My husband and I went in Travel Outfitters in October 2020 and left with 2 pieces of gorgeous, highly functional and tough luggage. Austin was impressively knowledgable about ALL of their brands, sizes and shapes. Im sure that this luggage will last for many years. Id defiantly shop there again. Thanks!

I learned Bag & Baggage was running a 20% off store wide sale. I purchased a number of Briggs and Riley bags from Travel Outfitters last year and wanted to add one additional bag. Travel Outfitters agreed to match the discount offered by Bag & Baggage so I quickly drove to the Quarter and picked up my new bag. Travel Outfitters was terrific to work with last year so what not patronize them again. Great folks and great customer service!

The store had a great selection of high quality yet affordable options. Bobby provided a wealth of great information and took the time to show us every feature and detail of each piece we looked at.I highly recommend him as both extremely knowledgeable and customer centric.

I had been looking for a place that carried two bags so that I could compare them side by side for about 3 months (literally all over the country as I travel). The online stores had them, but I didnt want the hassle of sending them back and forth just to look at them.The folks in this shop are top notch. Not only did they know their stuff, but were intelligent enough to highlight features about each bag. Even helped me decide on the cheaper of the two and didnt push the expensive one.The prices are close to the online stores and well worth the little bit extra in my opinion. When it comes to getting travel gear, being able to touch it and see it helps you make the decision. No pressure and nice place.

After an initially underwhelming experience when contacting them via phone, I left a 1-star rating and review. Leticia, the owner, replied to my review saying this wasnt typical of their service, and asked me to give them another try. Ive had owners/managers reply with similar requests over the years, and usually Im just frustrated more after getting the same bad service again. This time, I am happy to say, resulted in a MUCH better experience, which prompted me to change this to a 5-star review!!My 2nd call to the Scottsdale location about my issue with the zipper pulls on my Briggs and Riley 29 Torq roller bag was answered by Michael, who was super helpful. He informed me that Bobby, the manager, does some of the minor B&R repairs in house, gave me the hours Bobby worked, and encouraged me to come in during those times to see if they could take care of the warranty repair, either while I waited, or at least the same day. This was a HUGE difference from my first call to them.Because of how well Michael handled my call, I went in the following day, and met Bobby. He immediately took a look at my bag, confirmed that it was only the zipper pulls, and proceeded to search for the correct zipper pulls to repair my Torq bag on the spot.Unfortunately, they didnt have Torq zipper pulls in stock, but I have a trip in a few days, so Bobby used some pulls from another B&R model that use the same lock, and installed those and double checked that they were functional (important step!!). He then asked for my name and contact info so he can order some Torq zipper pulls and swap them out with these substitute zipper pulls when they arrive.Simple as That....I was on my way with a usable bag and VERY pleased with the service I received from Bobby. He knows B&R, Tumi, and other brands inside and out - not just from a sales standpoint, but also from durability and repairs. If you are a road warrior like me or just a casual traveler who is looking for the right bag to fit your travel needs, you DEFINITELY should go see Bobby, tell him what youre looking for, and Im sure he will find you the perfect piece of luggage that will keep you happy for years.Leticia - Thanks for replying to my review and encouraging me to try again.
