Our service repairman was on time and prepared. Very friendly and professional. Adjustments to our French Doors and screens were all that was needed. Excellent repair. Our repairman took the time to explain how he was adjusting the doors and reinstalling the screens. As an added bonus, he put in a new strike plate and adjusted our front door. My wife and I were truly pleased with his work. Ten stars if possible!

Arizona Windows and Doors was great to work with in replacing our front door several months back. Unfortunately it didnt quite close correctly, so we called to see if it could be corrected, and Jesse came out to help. He not only fixed the issue but also replaced a few screws to prevent further issues, corrected trim to be a bit more aesthetically pleasing, and made sure it remained perfectly sealed. He even showed us which product to use on a couple old windows were not yet ready to replace. Overall, Jesse reminded us why we chose this company in the first place - the service was excellent and well continue to use them in the future.

We had a great experience with AZ Windows and Doors. Josh and Gary were our window installers. They called before arriving giving me an approximate eta. They introduced themselves when they entered our home, did a walk through with me and explained what to expect from the window install. They covered everything near the work area and cleaned up when done. They even vacuumed. When done they showed us how to operate the locks and did another walk through to make sure we were satisfied with the product and workmanship. I would highly recommend this company. Arizona Windows & Doors installed 6 windows in our second floor condo. The installers, Josh & Gary, were excellent. I was impressed by the quality of their work, the care they to protect our neighbors property, the clean up after the install and their professionalism. The stucco repair work by Raphael and his crew was also top-notch. The project did experience some scheduling issues which AZ Windows & Doors has worked to address.

AWDS is fortunate to have an employee like Daniel Gordon. I recently purchased windows from a different company and it wasn’t the best experience, by far probably the worst. I went by AWDS to see what they had (to possibly replace my new windows).I met Daniel Gordon, told him my issues and he came to my house to do a quote. He was very helpful on everything, very knowledgeable and thorough. Their windows are incredibly nice, also come with great warranties. So sorry I didn’t find them first, they have so many great reviews and with the professionalism and quality products they have they will continue to do so. I won’t hesitate to call them when it’s time for my new front door.

Great experience from start to finish. Martin gave me the bid with absolutely NO pressure to buy (which was also the lowest bid I received for the same brand of windows.) Jeff followed up with a second complete measurement--measure twice, cut once as they say. And Fred, Joseph and Ben were phenomenal installers. Not only did they work quickly, finishing a day earlier than expected, but their work was expert with detailed attention to the fit and finish. They even made sure our escape artist cats were properly supervised. And, most importantly, the windows look and work great. Im totally satisfied!

Honestly one of the best investments weve made in our home. The windows have improved our quality of life immensely, blocking out sound and getting rid of hot / cold spots. They are a breeze to slide open and also to clean. They look amazing and because they are made by Anlin, have the highest tech and best warranty in the business. The windows also have reduced our energy bill by about 10%. Arizona Window and Door is a great company with a professional experience from start to finish. After a few years of doing research and searching for a replacement to our 8’ custom backyard door and other backyard doors from rooms, my husband and I walked into Arizona Window and Door Store, because their website noted fiberglass knotty doors. The AZ heat along with the sun exposure did a number on the backyard doors with splitting and discoloring the wood due to lack of treatment from previous owners. We wanted something that would last longer. After speaking with Daniel in the showroom, being told of turn-key completion and warranty, setting up a consult appointment seemed like a no brainer.Thank goodness we did and ordered our new doors. We are so happy! The installation team was awesome and so professional. I was stressing about getting the rooms ready for the install and they came with plastic tarp covers for furniture and mats to protect your flooring; talk about relief!Now let me talk about above and beyond service. First with Daniel in sales, I never once felt pressured. Daniel could sense on my face that we needed some space to talk and offered to step outside. (We just stepped into the next room) Once my husband and I assured ourselves that we were on the same page, we moved forward. Now with the install. One of the installers, Joe, noticed my back door was too low to allow an entrance mat to be placed. This was something I was annoyed with when we moved in and forgot about. He took the time to raise it just enough to give me space to have a mat now. Like I said, above and beyond. That was extra work and he could have not done that to just get the job done. During the finished walk through, I noticed a minor missed spot on the caulking; actually so small my husband was probably annoyed with me, ha! One of their representatives came out to the house by our request. We are wanting to replace our front door. The education and experience from the sales rep is genuinely priceless if youre looking to replace a front door to your home. The quality of their products was absolutely 100% obvious after looking at the material that the representative brought out. This door is a little more expensive than what I have seen at the big box stores but we are going to get it because we want the quality and the security and the beauty of the products that they have.

