Ripoffs. There were NO prices on strawberries. I bought them and at the register checked the price. They were $8.99. I made a point to bring this to the attention of the store manager after I returned them for credit. He claimed this must have been a mistake. Not likely. I also asked where tortilla strips were. An employee pointed out where they were. These were organic and not where the usual place where they were. I did not buy these. I later asked a Red Shirt where these were. He said in an end cap by the freezer. I found them and rang them through a register. Cute. I wasted a lot of time.

I came in to purchase a new battery. Kyle in the tire shop was extremely helpful he let me borrow the tools needed, helped me unscrew a screw that I absolutely couldn’t get to budge, he even helped me carry the old battery inside. Another wonderful employee named Raymond also stoped on his way in to help me try to unscrew the difficult screw and even passed by again later and to check. Only later did I consider that he may have been just starting his shift and needed to clock in or getting back from a break. Either way I appreciate both of them. They really made my trip!

I love that year after year I see so many of the same faces when I shop here. The employees really make my day.

I have a love hate relationship with Costco. Its a great concept and products are priced well, however the herding of customers at the registers and overall flow of the store is God awful. I avoid Costco during the normal daylight hours and only shop close to closing. If Im near a Sams Club Ill shop there over Costco any day. They have scan and go from their app and generally everything is about the same or better priced. I avoid Costco pretty much except for once a month. They need more locations so their stores are not overcrowded but they will never do that.

I usually thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience there. However this time was a little tainted by a couple of things. I ordered the spaghetti bake a calzone which I truly loved and have been eating for over 20 years.This was the first one that I had that was burnt on the outside which my dining companion loved but I didnt so much it was very tough crust to crispy.I usually get a little extra marinara on the side but this is the first time I was ever charged for it just a small amount couple of tablespoons. Overall left and less than impressive taste in my mouth. However I will be going back and give it another try.

Love COSTCOS always find something Im not looking for and have already purchased several Christmas gifts already and tucked them away. Always make a stop at the food court, so when I get home I can have a quick bite to eat...Also we love the pizza at least once or twice a week...

I love Costco. This one is fun. I am looking forward to the days of samples returning. Christmas at this Costco is always great with the amount of Christmas stuff they have (wrapping paper as well as food specials). They rotate special items a lot. This Costco has an amazing wine section if youre into that. The car wash is nice, and so is the gas station.

I love costco.Big selection of products.Employees are always helpful, polite and friendly. The food courts are delicious, great selection of items and so easy to order.And a great place to walk around and get some exercise.And their gas prices are almost always about 10 cents a gallon less than QT, Chevron, Frys, Shell, Mobil or any other brand name station.OVERALL, a great place to shop, eat lunch or a light dinner and get gas.

Bulk chicken quality has gone done. Every bag I buy seems to have those pieces that are super tough before even being cooked. Come to find out it’s known as “woody breast”. From what I’ve read most companies sort through it to make sure it doesn’t go to customers or sell it at a lesser cost. They say it’s not harmful to humans but the chicken tends to be tough, rubbery or chewy. To be honest the texture is gross. All in all, quality needs to be addressed before I buy anymore.

Gotta love Costco, totally worth spending a minimum of $100+ every trip cause they have everything you will ever need!

So disappointed in Costco for allowing Connect by American Family Insurance to be their insurance partner. They don’t live up to the value and customer service that we have come to expect from Costco and their partners.Buyer beware!!! Bait and switch scheme!!! Connect came in with a lower price than my previous insurance that I used for 20+ years. My daughter got her very first ticket and they increased our policy over 60%!!!! I understand that an increase but 60% is insane!! They told me this increase will remain for at least 3 years!!! That will equate to an additional $1800 dollars over our current premium. This seems very unethical and they said that’s how they operate. So unhappy and will be canceling all 3 of my policies.

Very cool place to shop just have to have a membership in order to get in. It isnt very pricey for the membership but it pays for itself over time. And you can get pizza, ice cream sundaes, and hot dogs on the way out!

Always buying gas here due to prices. Car wash helps too. Long lines in summer time though. Never disappoints shopping here. They have some product here never seen at other locations. Pretty busy weekends, I avoid. Would be 5 stars, but the parking at this Valley location is the worst. More accidents here than most others combined. Driver beware.

