I’m very sorry to have to write this review because I have been a longtime customer. This was my 3rd closet installation with the company and what a disaster! I’m not even as angry about the closet as I am about the lack of customer service or willingness to help resolve my issues. Not to mention our designer felt it was appropriate to make comments about being vaccinated/unvaccinated and it was highly offensive. Corners were cut and things were done inappropriately on this design and install. I can’t even get a manager to give me an update or fix the mistakes that were made and we spent $12,000 (the most expensive one yet)! I’m disgusted and I would recommend that if you are looking for a closet or any build out explore some other options out there because this company’s standards have really changed. I don’t believe they even care. My closet was installed 2 months ago and I can’t get someone to fix the drawers for “soft close” or fix our hamper issue, hardware issue or even add the velvet to my drawers I was supposed to have! My designer cut corners that I wasn’t aware of and if they looked at my history they would see a pattern of what features I chose in the past. We have used them for 3 closet installs and 2 garage installs and this is how I am treated. We were even planning to do more work with them, but not now. Having to wait weeks upon weeks for answers on simple things is unacceptable and my patience has worn out! The company just doesn’t care about customers anymore. ☹️

Classy Closets installed cabinets in our mud and laundry rooms. We were so happy with the design process, customer service, install and final results, we contracted them for a custom built-in mentor desk/book shelves in our office. Very professional and truly wanted us to be happy with the final results. And we are. Thank you to Charity and team for helping us make our house a home.

Classy Closets replaced all of my cabinets and workbench in my garage after a water flood from a water softener ruined everything out there. Six YEARS LATER I had a small problem with part of the workbench. They came out promptly without complaint, showed up on time, fixed the issue. No charge. I was very surprised as many companies would not do this. I highly recommend this company for quality work and warranty. Their designs are very creative also.

I had my closet done about a month ago with Classy Closets. I originally was referred by an employee and sent an email to the general contact information on the website. The response was quick and efficient and I was immediately referred to a designer. The designer Josh Ream was friendly, personable, and worked around my busy life to come see my disaster of a closet. The job was done quickly and flawlessly. Josh kept in touch via phone and email during and after the install to make sure I was satisfied. I will be doing work again soon with this company.

Tim Phillips designed beautiful and functional his and her closets. He worked within our budget and was very patient. I would definitely work with him again for future projects. They came and demolished our old closets quickly and did an excellent job cleaning everything up. The installers were professional, quiet, and left with everything cleaned up. I would say the only downside was my closet was half complete for over a month due to unknown reasons. But it was well worth the wait!

Classy Closets was a no show for an appointment after my wife and I rescheduled our time to be home. No call, no text, no consideration. If they cant show up to give you a quote, imagine what they will do for service!

We had a wonderful experience working with Cristin Young and Classy Closets! From beginning to end, we were provided with prompt, professional, and exceptional service. Everything was finished and installed on time without any problems or issues. We look forward to working with Cristin again on our next house project!

From the showroom with Marcia to our sales rep Acacia, it has been a good experience. Acacia is great to work with. She is very prompt, professional, patient and explains every detail. We are pleased with their product and look forward to having our cabinets installed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They screwed up some of their measurements so they could not finish our job. They promised to return and finish the job in a few weeks. For months now they have literally ignored our calls and emails. They are awful. I shouldnt have to sue a company to get my project completed, but now that appears to be precisely what I have to do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I was excited to get to work and get our closets done! The quality and reviews are exceptional! I initially started conversation with the Scottsdale location middle of October 2020 and submitted dimensions, and some already planned drawings for review. Here we are middle of December and I have NO plans, renderings NO follow up or other communication back at all. I called at one point and literally said please take my money ... nothing. I have moved forward with CLOSETS BY DESIGN. They showed up quick, got plans back to me that evening for review. Signed a contract the next day and BOOM customer service at its finest!

We looked at several closet companies for our new home construction. Classy Closets was by far the best option. Designer Acacia Oudinot is awesome! She made several return visits to make revisions. Acacias ideas and communication is great. The installation was great too. Salvador and his team did a flawless job. We couldnt be happier.

I want recommend Classy Closets as a company that I enjoyed working with. Recently we had Classy Closets add several storage cabinets to our house. We had a member of their Sales Team come and measure the various places we wanted to add storage to. He gave us several options for the limited space we had. He was very patient with us and tried to balance functionality with our limited budget. We had our master bedroom closets redone, cabinets added in two bathrooms over the toilet, cabinets over the Washer and Dryer, and large cabinets in the family room. This provided a lot more space in areas of our house that was really needed. It only took one day for the two installers to install all of the cabinets listed above. It looks great and has added value to our home. Classy Closets did a great job, they were very professional, what they installed looks great, and I would recommend them.