We had a window shattered from yard work that needed to be replaced. They had a technician come out in about 10 days to replace it. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. While he was here he checked the existing doors and made a few improvements to help them work even better as well. We are very happy anytime we get service from them.

Easy, helpful, and great installation! I would highly recommend! When I got a quote Martin came over and we talked like we were old friends. He didn’t try to hard sell me, which I appreciated, he educated me on what I needed to know and made sure I was comfortable with everything! Jeff came over and did final measurements and he was very personable. On install day Brandon and Frank made it happen! They were respectful of my home and put down plastic where they were walking in and out of my home and put plastic down to cover areas so it wouldnt get dusted. They even made friends with my dogs and waved to my kids as they watched the window install process. They were both nice and focused! Overall it was a great experience from the sales stage to getting the perfect windows installed. 10/10 recommend!

The only negative was waiting an extra 3 weeks for my door (it was a custom project so the manufacturer took longer)

Brian is a great man and a great representative for the AZ Window & Door Store. He called ahead to announce his arrival and went right to work diligently verifying our order specifications. When he found some data mismatches, he clarified with us and, at the end of the process, had our order 100% to our satisfaction. He is impressive with his vast knowledge of windows, doors and construction. He explains everything in understandable terms. What a job he had to do for us with measuring for 29 windows and three sliding doors. He finished in about 2 1/2 hours. We were very impressed and we hope the upper management of the company appreciate his professionalism and his representation of the company.

Overall, our experience was great! The quality of the door was solid and we love the final product. Pat and his crew came on a Friday afternoon (last stop of the week) in 120 degree heat. They were will flexible to some other projects we had going on at the house, they were courteous and informative. They installed so dang fast without sacrificing the quality. They left our property cleaned up and where even kind to our yipping Chihuahuas. The windows look amazing, we are so excited with how they look and how energy efficient they will be. It will be worth the investment.We had one pane that needed to be replaced, they sent Jesse, who is the guy who can fix any issues. He replaced the pane, showed me some additional maintenance hacks and even replaced a screen that had a small tear after all the stucco replacement.Oh, and when they say there stucco guy does amazing work, they are right!

Ive only given four stars because my windows have not actually been replaced yet so I cant attest to the quality of the windows. I can however, attest to the quality of the service, so far it has been excellent. From the salesman who came to my home to the gentleman who measured my windows. Both were extremely polite and courteous. Both made every effort to explain what I was getting and the process involved. I can only hope the quality of the windows installed will match the quality of the service I have received.

FANTASTIC company! Loved everyone from the owner to the installers. They were very patient with all my questions and I could not be happier with my new windows! I waited (probably too long) to finally work on this project and never knew what a difference windows could make in my home. Jesse did a phenomenal job at fixing our screen door lock. Also, he took a look at our screen and repaired areas that had slight holes (our cat made them). He also went over the warranty plan so we were aware of all of our options and he showed us some easy maintenance to improve the life of our door. Truly the first company that goes above and beyond. I recently my first house which had original single pane windows from the 80s that did nothing to keep the heat out and didnt reduce the road noise from the street out front either. I got a quote from Chris and had signed the contract same day because he was great and the product served to be exactly what I was looking for including a great warranty. A couple months later Adrian and Manny arrived first thing in the morning to install my three new windows and sliding glass door. They were friendly, polite, and clearly enjoy their work as they sang some songs while they worked and were excited about their finished product. They were great to have in my home and my house looks fantastic not only because the windows were installed and finished in a professional manner but because they actually left my back patio cleaner than when they arrived.I would highly recommend this company for all of your window needs, everyone Ive worked with has been great and the product cant be beat.

