Not happy with the 20-45% price hikes starting in July, almost no other jeweler has done the same... They sent me a message saying for this or that, but meanwhile theyre expanding their stores etc. So they lost a long time customer with over 12 pieces....

I love their jewelry. However, the staff is very rude. The first time I walked in to buy my fiancé’s engagement band, one of the representatives asked his colleague if she would like to help me and she said “no not really but I guess”. After I spend $2000 at the store, they never called me to pick up the earrings I ordered and I when I called two weeks later, they claimed to have left me a voicemail. When I went in to pick up my earrings after having to call them to make sure they arrived, the lady who helped us originally did not recognize us and directed us to her manager who pretended to recognize us and then ask my fiancé if he has a twin brother. When he said no, she said “he does in her eyes”. Overall, for how much money you’re spending, they really need to upgrade their staff and I did not enjoy my experience in the slightest.

Purchased my wedding band from here about 4 years ago and its falling apart. They dont offer a replacement or any sort of repair work for their product. Go to a real jeweler that takes pride in their products and makes things right.