We designed a home office with a Murphy bed and it was installed in February 2021. The desktop was not the right size, the file drawer was too narrow for files and several other items were not completed. We were told someone would be back out shortly to finish. it is now 2 months later and despite numerous calls and emails, we have not heard back and our office is still not completed. There is no excuse for the lack of response.

Classy closets worked on 2 of my closets on the 21st and 22nd of Oct 2020 and no one explained to me that I would have to paint the dry wall after the work was done from the previous shelving that was in there and it’s now November 8th and I still do not have the glass shelves that cover my Jewelry 18 days later with zero communication on when it will be completed. Not very classy. The closets itself are nice but not completed and zero communication..

I don’t typically post reviews but I had to share regarding our experience with Classy Closets. Josh Ream was our designer and from day one he was northing but AWESOME with our closet project. My wife and I didn’t even know where to start...all we knew is we hated our existing master bedroom walk-in closet. Josh took our ideas and the outcome was better than we ever had imagined! My wife and I are VERY happy. The service we have received from Josh has been 5 Diamond! If he said he would text us or call we never had to follow up, he was on it! He would constantly keep us updated on absolutely everything ALL the time. Our experience with Josh was so outstanding we decided to upgrade all the closets in our home. We just want to say thank you Classy Closets for the new closets in our house and specially THANK you Josh for being such a great person, professional, attentive and customer service oriented! You rock brotha. We appreciate you very much.

Designer was savvy, on-time, and responsive. He made every effort to understand and meet our needs. His experience was extremely helpful as our job included a 33 wall of 9 high cabinets. We selected Classy after looking at 5 other companies. The installers were on time and efficient. They knew their trade and cleaned up after themselves. During the installation we had some practical concerns and found our designer to be accessible and helpful before, during and after the installation. We feel very satisfied with the end product, it is a good value.

Classy Closets is truly a class act! We are super happy with the quality of the office we had installed.. From design to installation was better than imagined. We are in our home office all the time and the details the are included make working extremely functional! Josh did a great job with the design and follow up. We even had a couple of minor repairs that needed to be fixed, without question they were taken care of. I had a wonderful experience with Classy Closets. Christin is an excellent designer. She designed a beautiful place for my art supplies in a spare closet. The installers were friendly, professional and kind. They did excellent work.They also went above and beyond their assignment and fixed the sticky front door I have. I would call Classy Closets again to handle all my built in storage needs. I strongly recommend Classy Closets to anyone needing beautiful built in storage.

My wife and I researched numerous cabinetmakers in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. We chose Classy Closets because we perceive their quality to be on the high end for production cabinetry and their price relatively competitive. They did not disappoint. We have a large master closet (25’ x 12’) and we did 12’ floor to ceiling units—cabinets, drawers, shoe shelves, granite countertops. Classy Closets delivered on time and on budget. They were responsive to minor changes during the installation.Our designer, Cristin, was very knowledgeable of her product line. She had excellent design instincts. She guided us through the process and kept us informed of the progress. I was amazed at her ability to take what we verbally told her we wanted and translate it into 3-D renderings and construction drawings. She also was very customer oriented—great to work with.Bottom line, I absolutely recommend Classy Closets to others, particularly if you’re lucky to have Cristin as your designer. (P.S. I think she’s moving to the Scottsdale store.)

I love my closet! Marie was such a fabulous consultant. I have a wonky shaped closet and I had no idea what to do. Marie came over for a consultation. Not only did she Stay within budget, but she came up with an excellent layout that I could not have even imagined. She stuck with everything that was important to me and explained why I needed certain hanging sizes based on my wardrobe. We ended up going to the show room and working with her to put the final touches on the custom closet. A month later, it was installed seamlessly. The closet is absolutely beautiful, beyond my wildest dreams. I can’t believe that I got what I wanted for the budget that I allotted. It looks like something in dwell Magazine, but for definitely not a Dwell price point LOL. Thank you so much Marie and Classy Closets!

I have been remise is posting a review regarding my experience with Josh Ream of Classy Closets. We had extensive work provided by Classy Closets a year and a half ago -- quartz counters in kitchen and two baths, office built-in storage cabinets and desk top work areas for two, storage cabinets and closet organizers in another room, and an entertainment center in the living area. All of this was designed by Josh to fit our unique needs. Josh was very understanding of my budget and our needs for all of this and yet it is all beautiful, as well as serviceable. It is all I hoped for and much more. Josh was a delight to work with and if I could give him six stars I would.In addition, the gentlemen who measured and installed the quartz counters, and those who installed the cabinetry where very professional and good at their jobs as well.I would never hesitate to recommend Josh - or Classy Closets - to my friends. We still enjoy everything you did for us. Thank you so much Josh, and Classy Closets!!!

Marie did a great job of helping us design the most gorgeous closet. There is a place for everything and it looks so pretty. She followed up and communicated well throughout two different jobs we had done in our home. Marie is the BEST!