The company staff installed two sliding doors in my house, which they installed at the exit to the patio, they made the gap very narrow and forced the entrance with hammers and with the vibration, they removed the grip from the roof and when it rains the water is leaks and falls into the house, something that has never happened before. They stated that the problem was because the house was old, and that they said it was not their fault because of the vibration. and they agree they gave me up to a maximum of $ 600 dollars (LOL)and that if the repair was more I had to pay the rest, they agreed to communicate with me a month ago and never communicated, on the door they installed upstairs they used a poor quality sealant and The water leaked inside damaging the ceiling and it has a water stain and they left it like that. After an investment of more than $ 4,000.00 they left me the house with leaks that I had never had. I do not recommend this company.

They havent actually done the work yet, but the salesman and the fellow that came out to measure, were awesome. Im sorry but I forgot the measure guys name. But he was Very helpful in re-explaining things and following up a question I asked him. He made 100% sure I had everything down. And he explained a few things I had not been told before, but your salesperson, Duffy, was new, or Im sure he would have done the same.

Just got 3 new awesome windows installed! Everyone involved was a class act from start to finish - Chad in sales, Chelsea at the office, Derek and partner on install, and I think Sergio was the one who did drywall as well. They did a beautiful job, and left the place spotless. Where a few holes were left in the drywall from tearing out old windows, they were able to have Sergio come out the very same day to patch them up. Wow!I had these old rickety single pane windows I didn’t feel safe having in my condo, so got some solid dual pane laminated glass windows. The features they had were better than others - like metal reinforced vinyl. Not only do they make it quieter, but will hopefully resist the afternoon sun, and they are harder to break into so I feel more secure.I might sound like a window ad right now, but I’m ok with that. While they are not cheap, they have various options, and given the nicer features I got, they were actually priced quite well compared to the other quotes I got. And windows like this are are a good investment in the value of the home, especially in AZ. The warranty is long lasting as well, too. Also - had a financing option to pay off in a year with no interest if you qualify.I wouldn’t hesitate one second to recommend this commend to any family or friend.

Jesse went above and beyond. The only repair needed was to replace the broken glass. He checked everything out on the door and took care of some other things he saw that we didnt even know where there. He was very professional and courteous. He arrived early.

We wanted to transform our back door into a sliding glass door, which involved removing parts of walls and moving some electric cables. We talked to 3 different potential companies who could do it all themselves, but Arizona Windows and Door was the one with whom we felt most confident. They came for a house visit even if the job was (originally) only 1 door, whereas other companies did not and rather quoted me on the phone. The salesman was nice without being pushy, and very responsive with questions. We ended up adding one window replacement to the job during his visit. The installation went well, even if they encountered some weird stuff happening in our walls from prior renovations. It was done quicker than I expected and well. They did have to come back in a few days later to repair some of the drywall that had to be cut to fix some weird electric problems we had (probably from before), so it was in a half-finished state for a little bit, but that was not a problem. We love the result! The door, while facing West does not bring more heat into the house. It was not cheap, but it is a worthy investment in our comfort.Two things I wished they had done better is: 1. Keep in touch a bit more with order updates between when we gave them the green light and when they came for the installation. I wish they would have called me ~1-2 weeks prior to the installation date to confirm that everything was on track. I had to call them to confirm the date to take work days of, so that was a bit annoying. 2. Be a bit more clear about the different types of glass they have. We replaced the door and one window, both on the same wall. The door is with a special type of glass that prevents UV whereas the window is with regular glass, which means that the light coming in from both is a bit different (blue from door and yellow from window). It is not a deal breaker and it makes sense that the window is similar to all the other windows in the house, but I had not understood that there would be a difference, so it could have been better explained. But, despite that, we would use this company again, so it is a minor detail.

