I had to return an systems transformer for an easy 8 load center. I know better than to bring in and try to return parts that Ive installed. Fortunately, I was able to spot the problem with original transformer that came with the panel out of the box so I didnt need the one I bought. When I did bring back it was checked and confirmed that it was not mounted or plugged in so was able to get my doe back thanks to guy that inspected, forget your name. Definitely go here!!!!

PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE.ARRIVE EARLY (AFTER EVENING RUSH HOUR AND BEFORE MORNING RUSH), BACK ONTO LOT ONLY, GET RESTED then BACK INTO DOCK BEFORE CUSTOMERS BEGIN ARRIVING. RUSHING WILL ONLY RESULT IN DAMAGE TO YOUR EQUIPMENT, THE BUILDINGS, OR OTHER PROPERTY.

If your a truck driver making a delivery here be aware they will try to get you to offload. Sat here for hours that was unnecessary.
