Bought a $25,000 laser that would be able to process PDF files with Direct Import. Per their documentation: Vector lines are 0.001 stroke, all others are Raster lines. The system cant properly raster a circle with Direct Import. When question with this, they claim that is how the program was designed. Nobody but Universal would thinks the image below is a acceptable 1 inch circle 12 point stroke? Multiple contacts with them dont address the flaw in the program. They add undocumented steps, and question why Im using THEIR Direct Import Software.
