This is a clean store with better than average personnel. It seems like a smaller version in that while they seem to run out of inventory less they have a smaller selection. The garden center will usually need attention. One strong plus is they do carry some items I cant get at a Mesa location and where as Mesa is out of a lot of items this location often has it in stock.

Very clean, neat 👌 store. Had a return. The associate was friendly and efficient. I even had time to grab a bite to eat.

This is the first Walmart in a great area Ive been too.Not ghetto,or dicey, Nothing bad about this walmart. Its as nice as any Target, and in a great area. I will be coming back 😀

Well, was surprised in a way. Seemed the shelves were stocked more than they would be after a weekend? Really, no paper shortages, one less aspect to be stressed over. Few of the refrigerator foods were sparse, along with freezer, frozen veggies particularly but, still not empty. Thank you Wal-Mart enjoyed my grocery shopping experience. A well-fed person is always a happy camper!! We wait until next time.

This store is good, like any other wal Mart. However, I was looking for fleece lined leggings and the staff was not helpful at all. They didnt speak English and I didnt know enough Spanish to ask for what I wanted. It was soo hard to find someone to help me. After walking around I found. They have some cute clothes there, it seems Walmart is doing better picking out merchandise for there store.

This walmart is enormous. its mind boggling. it definitely doesnt trust its customers.

If you dont know why Walmart is great, watch The Flintstones. Yabba dadda do. I bought a great laptop for the basic stuff for an unreal...$89. It even works on Dino energy.

One of my favorite thing about this store is they offer walmart inhome which is an incredible delivery service . inhome.walmart.com it will change your life. 5 out of 5 stars .

Walmart is my favorite place to shop reason beingthe price of GAS is very affordable for me. We all are having financial difficulties. Buying gas for $2.82-$2.85 is great. Some food items have increased in price, but like anything else shop for bargains and buy only what you really need.

I bought a 250 dollar tire and had it installed there. My wife took it up there. They put 45 lbs of air in a 20 pirelli low profile tire. Come on guys pay attention 34 is max.

A lower rating for this location mostly because its about time they git this location a Scottsdale quality face-lift.. decent store but if not in a rush better to go to the frank Lloyd Wright and 101 location... much much nicer!

I felt overwhelming disrespected when employees at this location (unsure if all management is aware) began demanding masks and passing them out before I could walk through the door. This not a mandate by the state nor the company and is the decision of the patron. Do better next time and don’t lie to your clientele. The employee was Beth a greeter and manager I believe.

We were forced to use self checkout, only to find out I could not use cash. I wanted to pay in cash. They only had 2 regular check outs going. Why are we forced to do all the work??? Give us 5% off our order if we HAVE to check ourselves out.

New to Scottsdale. One of the cleanest and friendly Walmarts I’ve been in. Somewhat limited steak selection but that could be from the supply chain issues.

Don’t even try order pickup at this store. You’re fine would be better spent just finding the products in store and checking out. You’ll get everything sooner and won’t waste your time.

Im a frequent at this rink since Im on the Kachinas black team and its really good. The locker rooms are cleaned often and everything is kept up very nicely. The ice is also very good and the zamboni does a great job going around :) 👍

Needed a quick stop as we were visiting from CA and we found way more than we expected in this store. Loved how it has a gaming area for those who love online gaming. Cali needs that!

Definition of Incompetent. Had an appt at 6pm on Monday. Left work early to ensure I could make it. Arrived to a closed Auto Center. Why? Because they were short-staffed, according to a manager. Yet, never received a phone call, never received any sort of heads up or even a follow-up to reschedule. Tried to reschedule the next day and sat on hold for over 30 minutes. I called the general store line while on hold and they put me on hold/couldnt get me in touch with anyone from the automotive center. I ended up cancelling my order. Go elsewhere, these people are incompetent.

