This is probably the most overhyped and terribly tasting burgers and fries I have ever had. The cheese wasnt melted. Burger King makes better burgers i.e. the Whoppper. I do not for the life of me understand why people eat here. I will say it is aesthetically pleasing.

Love In n out! Been eating there burgers and French fries for over 40 years. Best part of my day was watching the older gentlemen (wish I would have gotten his name) constantly cleaning the dinning room area and talking to all the customers. He was awesome!

When the company expanded into Arizona this location was one of the first to open in the metro area. The In N Out experience is consistent regardless of the location. My wife cant have gluten because of celiac disease. The restaurant accommodates her dietary needs by offering burgers protein style: no buns. They prepare it in a dedicated area to avoid cross contamination. We ordered here several times. My wife has never gotten sick from eating. Thats a good sign. It means In N Out takes food allergies seriously.

Its fine. You can drive through. Theres hype. You want a good burger, go to a restaurant or grill at home.

In n out is the only burger place I go while in Phoenix. Hot, fresh, packaged great. The Metro location on Peoria on the west side- always attentive staff.

Always a delicious burger. Able to order gluten free (ask for protein style). Its all about the sauce and grilled onions on the burger too. Good crispy fries that are best eaten right away! Also, get a shake while youre at it!

All of these years, all I have ever heard was how I just had to have a burger from this chain. Aftrr finally moving to the Western part of the US, I finally get to try it, just for it to be meh. Like, MEH. It tasted exactly like Cook-Out back home in Carolina, but a very low grade version of it. Wasnt as impressed as the hype would have liked me to be. Whataburger is superior. Hands down.

Once I found out this place was right by my work, I went everyday for about 3 weeks and enjoyed every time. Now I go about once a week for the last year or so. Super fast and always top notch.

I eat here about once a week and am typically always satisfied… that was until recently when I went to a new in n out in Las Vegas and was blown away by the quality and overall taste of the food. The taste in Las Vegas was fresh and flavorful. This location in Scottsdale however does not taste anywhere close to the Vegas location. I’m not sure if where the disconnect is, but this location needs some quality control.

We LOVE In n Out Burger!!! We live in Wisconsin and look forward to our trips that include your delicious burgers, fries and shakes. We were at our grandsons baseball game in North Scottsdale and stopped at your Restaurant.Today was the first time ever we did not enjoy our dinner. 😭 Our buns were hard and our burgers were cold. We were starving so we just ate them because we didnt have time to wait for new ones. The restaurant was busy so we did not take them back up to counter. We will try again at another location next week before we head home. Fingers crossed that we are not disappointed again.

I have only eaten at an In N Out a few times and did not think it anything special. This time was different. Although it was 2:30 PM the place was really busy. But they had a lot of staff and were really banging things out.I loved that a pimply faced teen took our order. He was very well trained and repeated what I ordered in quick fashion. They had an older gentleman running the pass and you could tell that he was a pro.This place is the epitome of employment diversity.The dining room attendant was a hoot with all of the customers. He passed out place paper matts and other things and cleaned as soon as anyone left. It really seemed that he loved his job.The hamburger that I had was hot and delicious. The fries were nothing special. The shake was great.Word of warning. I saw an Hispanic guy request some peppers so I did the same. They were yellow so I assumed them to be pedroncini (sic) and mild. Wrong! As soon as I bit down my mouth exploded. Tears erupted and I had to spit it out. Wow, those thing are nitro.Now I cant wait until they open in my home town.

Theres been a trend lately of saying NnO is overrated. Maybe when the line is around the block, but for the money, this is the best burger chain out there. Plus they serve 7up instead of Sprite (if you know, you know). Get the double-double protien style (lettuce instead of bun).

First In N Out experience and it couldn’t have been better. For starters this is way more affordable than Shake Shack and everything tasted so fresh. Also love that my cashier gave me a free sticker because it was my first time at an In N Out. Everyone working there was nice and the restaurant was super clean!

The fries were pretty basic but the burger was absolute trash.I dont get why this place is popular; Im guessing cause its dirt cheap.Im giving this place 2 stars because they do have good service and the place seems to run like a well oiled machine.I personally wouldnt spend money at In-N-Out again!
