Everything was great from a customer service standpoint till there was an issue. Paid for Expedited Shipping for an Anniversary gift and have not received the order and it is 4 days past due. Contacted this company to refund that extra shipping cost which this company makes money off of I expect and its all crickets now, no response.

I initially found the wine cork holder I wanted on Etsy, but could not get it customized exactly as I wanted, so I called and was so happy I did! The young man that took my order went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! He even changed out the script font for another one that I preferred and made our last name larger so it looked better! The quality of the piece is exceptional and is a great addition to our wine area. Well done, Everything Etched!

I am very happy with my purchase of a dozen champagne flutes. I needed them in a pinch and the process was fairly simple. The turn around & shipping time was more than ample for customized glasses. The quality of the glass is horrible. I have been trying to get Everything Etched to redo the decanters with flawless glass like their description states and they refuse. I have sent three sets of photos showing the bad quality. Glass has bubbles in it, and the defects on the surface makes it mostly illegible. Also, the stopper is made of plastic, not solid glass as they claim. The description stated they have flawless glass. Its far from that. These are high priced, low quality knockoffs, use another vendor!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the decanter set and must have revised my order like 5 times. Those revisions didnt delay my order much because they responded to my emails in a timely manner. They were very patient and made sure everything was perfect. The packaging was great also. Lots of bubble wrap and a sticker saying fragile in red so that your item makes it to you as it should. I would recommend them to anyone and will be ordering more in the future.

Terrible, terrible quality work and less than impressive customer service. I brought toasting glasses in to be engraved for my wedding from Nambe. When I went to pick them up, the owner even noticed how terrible they turned out and said “ they must have lead in them” which is a less nicer way to describe crystal hahah.What I am most concerned about is the lack of quality control, I should have been notified immediately before they proceeded to ruin all 4 glasses. I sent him an email explaining my disappointment and said I did not believe that this was worth $90 of services.He responded in short “There is nothing we could have done differently. There is nothing we could have done better.” but there was, it’s called QUALITY CONTROL.Anyways, I wouldn’t recommend using this company particularly if you are using nice crystal glass wear. You can see in the photo where there are literally missing chunks and the over all appearance looks cracked.

Wonderful company! I ordered an etched pint glass as a Fathers Day gift from their Etsy store. I was promised a proof for me to approve within 24 hours of placing my order. I received the proof in way less than 24 hours and an almost immediate email response to my approval that said they would get right to work on my product. The finished product way delivered to my door via usps 3 days after my order was placed. I placed my order on a Tuesday and the package was waiting for me on my porch when I got home from work on Friday. Very happy with the product and my experience with this company. Would definitely recommend to friends and I will absolutely be ordering from them again.

I contacted Everything Etched the weekend before fathers day, with a custom request. They got back with me and said that they could definitely do something similar to the photo I showed them. They told me if I ordered before 8:00am on Monday, the order would arrive in time for Fathers day. The custom etched pilsner beer glass which read (in shadowed block lettering) BESTEST DADDY IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD, was absolutely perfect! It was beautifully designed and exactly what I wanted. I was very impressed with the heaviness of the glass, it was not a cheap piece of drink-ware! And, it arrived the Saturday before Fathers Day. Im extremely satisfied and will be back for future purchases!

Ordering off the internet can be impersonal, and difficult, even when dealing with custom design companies BUT Tyler made the entire experience EASY and was extremely friendly. He helped re-create my image twice, and even told me it was a good idea! I had him etch a custom message on a pint glass, it shipped beautifully AND it looks great! GREAT PRICES TOO - especially compared to other sellers on Etsy!