Initially 3 stars. The quality of the door seems very good, as it should be at the high price paid. My experience with this company was good up until post installation. I was informed pre-install that they would take care of all aspects of install to include repairs needed from the tearing out of the old door and install of the new one. This was told to me when I ordered the door, and then again when scheduling install and again scheduling repairs. My floor is real hardwood and it was damaged. The girl on the phone made note of this and informed me that it would be repaired when the men came to repair the stucco, frame, brick work. She also stated that the men do not really speak English and to be prepared for that, so it is unknown if the men knew what they needed to repair due to the language barrier. However, I pointed it all out to them. I was told in broken English that wood floor is too hard and too long to fix. I had to hire a separate flooring man to pull up the damaged wood and replace it. There is also still quite a gap that looks left undone on the outside threshold. I will probably have to hire a handyman for that.Update: Now 5 stars. The company has gone above and beyond to remedy any issues. Dow, one of the managers reimbursed me for having to hire a hardwood repair and install man, thank you Dow. The threshold outside has been repaired and looks finished, thank you Darrell. There was some window trim that keeps moisture out that has come off twice and both times has been repaired, thank you Jesse. While here, Jesse also noticed that the doors had settled and were not hanging straight, rubbing against one another at the top, so he fixed that as well. I had not even noticed it before he pointed it out.

We had new door and windows installed by Arizona Window and Door. We couldnt be more pleased. Great sales and installation team. I highly recommended calling and asking for Chad.

The entire process of replacing my windows was so easy from the estimate to the texturing. Tiffanie and Rachel kept in contact with me and answered my questions. The installers were so great. Everyone cleaned up their mess and arrived on time. Really professional and efficient. I will definitely use this company again.

After a previous experience with contractors, I was really reluctant to take on a whole house project again. AZ Window and Door Store exceeded my expectations. Dameon, our sales rep, was very patient answering our questions. He was never pushy and let us take our time making decisions. Our installation went very smoothly. The crews finished installing all of our windows and doors (>20 openings) in just 4 days. They worked incredibly hard and left the place in good condition at the end of each work day. Josh, my main contact in the crew was also great with communication and follow up. Highly recommended company and installation crew.

We were really impressed with the installers-very professional, courteous and explained install and operation of doors and window.

Highly recommend! Vinnie was very thorough, he was available to us and answered our questions promptly, and his number one goal was to make sure that we were happy. We had a problem with a few of our windows, and Vinnie and the owner came to our home and made everything right. Customer service is AMAZING. We LOVED Adrian and Manny, our installers. They were friendly, fun, efficient, and they left our home clean. Our 13 new windows are beautiful. We met with several window companies, but because Vinnie was so knowledgable and answered our questions, we went with this company. I would highly recommend them.

Love this company. What I like most was when there was a problem they always had a solution. Miguel the head foreman made sure every detail was resolved. It took longer than expected but it was a big job. Every window and slider replaced. Miguel must of come out several different times to insure excellence.Dow the manager was extremely helpful as well. Great customer service which is invaluable to me.

