I cannot say enough wonderful things about Todd and his team. We designed a custom pivot door, for which we got estimates and discussed design with numerous other companies, all of whom ‘couldn’t’ give us what we wanted. Todd and his team delivered from start to finish. Everything was exactly as we wanted it, the installation was seamless and dealing with Todd and his team was a pleasure. They gave clear timelines and met them, there were no surprise costs, and everything was done with incredible attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Our door is a piece of art and every time I look at it, I am delighted (and, I mean, it’s just a door, so that’s saying something!) I have never dealt with a contractor of this quality before and we will be using them again for any and all projects we possibly can in the future.

I just called to ask for design services for a custom gate and Andrew told me I need to get them the measurements because they get 20 calls a day. Seriously that’s how you treat a potential customer! On your website it explicitly states you do that as part of your service. I wasn’t asking you to come tomorrow. I was calling to make an appointment!

I can’t say enough good things about Victory Metal Works. They installed my new door 2 weeks ago and they are installing my new stair railing today. For my door they removed two windows, re-framed the rough opening for the door, installed the door, repaired and painted the stucco, repaired and repainted all the drywall and did it all in one day. For my stair railing they came in and removed the original railing, installed the new railing in several hours including patching and painting and the quality of their work is well beyond my expectations. I don’t normally allow to many contractors in my house due to some shoddy work I have had done in the past, but I would invite Victory back any time. They do a great job at a reasonable price. By far the best contractor I have ever worked with, I highly recommend Victory Metal Works.

Andrew was great. Very honest and transparent and timely. Door turned out amazing. And far cheaper than some of the bigger custom door shops without sacrificing quality.

Victory Metal Works installed our new front door last week and it looks fantastic! We worked with Todd (one of the co-owners) to design the door we wanted and 2 matching side window inserts. VMW is a local company, they make their doors in Phoenix. I especially like the heavy duty hinges, the way the door seals with spring set rollers and very slight fleck in the paint used. On our installation date, Andrew (the other co-owner) showed up as scheduled, sealed off the foyer, removed the old door and before we knew it our beautiful new door was in place! The rest of the VMW crew finished up by fine-tuning the surrounding stucco and plaster to good as new. We highly recommend Victory Metal Works!

Andrew and his crew have been great to work with. Aside from the craftsmanship, which is above expectation, the attention to detail and ease of installation made the experience great. Andrew designed our gate/door and presented us with different details and options. He delivered on the set install date and left no mess behind. Best of all, we encountered problems with our block wall slouching and the gate expanding leaving it difficult to open and close. Andrew was attentive to our needs and came out more than 5 times with no extra charge to adjust to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this company!! I cant imagine anyone providing better customer service while delivering a superior product.
