I called rising door not too long ago to fix a broken garage spring. Everything went fine. He talked me into purchasing 2 new springs (since if 1 is weak, the other is prob about to go too- fair enough I thought). Another bonus is that the springs would be under warranty. I felt the $$ was a hefty price but Im not often shopping for garage door springs and I wanted it fixed. So, of course... recently the garage is making a weird spring noise when rising (kind of funny considering their name). I called and spoke with one of the team members who I felt like I had to convince there was a problem, instead of, sure, well stop by to check it out. I finally was able to get him to commit and he stated he couldnt come out until this weekend when he was in the area. He would call me. The weekend went by and nothing. I had plans that I broke to wait for this call. The following week, I called again with a little bit different of a tone. I sent him videos of the garage rising and finally again was able to convince him to come out. He was again very vague as to when he would arrive. I made sure to set a time. That time came and went, again, without a call or show. I called and received no answer. What kind of hell service is this?? I have their product with a warranty, and they wont call or come to repair. They should be out of business. Its been a long time since I have received this bad of service in any sector. If you plan to use these guys-- youre risking your time, weekends and money. good luck.

My garage door was closing down, and then kept going, with enough force it broke the plastic trolly wheel on the top center of this 2 car garage door.. I made an appointment with Nathan, who works for Rising doors. He came out when I was at work and replaced the garage door trolly pulley, and went on his way. 150$.. ok cool. I get home from work and it does the exact same thing. The door opens, then closes, and shuts beyond its normal point, bows the door outward to the street....and there is a domino affect. I call Nathan and explain my frustration, and he proceeds to tell me the springs are worn and cant handle the weight of my garage door. He offers to come back out and show me, which I declined and hung up. I then call a company closer to me, GARAGE DOOR GURUS, and service tech James comes out and little my knowledge, I dont do this for a living.. but on the garage door motor on the ceiling, in the back theres adjustment buttons to adjust how far the door shuts down. After 45 seconds of pressing a button. It works perfectly. Tried it 10 times. Works great. He didnt even charge me for coming out. So what is my gripe? Rising door tech worked on my door, and knows its messed up, and for one, he didnt care to call me and say hey! Mr customer you have other issues, he just drove off into the sunset .... After watching my security camera, he didnt even let the door come to a complete close before hitting the stop point.. and two, if I had replaced the springs, it wasnt even needed like.. wasted money...Bottom line. Dont waste your time and money with this company. Im not sure if my original phone call to emergency garage door repair was raffled off to Rising doors, but stear clear folks!

I called around to get quotes on fixing my garage door. They were able to match other quotes plus come right away since my car was stuck inside. I can honestly say that he was really good and nice. He was really understanding to my situation especially since i am a cancer patient and a single mom. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem with my garage opening and closing. I called a couple garage door services. nathan was the nicest on the phone, with the most fair price. We scheduled, he came on time and was very helpful, fast, and efficient. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

I had a new garage door installed. Job looks cheap and now the trim is falling off. I tried contacting them over a month ago to fix the problem, even sent pictures only to be ignored. This company is very unprofessional. I shouldve shopped around.

Upfront quotes over the phone without a ton of unknown variables. Ask for a price, they come to your home and you pay what was quoted......nothing hidden.Knowledgable, professional and educated you on each item he completed. I called several days later to ecplain door was stopping an inch from floor, he texted me a link to a Youtube video that walked me theough a super simple adjustment....then followed up the next day to see how things went for me.He did offer to come make the adjustment but I said if it was easy I could handle it.Will recommend them to everyone!