What a great result we got from Marie and Classy Closets! We expanded our master suite mostly to add closet and bath space. We spent a LOT of time trying to come up with a DIY design but even though our new closet footprint was 10x11, we just couldnt find a way to utilize the space in a functional manner. We first met with the major (big name) competitor and then with Marie from Classy Closets. The proposed design from the competitor didnt come close to meeting our needs and the quote was outrageous. Marie came into our construction site, interviewed us with insightful questions and promised to have a design for us to review in a few days. Mind you this was the week in between Christmas and New Years. We met with her in the showroom and were blown away by what she had come up with. Things the competitor had told us were impossible, Marie found a way to incorporate into the design and her quote was 40% less! We could not be more pleased with the end result, although the process was not without problems. There were two incidents of the shop floor making incorrect cuts and the drawer pulls were not on hand at the time of installation. I feared that since the sale had already been made, Marie might be slow to return my calls but that was not the case at all. She was tenacious in escalating our problems and getting them resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Now all thats left is for us to start enjoying our new, beautiful closet!

My husband & I just had two bathroom vanities installed by Classy Closets. The entire experience was 5 star! We worked with Corinne (highly recommend her) and from start to finish she was right beside us making sure we were satisfied. Our vanities turned out better than I ever imagined and are my favorite thing in my house! The vanities are so stylish and we love the soft close! Couldn’t of had a better experience than the one we had with Classy Closests. Will be using them for our laundry room and kitchen remodel too!

I have worked with Marie Roviello of Classy Closets on my 2 Master Closets, and I just contracted with Classy Closets for replacement of my garage cabinets as well. Everything about the project went extremely smoothly. Marie greeted me warmly, helped me make selections that fit my design and budget. She set reasonable expectations for delivery and install, and she followed up to check on my satisfaction after the install. I really enjoyed my experience with Marie and Classy Closets. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. What more can anyone ask for?

Tim was amazing. He used the input I provided to come up with a design that made great use of every nook and cranny in my small bedroom closets. Not only can I fit everything in, I have room to go shopping. The closets are made well and the installers did a great job. I couldn’t be more pleased.

We had a Wonderful Experience with Classy Closets from the time we entered the Showroom until our Cabinets were installed. We had Classy Closets in our Master Bedroom but there was a lot of space between the top shelf and the ceiling. Carl came to our house and measured and made a plan for us. Well, today they were installed and we cant believe how wonderful it looks and we have so much storage place now. Everyone at Classy Closets was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend Classy Closets.

We went into the showroom and were assigned Corinne. She showed up the next day on time and went over our small master bedroom closet. We needed to maximize the space as much as possible using every square inch! She came up with a design the next day and after answering several of my questions we approved her plan. After the install we were able to fit all of our clothes and shoes in that we had stored in closets all over the condo! Absolutely perfect!!

I really liked the nice wood closet when I first walked in the Scottsdale showroom. Originally I was looking for something more contemporary but after seeing the displays and options I ended up with a more traditional design. My designer I worked with talked me into something a little more functional and practical rather than putting a lot of my money in features I really wouldnt see. I appreciated the direction and honesty.

Very professional and fast. The process seemed to be second nature for them, their experience and expertise was obvious, and they still took the time to carefully explain why they did what they did for us. The sales person who did our design said she has worked for Classy Closets in Scottsdale for 18 years and then the installer who did the installation said he has worked there for 15 years as an installer. Everything turned our great and we are very satisfied with the whole experience.

Fawn at Classy Closets was a pleasure! We did his and her walk in closets and our two childrens closets. She took spaces that were cramped and poorly utilized and made them functional and spacious. Our experience with Classy Closets was great and would recommend them, especially Fawn, to anyone.

Tried getting an appointment with a designer Shellie who my general contractor recommended. She was very rude on the phone even saying negative things about the fact I live on top of a mountain. Which is a high end neighborhood behind two gated communities. The night before the appointment she text me that she was sick a week ago and doesn’t have time for me. Told me if I’m interested to use them call another designer that works there. No thank you! Went to another company guess they didn’t need my money!

Second time around - had closets done 14 years before - happy with design and the company. Installers and head of installations made what could have been a big problem turn out great.

Horrible. Had a large (40,000) job and tried to get an appointment. Woman who makes appointment was so rude. Would never go there.

Got one closet done and loved it! Then tried to get my other closets done and couldnt get a quote. Called the rep David and emailed multiple times. 2 1/2 months later he called and said he could come measure. He came out and now a month later I havent recieved anything. I have called and emailed and NADA. So I call back into Classy closets to get a different rep who was supposed to show up today and they were a no show. They asked if someone could come tomorrow but I am pretty sure no one will come anyways. Moving on to the next company after a waste of almost 4 months

Guy showed up looking like a bum and had a weird bad attitude. I definetly would not trust these people inside my house. I am very surprised that this place has any customers when they are so shady.
