I would highly recommend Nolan and his crew. Cabinets are very well made with 1/2-5/8 sides not 3/8 like most stores. A+++++! Ive been shopping here since Nov of 2016. Since then Ive bought flooring and grout on several occasions and cabinetry for my home flips. My wife also purchased higher end cabinetry for our personal home, which shes very happy with! Customer for life!
I ordered flooring and Dan the man was great! We got it installed a week later! Next year when we sell our home I am getting new cabinets so we can get top dollar for our home!
Helped me locate wood flooring that I needed for a remodel. Ordering, shipping and pick-up were very timely with personalized service.
Drove 1 hour to get here. Webpage said they were open until 3pm Saturday. Sign on there door said 10-3. We arrived at 130 and the place was closed. N0t even a sign on the door. Very disappointing.
GCHS helped me design, define, and complete a master bathroom remodel and entire house counter top upgrade to quartz. GCHS in Scottsdale has a good selection of products to evaluate, choose from and compare. They helped us put together a solution that fit in our budget, and helped resolve issues along the way. GCHS always provided a high level of service and took good care of my needs. I am glad we choose GCHS to do this job, I would come back to GCHS for my next job, and feel any customer will like doing business with GCHS. Also, they have competitive prices as I compared the product costs with standard retail costs.

Strange in regards to the 1 Star Review because when I called about information for my wife and I in reguards to our kitchen and work I spoke to a Nolan, so I myself am confused and we will not be doing business here. Good luck with repairs sir Thankful for Google and Reviews

UPDATE: I have had 4 separate FULL days working diligently with my husband and wonderful installer (who we had to find on our own in order to fix the wrong measurements) on “making our cabinets work”. Despite the incorrect measurements, incorrect cabinets dimensions, missing legs, different finishes, missing kick plates and the list goes on; he squeezed them in the kitchen and suggested further education for the designer.I’m still very unhappy with my experience. While I have been asked by the designer to retract my 1 star, I stand by it. I would gladly tell people where my cabinets are from, in order for them to make better decisions. Thankfully I have had a wonderful installer who has made them work in our space, but that has come with HARD work and a lot of extra money.——My initial interaction with GCHS Scottsdale, the sales team was kind and not aggressive or pushy. I had multiple bids already for a remodel on my kitchen already and I came with exact dimensions/floor plan, making the for GCHS bid easy. The bid took longer than anticipated; I was told it would be sent my way in two days and it wasn’t until over a week later and multiple emails to the sales rep, it arrived. I was told they were “overwhelmed” with other “unexpected changes” from other costumers. I had a few revisions after the initial bid, which every emailed replied “I’ll get back with you tomorrow”, yet that was never the case.I assumed it would get better once I said we were ready to move forward and there was money invested; I was wrong. I gave the down payment Tuesday 5/25 and was told the cabinets would arrive “2-3 weeks, but expect two” and I would be updated with an ETA when it was known to them. After the receipt was sent to me, I heard nothing.. until I reached out on 6/4 asking how things were coming along. I got a dry response stating “They are to arrive on or before the 14th, but until they ship, there is no ETA and I would be contacted when that happened”. The next day 6/5, I got a text asking for another dimension needed for the under counter microwave; which was confusing because I assumed they would need that upon the initial order. I responded that I had not purchased one yet because I was going to wait until the cabinet arrived to see which color I wanted but I had already told her the dimensions of the one picked out when we did final measurements. Once again, no response. On 6/12 I reached out with yet another email asking if that was ok I had not purchased the microwave and if we were still on track. I got a response stating “the cabinets are due to arrive that week” and it was ok that I didn’t have it, I would just have to facilitate cutting the cabinet when I purchased the cabinet. Which was ok with me. That week has come and gone, still no update on the cabinets and no email/text stating a new ETA. I am very disappointed with lack of communication or updates unless I reach out. When I do reach out, the responses are incorrect (eg: follow up with you tomorrow) and there are never any follow up updates unless I take initiative. I invested with this company and with that I deserve updates, especially when the timeline is extending. It’s now Monday 6/18, no cabinets and no update. I was ok with waiting, understanding that it does take time, but should not be left waiting in the dark.I have two counter tops and two bathrooms yet to do; and I would not feel comfortable using this company any more.