People are rushing to buy toilet paper again. Best time to find is in the AM.

Costco experiences are predictable. Very consistent polices. Great products with great prices. Expect long checkout lines if shorter, be grateful.. I like the self checkout. Always employees there to assist you.

Going to Costco that have everything you need if youre at your home state or if youre traveling with your family all the foods are the freshest

The wife and I enjoy this Costco at this location. The store definitely has items not found at other Costcos. Nevertheless, a $450 shopping bill today as we stocked up on needed items.

Head office needs to allow local stores to work within the local lack of mandate mask requirements.I dont feel any need to wear a mask but Im in Costco or doing my daily routines.if someone else feels they need or would like to wear a mask thats great they should do that. We should have freedom of choice and not be dictated to by a Seattle based head office.

It was very crowded, but you have to expect that with Costco. I was there to get tires rotated, but messed up the time. The staff was honest and told me what I would be looking at if I just left the car with them. I couldnt wait, but since it was my mistake, I understood I needed to reschedule and they were very helpful.Lesson learned, write stuff down or deal with consequences of my mistake.Very happy with everyone we encountered in the tire shop and warehouse proper. This is my new favorite location.

Not a great costco. They definitely need more staff, i went in with a nice golf shirt and had 4 different people all me where stuff was, they were so desperate for help any one that looked professional works there right. I was there only 8 minutes. The chocolate truffle cake is amazing!!

Typical Costo store. Busy, located in Scottsdale. Employees are very helpful when trying to find things. Check out people are nice too and helpful. Only complaint was when I purchased my membership the store manager went to great lengths to get me to buy the Gold level membership after I indicated I clearly was not interested. It was annoying to say the least.

Without a doubt, this stores Hearing Center is the BEST and ONLY place. to get Hearing Aids! Ronnie and Robin are simply awesome!Stop getting confused by the internet and ripped-off at the local stores. The only thing that beats the unbelievable price value is the extreme competence of the staff. Ronnie (Veronica) literally changed my life with her total expertise and caring personality. I have sent many people who had qualms or were in denial for years (as was I) and thanked me for referring them here. You will too!

The food court is not accommodating like the other Costco. They dont have most of the hotdog toppings. You cant eat inside and no signage telling you where you can eat. The rest of the store was fine. Clean and staff friendly.

This Costco location is nice. The staff is friendly, the bathrooms are cleaned and the overall experience is fine. It does get crowded at times, but still worth it to shop.

I reviewed this Costco a couple of years ago and I have to say, their service has improved. I think they have changed their cashiers because now they are nice and friendly. You will find great items to purchase in this Costco, they have the fanciest bottles of Whiskey, Tequila and Cognac you will see in this area. I also see great cuts of meat and seafood. The only bad thing about it is how crowded it is.... The parking is crazy!

Holy moly the selection of high end liquor is nothing short of amazing. Im from s.cal and we dont have Costcos like this there.And the prices cant be beat. I will be stopping by this Costco everyone Im in the area.

There are so many reasons to love Costco, return policies, fantastic deals, happy employees, their wine department, their optical department, their tire department, their discounts on new cars and great travel packages, etc. Just last week, I got new glasses from their optical dept with a new prescription from my doctor. I wore them a few days, but something was wrong, I could not see well. I went back and had their optometrist retest me. He gave me a new prescription and I went over to the optical dept and gave them my glasses and the prescription. I pulled out my wallet and the girl helping me said, no charge. We will call you when they are ready. I could go on and on about how much I love Costco.

I was at Costco today and was with my family and went to self checkout this older lady around 4 ft 11 inch black glasses on grey hair with some brown heavier set with pink little balls in her hair brown eyes and was getting very impatient with us acting like we were going to steal because we did three different transactions and was constantly coming up to us and making comments it is very uncomfortable when you have someone just watching your family because we had a big purchase we spent more then 1000 just to be treated this way it is highly inappropriate when she was singling us out out of everyone else this is the worst experience I have ever had at Costco and am very disappointed with this trip
