Made a quick stop after a workout. There was a man working and he was the manager. Very friendly and helpful! Created conversation but wasn’t over the top pushy and helped me find exactly what I was looking for right away and even shared a discount for my purchase!!! I’ve heard mixed things about GNC but this location was great and I had an extremely positive experience.

Like alot of businesses they like to get involved, ask 100 questions, try to lead you in what they think is best for you but my experience was the best so far.I asked 1 question and got 1 answer. They let me look and compare and if I needed assistance they were ready.He Talked about what he took instead of saying what works best for everyone else.He related to my goal and pointed me in the direction I needed and not what the sale needed.

My Amazon hub dont have to worry about package being stolen from home.

This place is a joke! I called asking for some Lenny and Larry’s pumpkin spice cookies and Chris the associate hung up on me! What a jerk! Literally had to drive to the store just to find out they did not carry those flavor when he could have just looked over the counter and told me straight up.

Clean store, nice staff. Unfortunate when there is only one person working and they cant answer the phone due to helping someone else. Minor inconvenience, but well made up for with the customer service.

Guy had no idea what he was talking about, just pushy salesman type, didnt give me the sale price on the items I purchased (it was supposed to be a buy one get one deal and I was just charged for both), and just kept wanting me to buy vitamins, Never going in there again! Learn how to treat people better!
