Ricky in the garden and grill area is phenomenal, I hope Home Depot recognizes him. One of the guys in the rental area who is ~30 yrs old busted his butt for us, and even helped us load a grill on their truck.Have to say that this HD is one of the best Ive visited.

I went and got a gentleman to help me with my light outlet I wanted to fix. The gentleman let me know he was in gardening and he could not help me; he then went to go find an associate. 10 minutes later no one had come to help me. Two other customers also stood next me waiting the entire time with no idea if someone would come help us. This is beyond the definition of horrible customer-service I will not be going back again. All three of us left we will take our business elsewhere. On the way out I saw approximately 7 employees all sitting around doing absolutely nothing.