Food is terrific. We shared snow crab, mussels, corn and potatoes in a standard traditional boil bag. They say its not spicy but my wifes parents are from Kansas originally and it would be to spicy for them, so its not mild but a flavorful amount of spice (and it goes up from there).We got a to go order but the wait time was misquoted as 15 minutes and ended up more than 30. Several staff members were pleasant and helpful but this one guy was rude. Wait outside until we text you! Dude, its been 25 minutes when you said 15. Just wanted to check that our phone number is correct. Anyway, would definitely return, but one of their staff needs more customer service training.

The store is close to home and easy to access. Has almost everything I need. Convenient.

I have been using Walmart pick up I switched to delivery, that was worst. I would get the wrong order and sometimes no order at all. It was to much work calling and requesting refunds from food not received or missing.I went back to pick up., However in the last 4 months this service is awful.I am no longer shopping at Walmart, staff is ridiculously rude or not even mentally present...This walmart in the Review is on Pima And Chaparral

This store is so clean and less crowded. I even had 2 sales associates Julia and another women constantly helping me find the things I needed. So helpful. So friendly! ThankYou!

Dont call this store or walk into it. All the staff hate their jobs and let you know as a customer how horrible it I to work there. COMPLETELY UNFRIENDLY AND UNWILLING TO HELP! I used to go to this Walmart frequently because when other grocery stores in the area would be out of the food I typically purchase, this store would almost always have what I needed in stock. But when I went by there tonight, there was a gentleman handing out masks at the front door who made me feel very uncomfortable. I dont know if this is acceptable behavior at Walmart but I certainly dont make comments about how attractive somebody is to strangers I dont know. I thought it was very inappropriate and while he may have meant well, I felt dirty when he said it so I just left and got my groceries from Albertsons instead. I know we are in a pandemic and people are probably very stressed but I just dont think its appropriate for that kind of behavior at a spot in the store where Im supposed to be welcomed, not ooggled. Very unfortunate.

Its not a bad store. But it has the usual Walmart short comings youd come to expect... lack of open registers. The card readers malfunctioning so you have to pull out cash from the ATM if you dont carry it on you, or leave your groceries and feel an overwhelming feeling of disappointment, and wasted time. The customer service is good if you do interact with employees though. At the end of the day, its an average and sometimes even disappointing experience to shop here.

You can find almost anything you need at this Walmart. Its super big and always has whatever I want. It is wheelchair accessible and always has free parking close to entrance.

The most poorly managed Walmart location in this part of the city. The floor staff are always pouty and act put-out if you ask for assistance. Whoever redesigned the layout of this store should be immediately terminated. The aisles are far to narrow and its like a maze. And no one can ever find an item that the website says they have plenty of.

Ive been shopping at Walmart for years and have used their delivery service. But today was the first time I used the pickup service. It went perfectly. It was so easy and fast without having to go into the store. Plus our two associates were so friendly. I only wish we could tip them. But I guess Walmart has a rule about that. Anyway, it was such a good experience I think Im going to shop like this all the time.

The Walmart website and purchases returns area on the interface tried to make me return the 21 food, edible, and perishable items that I purchased to the Scottsdale Arizona Walmart Supercenter when I told them that they had a poor quality issue. They wanted me to bring the food back to the store after I had taken it home to cook eat and have touched all over it which should be illegal and could lead to deadly cross contamination during this Covid-19 pandemic.

I found this store without really being looking for it. Finding Walmart when away from home is nice bc you are familiar with the store and you know they have what ever you might be needing.

Atrocious experience- the supervisors who decide to close self checkout 15 mins before close and put everyone in a long unmasked line need to be fired. A TRUE HEALTH HAZARD. Not to mention counter intuitive towards the goal of closing the store… Will never be back

My experience is usually good just not alot cashiers. Other then that employees are helpful and nice.

Self checkout is a mess. Associates were rude and yelled at me for requesting help. Great prices, but I mainly avoid because people are very rude at this location.

Usually a decent Walmart. This morning went to pick up my groceries and there was only one worker bringing out groceries to our cars. He took 10 minutes in between orders. I waited 40 minutes in 90-degree weather with my car idling. By the time I left there were 14 cars waiting for there online groceries.

I received my covid shot here and all the pharmacy staff were very professional and deligent.