Fantastic service from Arizona Window and Door from start to finish. Salesman, Dan Collinsworth, was informative and non pressuring. Explained everything and left a contract for me think about which I was ask to accept or reject which I did the next day. Josh and Gary came out today (as scheduled and on time) to install my new sliding glass door. Took about 4 hours for the installation and they explained things as I had a few ?’s. They covered everything so they wouldn’t get dusty and cleaned up very nicely leaving me with a new door that actually slides open and closes smoothly They assured me that if I had any concerns to just call and that adjustments (if ever necessary) will be made without charge. Dan and Josh spoke highly of the owner of the company and of his honesty and integrity. It certainly shows in those I’ve met who work for him

After getting three estimates for replacement windows, we chose Arizona Window and Door Store and so glad we did! The product was everything they claimed it would be. Josh and Gary installed the windows and they were outstanding! From covering nearby items with plastic and protecting hard wood floors, to prepping the windows, installing flashing, insulation, caulking, and then clean up which included vacuuming, cleaning floors and windows! Even did a final walk through! They made the installation process a breeze!

I just completed the replacement of the last 7 windows in our home with Arizona Window & Door Store. My only regret is that I didnt choose them the FIRST time with the other windows in our home! We have been replacing them in sections each year because of the expense. We started with Window World (the cheapest), then used Anderson last year for the front of the house (the most expensive) and finally I found this company for the final windows. Daniel was our sales rep and was honest, not pushy, and just a good guy all around. That would have sold me on its own, but then I learned that their windows have a very slim profile and were just what I wanted. Between the service, the actual window profile, and the installation, I wouldnt ever go with another window company again!! The installation took two days and the crew was friendly and cleaned up after themselves. After the first day, they asked if I had any issues and I did point out a few areas where they left some residual calk and also a few of the screens were damaged. They took care of it right away, and are sending someone out this week to replace the screens.Dont go anywhere else for your windows!

We had AZ Window and Door store replace all the windows and the patio door in our 25 year old home. Dan in sales was great in helping us choose the right windows for us. Once the custom made windows were ready, Patrick and Angel came out and did a wonderful job of installing everything. They were friendly and professional and very skilled at what they did. I never had any fears that the install would be shoddy or rushed as I watched them work. They were very respectful of our home and made sure that we were completely satisified with every aspect of our new windows, even when we asked them to change the trim style on our patio door when we were not quite happy with the look of the intial trim. I would definitely recommend them. Installing new windows is a big investment and we are happy that we choose to go with a company that stands by its service and employs skilled professionals that take pride in their work.

Arizona Window and Door Store has now replaced every door in our house. We replaced all the doors on the back of the house one year ago, and we finished all the front doors today, including the showstopper entry door pictured. From start to finish, this company takes care of its customers like family. The installers are skilled, neat, and professional. I am so happy with our new windows, they are everything the salesman said they would be! The installers were here on time, Ivan and Yaddie were so friendly, informative and professional. They worked so efficiently in 100 plus heat and just got it done with a smile and a song! I could not have chosen 2 betterpeople myself!! Jessie was extremely professional and went above and beyond for our door. He even educated us on the adjustable door jamb which he did not have to do. Also adjusted that for us when he noticed that the boot closed a bit loose. EXCELLENT employee!

The whole crew was great. Patrick kept me informed through the whole installation process. They were efficient and took great care to protect and keep a clean work space . Finished must faster than I thought they could but were still extremely thorough I would definitely recommend them for any window installs you may need

I rarely do reviews, but had such an excellent experience today that I wanted to share to benefit other people and give credit to Jesse and the AZ Window & Door staff! My original door installation wasn’t the best…small nicks and issues but I wasn’t going to complain even though spendy b/c I’m a single working mom and it’s a hassle and time consuming! However I had an unrelated issue with the door and the company sent someone over to fix it...He noticed the small issues and without me even asking ordered a door replacement immediately and said it wasn’t acceptable and the right thing to do. Today Jesse showed up to reinstall the door and was outstanding. He was resourceful, respectful and efficient. I was on calls the entire time and he just kept reassuring me he would get the job done so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. He took several extra steps to make sure it was done very well and I’m so pleased with the quality of service and installation this time. I also had a great experience with my original sales tech and several of the office staff I would highly recommend Arizona Window & Doors and Jesse (give him a raise to keep him)!
