Best protein shakes I’ve ever tried, highly recommend.

Just discovered this spot. I started training next door with my trainer and afterwards I go over and order their amazing post recovery shakes and I love that they have protein donuts, pancakes, protein balls etc. Also The staff is super friendly! For those of you that count macros/calories they have that info with their shakes and it’s so awesome! Especially for those of us that are super committed to reaching our goals! The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Jason and Nicole are consistently friendly and will call you by your first name. You generally feel like they care about you. The store is always well-maintained and up-to-date. Theres always a new product to try and the staff is knowledgeable of every product so if youre looking for help, you can rest easy knowing theyll give you the best advice. They make great shakes and always blend their preworkouts perfectly. The manager (cant remember his name!) seems to be very vested in this store. He just got a new sign for the menu and it looks awesome! Their prices are very reasonable and they have a rewards system to help take money off of your purchase or earn a free shake. Its totally worth a stop by if youre in need of healthy living! And its right next to a gym so its conveniently located for Independence Gym goers. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Always friendly customer service, that will go above and beyond to educate you on any product they stock. I went in there today to get a small amount of protein to last me until my online order showed up. the Owner lance gave me free samples instead to get me through till my order arrived. Just an amazing friendly shop!

My absolute favorite go to shake spot!!Firebird Nutrition is a part of my daily routine because their shakes are ridiculously delicious and the staff has become family to me. Lance, Jason, Nicole and Ryan are all truly amazing people to be around. Everyone is very helpful and well educated on all nutrition related topics. What gets me most is their humble, uplifting energy. The PB cup shake is the cats meow and they make it for me with vegan protein. They also starting making vegan no bake chocolate chip cookies because I don’t do whey!Moral of the story they are all bad asses, go see for yourself!Much love for my Firebird fam.

Owner is super educated on all of his products and properly advises customers with real results and sells with integrity! I was able to find a new preworkout with exactly the components I was looking for with his help and didn’t steer me towards a bunch stuff I wasn’t there for. Excellent service! I liked this place and went a few times. Was going to go out of my way to buy some BA but wanted to know the price first before I made the trip. They won’t give prices over the phone. You lost my business.

This is the only retail supplement store in the Phoenix area that I like shopping at. They stock legit brands (like iForce), rather than just the top 10 in whatever magazine the kids are buying. The owner is very personable and is the first Ive come across that seems to like talking shop.

Great place to get unique low priced supplements as well as Protein shakes. Lance and his crew are vrey freindly and have always made good recomendations on protein shakes and supplements. They also have a wide variety of supplements, some that ive never even seen online!

I am super glad they started selling smoothies! It is perfect after a hard day at the gym and in the blazin sun to cool off with one of those. The flavor selection is awesome!

Ill never go back to GNC. Firebird is the best spot in Arizona to get your nutrition and supplement needs met. The prices are amazing but what sets them apart is their service and passion for what they do. Lance has created something special. If youre anything like me, you cringe having to walk into GNC and have some 18 year old try to push product on you. This is the complete opposite. They are the experts and I highly recommend them!
