I got my wife’s engagement ring from Priti, as well as both of our wedding bands. Not only was the price/deal incredible compared to what I could find elsewhere (I’m talking thousands better for the same ring), but also the customer service was top notch. Anytime I left a message, she’d always get right back to me, and same with text messages. They also went above and beyond when my wife’s ring wouldn’t fit at first, refitting it for her a couple times, at no cost to us, and seemed happy to do it. They also helped me come up with a solution for proposing while in another country. They suggested a pocket box (which I had never heard of before) which they ordered for me and didn’t even charge me for, so I could propose on the beach without my wife knowing I had the ring on me. Her co-worker Penny is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful too if Priti is ever unavailable. I Highly recommend working with them for any jewelry needs.