Literally every single time in the past year, there has been a price difference between the shelf & register on at least one item. It has always been in the stores favor.The manager today was rude when telling me I has to come back in the morning and thats what you get fir coming in at night .Apparently thats what I get for trusting that they can do their jobs or for expecting the slightest shred of courtesy towards customers.

I went to Walmart to quickly grab some flowers for my mother, but I realized that it was the day after Mothers day and I panicked. Luckily, Kaylei was there and told me not to worry, she then sprinted to the opposite side of the store at speeds surpassing the speed of light. It was so fast that time began to warp back and it then became mothers day, so I was no longer late. She then exited the store and sprinted across the western united states, across the Atlantic ocean, and into a tulip field in the Netherlands to pick the brightest flower for me. She came back and then helped me set up my 401(k) and financial investment plan, and pay off my student loans. She truly adds to this establishment and amen for the hard work and sheer dedication she has for serving her community.

The clean store. The shelves were stocked and well organized. There was minimal wait to checkout. Not to crowded. Masks are recommended, not required.

The shop same as other Walmart supercenters, they supply with good foods and fresh food material. As well as all house use tool or furniture, electric applications too.

Compared to other Walmarts I have visited throughout the country, this was was top notch. Everything was clean and tidy. Its a real credit to those who work there.

This is just my favorite Walmart. I love the people who work here. Sheryl, Steve, Anna and so many more great people work here. They are always happy to see me and I am always treated well. I have been to other higher end grocery stores and the service is woeful. I have never had that issue here. It feels like an old friend that I come to visit weekly. I appreciate the ease of shopping and the prices on the product that help save money during this fun time of Covid. I look forward to all my visits when I go. I also appreciate the large parking lot, and available spaces to park, especially under a tree in the shade when it is warm out. Keep up the great work.

I was able to Find all School supplies at Walmart, I like shopping at Walmart because it also has all your home essentials

This is a pretty good Walmart. Their garden center closes at 630 every day . I thought that was a little off but otherwise they usually have good selection on mostly everything. Employees appear to be unhappy tho.

This place is great for just shopping without the Hassel of talking to people. I was in and out of the Wich by the way they have so much stuff in there. But once I got my stuff the register was super quick.

Like always due to the supply chain shelves were cleared of hot commodities. This one had more than 1 register open which amazed me.

I love walmart prices,the employees,and its always clean it could use more lanes open but its the best.

Very clean, stock is orderly kept and efficient checkout process. This location may not be one of the biggest and most complete when it comes to product varieties. But they have what you would used most and its most definitely one of the better and nicer Walmart stores Ive visited.

Yesterday I called and asked if they had a product in stock because the website is never accurate. The lady who answered the phone was Cordia. She put me on hold and walked the floor to find the products better the cheese dip and came back letting me know it was in stock. When we arrived to pick it up we were greeted by her she made sure I had everything I asked for. Then I went to the shoe department and couldnt find the size I wanted. I asked two other employees for assistance and neither one for knowledgeable enough on how to find out if they had the size I needed. I returned to Cordia who once again walk me to the department we look for the shoes and then she went back only to return with two other sizes to stock on the shelf because it was already low. Sufficient and attent ive has excellent customer service. If every Walmart had employees like this that would be great!

Overly company first. Customer is tolerated not appreciated. Most problems not stores fault. They say they just do what corporate tells them. Outside of helping to locate something most questions answered with a not my job excuse.

When you request an independent service like Jyve you really need to learn to respect that persons time. You will be billed for a minimum service! Treating the client like they are in the wrong for performing the requested service when WAL-MART scheduled that service is totally disrespectful.

Great place to shop. Always clean and crisp. Young lady in the garden center was less than friendly when we checked out, even when we greeted her. Other than that though, great trip. -Edit- No real mishaps at this location since that first ordeal with garden center lady. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. The staff on the subway isnt always friendly but I dont really hold that against Walmart. The primo water machine had weird stuff in its drain which leads me to think people, or staff, are dumping things in it other than excess water. First and last time using that bad boy.
