Terribly run from the top on down, new CEO is clueless and shady. Product is great, floor workers are great, management team hoards all the bonuses and pay. If your a YES man, you will go real far. If you have your own ideas to bring out, they will lay you off. Confirm or be fired is the motto there. Revolving door of employees who all leave for the same reason
